Overview Among Us takes place on a space ship in outer space. There are two teams: the Impostors and the Crewmates. There can be a total of 10 players in an online game, with up to three impostors. The Impostors' objective is to eliminate all Crewmates using either aggressive, defensive, or passive tactics before the Crewmates complete all of their tasks or discover their true identity. The Crewmates objective is to complete all of their tasks while figuring out who the Impostor is. Gameplay The premise of Among Us is quite simple: you are one of 4 to 10 players on a space ship. One of these is an Impostor whose main goal is to kill everyone else. The remainder of the players are part of the regular crew who are just trying to escape unharmed. To do this, they have to complete several tasks or (better yet) find the Impostor and vote them out Survivor-style. If they are successful, the Crew wins. If the Impostor manages to kill them all, he or she wins. The free map, Skeld, has 14 different rooms that are connected by 7 hallways. Everyone spawns in the Cafeteria and, depending on the host's settings, as well as on RNG, Crewmates have to visit some or most of the other rooms to complete their tasks. While Impostors do not have tasks as their specific objectives, they can fake “completing” certain activities as a way to gain everyone else's trust. Every user has a chance to call an emergency meeting or, upon seeing a dead body, to report it to everyone else. For the mobile release, discussions are only possible during these time-limited events. If you are an Impostor, your main goal is to convince others that you did not do it, while the Crew has to spot you out. Since it is a voting system where the person with the most votes gets eliminated from the game, it does not really matter who does what. Instead, your argumentative powers are what makes a difference. To sway people in one direction or another, you have to be prepared to make your case as convincingly as possible. There is a short time-limit, so you either have to present very strong evidence or come up with a believable narrative that will take others off your trail. When you are killed by the Impostor, you become a ghost. Although you cannot interact or discuss with others, you can help them complete tasks. They will not be able to see you, though.

I'm going for:- - Microsoft Flight Simulator - Crusader Kings III - Mafia Definitive Edition - Cyberpunk 2077 Still undecided about Black Ops Cold War and will probably give Wasteland 3 a miss for the time being as it's expensive and I wont have the time. No football purchases for me either - FIFA will probably be an old gen game and PES is confirmed to be merely a season update costing half the price which can be achieved simply with a free mod that will be completed in 3 weeks time. Halo Infinite being delayed is a blessing and I may leave Watch Dogs Legion for down the line.

I've got some racing games I'd really like to play with a steering wheel. Obvs the g29 is the entry level go to wheel, but is it worth paying extra for something like a t300?

Literally answered this question on a different forum earlier today so I’ll copy paste that answer. They also asked about if a belt driven wheel is better and it is something to consider so I’ve left it in. Some of the pros attributed to belt driven wheels is simply because they're a better (and more expensive) wheel. For example, most (if not all) belt driven wheels have a higher peak torque than gear drive wheels - higher peak torque is a good thing but this is down to the manufacturers choice of gear/pulley ratio and motor(s) to use rather than being specifically attributable to a belt is better. With that said, gear driven wheels and belt driven wheels work on the same principle of a small motor with a small gear or pulley driving a larger gear or pulley attached to the wheel. This means they suffer most of the same cons; lower FFB torque, slower rotational speeds and some tiny torque inconsistencies due to gear lash and belt tension when FFB oscillates. As said though, these cons apply to both though so can't really judge which is better on these. There is one advantage belt wheels have; smoothness and as a consequence, noise. Because of gear lash (the small gaps between the gear teeth) when the FFB engages and closes this gap there can be quite a clunk noise and over something like a kerb that causes oscillation of the FFB it causes a rattle. As a belt pulley is designed differently, there isn't the requirement for this lash and so are quieter in their operation. With respect to your specific question, objectively the T300RS GT is a better wheel; as above it's belt driven so will be quieter (though the fan on the TM still makes some noise), a quick google shows the peak torque being almost twice that of the G29 (3.9Nm v 2.1Nm), the T300 is 1080 vs G29's 900 degree rotation, there's more customisation options with the TM as you can change wheels rims if you want as well as being able to expand the TM to include a h pattern shifter (which is superior to the Logitech offering) and a handbrake/sequential shifter if you want one too. Finally, the t3pa pedals are better than the Logitech offering too - this is arguably subjective rather than objective but it's hard to find someone that says otherwise so I'm counting this as objective too. How much 'value' you attribute to all of that is your personal opinion and somewhat governed by what you like to race. In my opinion though, while the price difference isn't insignificant, it is worth it. TL;DR - The G29 is a good entry level wheel but a T300 is better and worth the extra.

Another good ol' day at the office on the FG server. I've been cranking on up the XP ladder, upgrading blocks, digging and hammering for materials, and picking up as many Fetch and Buried Supply Quests as I can get my hands on. You all reallyshould get quests everytime you log on. Nearly 3,000 XP not to mention money earned, Zombies to kill around the objective and digging for Buried Supplies is even more XP. Managed to get my hands on a Claw Hammer and Duct Tape (thanks @tronic44) which meant we could now build a Workbench. I've also managed to build 2 Bicycles that Rich and I left at the top of the base for anyone that wants a trip out. Much, much easier to go on a scavenger hunt now. We've also built some more support for the overall structure so we shouldn't have any mishaps - well, when i'm not on anyway. I think it's coming along nicely. Also bought a Cash Register and a Munitions box from the trader so they're looking smart now. Rich has built out some Iron bars to help see out and shoot through on horde nights. Oh, and here's a lovely pic from the top looking at @Diddums house/bungalow, with some swanky red stakes to keep the nasty neighbours out. Oh, and in case you're wondering - the chairs? Well, you better ask Rich about that one...something tells me a favourite Cockney friend now has plenty of space to chill and hang out in their adjoining tower 🤣

I had to suffer trying to catch the trailer during the live event and ended up watching this grown ass YouTuber get incredibly emotional and almost jizzing himself when the trailer was published. As soon as that went live, JackFrags and every other fucker had their videos uploaded like clockwork with the usual pixel by pixel breakdown. Roll on September 9th is all I can say.

Was good fun, I kind expected it to be a disaster but we played quite well 😂 @GazzaGarratt I would advise watching a quick video on all the little tips like finness shots, lobbed through balls etc

First off can I just say this game has improved massively, the graphics are much bigger and the overall feel of the game is way better. Hell @Diddumsis playing so they must have done something right. Moving on to @GazzaGarratt😂 No worries Lee, it happens to the best of us. Good to see you’re collecting chairs, they’ll be real useful come horde night. Glad everyone’s enjoying it, I knew they’d get this game right at some point.

We've done a pretty good job of getting itr pretty much back to where it was within a 3-5 hours I reckon. @Diddums was back on getting his Steam achievements and killing bears. @crispymorgan and @Ajay alternated trying to also find more bears and kill them, dying in the process. @Greboth went on a trip with me to fetch a shared quest. I then subsequently died from a Warthog. How on earth those buggers can jump fences i'll never know. @phil bottle was on to steady the ship and make sure we had some more Iron smelting and the resources were on their way back up, although i'm not sure he's overly happy with me building a lovely walkway to his radio tower base 😬 He's just shy to unexpected visitors i'm sure. I'm pretty chuffed with all this, considering I broke my leg. Twice. Frustratingly the second time was 2 minutes left before I could be fully better. Did I mention I love this game 🙃 Hope you like the storage boxes Rachel @tronic44, no time lost whilst you've been lazy at work doing absolutely nothing as per usual 😉 I think the last box has your favourite things in it, waiting for you to build some engineering fantasmic stuff. We all hoped you like the chairs though too. We've nearly got enough to full surround the entire edges 🤣

So....its been a while for an update for this hasn't it? So lets get one up as you'll love this (even though at the time I didn't 🙈😬) Rich has updated the server to the Alpha Experimental Update so its been good to see how some things have changed. We've started making a base and Rich did a lot of groundwork alongside Greebs and Phil to bring it along. Then came last night 🙈 I logged on after seeing Didds still on the case. Didds was making his little hut minding his own business whilst I was upstairs on the base where all the storage was. We had boxes full of resources, ammo, meds, food....well pretty much anything you could've hoped for really at the start. Schematics were there, as were new Pill boxes and fancy storage that Rich must've spent a whole night to carve and create. Anyways, I looked up at the nice promenade view that was there (think of it as an exquisite balcony, fit for only kings and queens that could get a vantage point to pop Zombies in the eyes) and next thing I knew a huge thunder sound happened and my life went into slow motion as I watched the ENTIRE base where all the storage and balcony set up just fell like a pack of cards to a slow painful death. I was speechless. Well, near enough speechless as I kept saying 'No, no, no, no!' Diddums on the other hand didn't hear a thing from below and was wondering what the hell I was panicking and ditraight about. And then he looked up.... I wish I had a picture before this. The base about 10-12 storage boxes the base was quite large. It was soul destroying. Even more so because Didds was laughing his ass off leaving me to feel sick for the entire night 🤣🤣 I could not believe it. It seemed as others cared for me as Phil and Crispy joined us later on....but nope. That was more to see the massacre that had happened and to jump in with the laughing at Lee moment FML 🙈 Fr the short time I was on after this, I went to grab a ton of resources so things could be rebuilt. Wood, Iron, Coal, Sulphate, etc. I managed to also do a few Treasure Quest supply runs which had some very much needed food supplies in them. I dumped all my stuff in one of the remaining chests that was close to the middle and the beds. One good thing I found with this update is that the Quests have been fleshed out a little with the treasure ones showing a map of overall surface it is in - a huge difference to what it is was previously so I really love that update. Anyways, what an eventful evening. Not gonna lie, Ifelt exhausted by the end of the night, trying to recuperate and calm down from all the drama. I only popped on to have a look at the base and eat some Eggs and Bacon. FML GGs all @tronic44 @Diddums @phil bottle @crispymorgan @Greboth

So the Rainbow 6 community has gotten into this game hard, as well as my community and it's some of the best fun I have ever had. Blaming one another, trying to murder one another, trying to get others to argue and falsely eject innocent people from a spaceship airlock... It's free on mobile, or five dollars on Steam. (Mobile and PC can play together) I think the FG group would be amazing to play if we can get 10 people together for an hour. The maps in BO1 were just excellent. Apart from fucking Nuketown! I wish when they bring back old maps they'd use some different ones instead of the same 4 or 5.

There isn't much of a selection on 4K monitors right now so going for a temporary cheap and cheerful option might not be a bad idea especially if it's just for console gaming. If you then want to invest in something better in the future, you can do that when something decent comes along and manufacturers ranges improve.
