I agree how adults spend their money is their business and if they're daft enough to give it to already rich people then more fool them. It's no different to all these Instagram "models" pushing their only fans while posting pictures of luxury items and constant holidays. Never understood it tbh especially when it's all free if that's your bag nobody is forcing anyone to donate etc.

Yeah, this Cal @TheMuggySpud . I think early days and new releases kind of obviuosly screwed it up for people that didn't have the new game but now we see how the better guns are scattered through the games, and more importantly through the open map drops you find, it works really well now. For me, I would've by now made modes where care packages weren't a thing so that element goes away too as its a pretty basic and easy tactic to just grab a loadout of whatever you feel comfortable with. For £15 pre-owned, I think its worth it. We played some Multiplayer for a good few hours on Thursday night and there was a number of games that were well balanced. We had 2-3 which we got ransacked and completely whooped but that shit will always happen, especially as we don't all know the maps as well as other groups. We also had a great rotation of maps too. Dead Silence wise I think after playing this one the most out of previous ones, I really don't think it adds value - i think in reality it frustrates everyone getting killed by BillyNoM8sButIvePlayedCodAllMySkoolBoyLyfe will pick it everytime and kill you instantly before you know where he is, causing you to pull a Tom and CBA/Rage quit. You really don't miss it in the games we've played.

@GazzaGarratt to drop in on it for a few games if have to buy it first 😁 Tbh dead silence/ footsteps is a bit of an issue for me personally wether it wastes a perk slot or not I just can't stand the sound while moving about.

I know the meta changes all the time and guns get buffed or nerfed. Never was much of a Warzone guy, but contrary to belief some of the MW weapons hold up or are on par with the Cold War and Vanguard ones. Except the new season DLC ones they are always OP to encourage people to buy the bundles. Then a few weeks or month later they nerf them to the ground rendering them useless.

This one was my go to. Always loved seeing what cheat codes they had in there for that month too 😄 In fact, I kept a few old Cheat books that came with mags for my early consoles as they are such cool things to have built into these early games. Wish this was more of a thing over here. Never seen it but always wanted to as it does get some decent information exclusive to them from time to time. Super thread @J4MES OX4D ! I loved monthly VG mags! I would go out almost every week and buy up whatever issue was out at the time. EGM, PSM, Official Xbox, Official Dreamcast, Gameinformer. I always enjoyed seeing different mags reviews on the same games just to have those differing opinions. I still pick up gameinformer evry so often, but it really isn’t the same anymore. Most of these sites/mags show so much favouritism that actually shitting on a bad game is frowned upon. Especially if the developer/publisher paid for a good review.

The nostalgia here is real. The Gamesmaster was the one tho, it was just the ultimate. Owned most of those you posted James, aside from PC gamer and Dreamcast as I never had 1.
