    @Rumelylady recnetly bought a new laptop that runs 11. I'm kinda "meh" on it. I love how the thing seems to be just copying apples layout in so far as the home bar and layout. We still have 10 on the PC.

    I'm always down if I'm available depending on the day. I'm working during the week at most of the usual raid start times and my Sundays for the foreseeable future are pretty much dedicated to streaming stuff for SixSidesofGaming.

    I think it's a bit tougher then a souls like at first. It's all about learning patterns and timing.

    Yea, Curse is amazing! I've heard some really good things about descent. Our DM is so excited to run this module for us. To stream it live is just a bonus.

    Good stuff. With Witch Queen on the horizon, Those D2 medals will be a hot thing. Personally, I can't wait to finally start the new campaign and have some of you carry me through the legendary portion of it while I'm off playing Forbidden West. 😉 LOL Seriously though, I may not be on the first day as servers tend to be shit, but I look forward to rocking this with my FG peeps.

    If anyone has been following the streaming site, Six Sides of Gaming, @Rumelylady and myself work for, then you may have witnessed the finale to our flagship stream "Strands of Destiny" yesterday. We went for over 6 hours to finish the story arc and a good time was had by all. We are now going to be jumping into "Decent Into Avernus" starting with a session Zero next Sunday at 12pm EST. We will both be players in as well as some regulars that have been playing in a lot of the streams we've run over the past year. I'm really looking forward to this!

    Yea, I love those Destiny Grimoire books. Volume 4 is almost entirely about Mara and Ulldren. After, as Sarah said, blowing through Leviathan Wakes, I jumped to the first book in Mr. Kristoffs new series "Empire of The Vampire" whicih was really friggin good. Nothing like the crappy twilight series. Now, I've started book 2 of the expanse, Calibans War and I still have one of Yahtzee Croshaws books on the go called "Will Save The Galaxy For Cash." Not too mention the 3 DnD books I've read over the span of the last 3-4 months.

    Spoiler Free but a small complaint. I ran into a story beat yesterday that I wasn't a big fan of. I'm sure most won't be bothered by it but it kinda ruined a bit of the world for me. I still love the hell out of this game, and fully intend to finish it. Just a minor annoyance.

    I've been all over the place this week. Damn near everyday, I'll have Sevendust playing at some point. Volbeat has been in my rotation as well as some old school Alice in Chains. I recently started listening to Gojira.

    I finally finished this game last night, and got the "good" ending. It really takes a lot of pattern recognition for the bosses to make them beatable. Knowing when to time your dodge or parry is the ultimate key to success at this one. The last boss can be a bit of a bitch. I found i was just spamming the block button to great success for the first part of the fight, but relying more on avoiding in the second part. Frustrations aside, It was still a decent game. Not for everyone for sure, but as i said before, once you're in that combat flow... It's so gratifying.

    Having finally gotten over my Dark Souls hump, I'll probably pick this up at some point. It all seems to be a culmination of everything FS has learned/done with their previous games and rolled it into one big party.

    Due to Canadian weather, I don't have to go anywhere today. BUT... There's a good chance that Horizon will abduct me and steal all my time today. I can join if needed.

    Needless to say, @Rumelylady and moi are both engulfed in Forbidden West. Yes, it plays damn near flawlessly. Yes, it looks beautiful, especially in performance mode on Ps5. Yes, it’s going to be one hell of a ride. 🤘🏻

    I may not be home so I’ll say I’m a “maybe.” If I start, I may have to leave at any point to go work on tech and studio set up for my other job.

    I picked it up purely for the ps5 version. And it was $25 so yay! I refused to pay full price for that game. It looks really good though on Ps5. I’ll probably get into this at some point.
