  1. Welcome Ant! @Antpool84 More than welcome to chip in and join us on game sessions on the PS5. We've got quite a few things on the go, I think what seems to be cracking around is FIFA, GT Sport, Destiny and Ark as far as I'm aware but loads played around that too. Played much online before? I wouldn't worry about the skill level too, we generally have a laugh and do what we do πŸ˜„ Keep a watch out FG Fridays on the Events Calendar - we usually play one game that a lot of us have so its at least one night where loads of FGers can make it. Good banter flying around as always! Get involved around FG and i'll see you online at some point mate! πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž
  2. I think all teams hit a lul through the season. At least you're picking up points still and in fairness, Fulham's record with the big guy Tosin at the back is pretty decent when he's played - he was at loan at Blackburn and is an absolute steal for £2million plus sell on clause. The fact you're still in for 4 trophies says its a great season so far still, especially when the games are crunched into a tighter period. Might need to sacrifice the Quadruple for just a Treble. Disappointing but I think you'd be okay with that 😎

  5. Sounds like its worth a try one day soon. I do like the idea of Zombies now as its evolving into mini-MP missions that have raid-esque puzzles through it. I like they have an optional get out at level 10 option. Does it leave you with a checkpoint at all? @tronic44 @techno @cyberninja2601 and anyone else, maybe its a weekend mid-evening thing to start trying perhaps? How many Zombies missions are there BTW?
  6. Thats fair as I'm not on about them either. The Director seems decent after following him about The Division 2 over the years. The French side of Ubisoft tend to deliver the good shit from there. I'd be down with that. I missed that boat when it came out years ago but watched playthroughs at the time and I can see how it could be popular now.
  7. Ofc I went and got Hayley a pod one! We ain't that sophisticated!! 🀣 From Santa, Hayley got the following Nespresso Essenza Mini one: She especially wanted one with the milk frother (i'm not saying the fancy word for it either) and she seems to like it so far.
  8. I want to enthused about this but i'm not a Star Wars fan (don't hate it, just never really got into the films issall). BUT I know that everyone ploughs money behind Star Wars games and I have enjoyed the games that i have either watched or played in the past. Its a great concept to have a game in open world, poossibly one of the best spaces from a story perspective to use for an open world so only time will tell how quickly we'll get it. I don't think Ubisoft are any way near the worst anymore. They make mistakes with some games like Ghost Recon Wildlands but then they've kept Rainbow 6 going extremely well and Valhalla, for me, is a superb game with a great open world. Hope they do. It'll hopefully mean development time won't be as long 6-7 years which we normally have to wait for and like I say above, there are far worse games to take assets and characteristics from. Btw, I see The Division 2 director Julian Gerighty is the Director for this - which bodes well as Division 2 was a super solid game and given the right resources over a longer period of time it could easily turn into a live service maintainable game. Overall, sounds like a little hype train could easily get going for this. Choo Choo.
  9. Omg, finally got round to having a quick bash on this for the first time and i've never known a game to have aestically pleasing controls with a hack/slash type game. It impresses me so much that it helps you not become a button mashing machine but at the same time creates different moves in game when you might've spammed a button either way. For a game like this to put graphics, movement, controls all in a kind of open-ish world is incredible and puts the likes of Cyberpunk creators CD Projekt Red to shame. It feels like a Game of the Year type of game you'll always remember when you played it. Also, Tom @LordBaguette and myself had a dabble in the FREE multiplayer mode for a few levels and its bloody fantastic. I can't wait to try the survival 4-player mode at some point to eventually unlock the Raids they have! We should definitely find a moment where we can potentially partner up in a few levels with each other to see how far we could get @Dan94 @phil bottle @LordBaguette @RenFengge @Riff Machine and anyone else who has the game for that matter!
  10. We can skip stuff but at the same time the best way to learn the raid is completing full runs, or at least in order if for whatever reason we can't finish it all. The eggs I need are: The two eggs from The Corrupted I just need to find some time to do - which i'm more than happy to do as a fireteam with a few others as I'm sure i'm not on my own with these! Lol, tbh it won't be that far behind. If we wipe Clive @Teenwolf25 could see which way to go next time. Equally he could be there in the raid for us too for a few runs! πŸ˜„ Lets do them then! I know Nick @Bluebear is finally getting back into it again after his brief sabbatical on Cyberpunk and he desperately needs most of the eggs too. I'm pretty sure you can get 4 out of 5 eggs on your own. I used Esoterrick's quick guide to get some of them already.
  11. Ah good to know, Tommy. I think they remind me of Destiny ones a little bit. I do think it supports a game well when they have good cinematics, not essential, but it sure brings more people into the game if they can see their favourite characters acting out an action scene - can't beat feeling like a little kid still sometimes when watching them!
  12. I'm glad you didn't quite mate, some weeks are tougher than others and if your name is anything other than @Greboth then you would've felt your pain already at some point. I suppose the first race proved though that even when you feel something isn't going your way, especially in qualifying and split times, your race was a great one where you made up 4 places - given another 1 or 2 laps you may have passed Tom and Paul to finish 4th. Thats the beauty of races we've been having is no one quite knows how its going to pan out so never give up dude. Watching your progress has been great to see.

    Last Wish

I've added you mate now there is an RSVP πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž I'm going to see how 2pm works with the family - we might have puppies by the weekend on top of our older puppies so if time allows i'll help out! If you get a 6th though then that's cool to carry on!
  14. I need to come back one day and watch the 2 hour long one you posted Tommy @BO7H B4RRELS this was is bloody brilliant!
  15. Ouchy! If you love it then fair play mate...3 years though, it must've been one of the worst things that you could do to yourself!
  16. This is great, thanks @phil bottle. This will hopefully help the newer ones understand we go about stuff...even if most of its common sense πŸ˜„
  17. I think its a great idea to focus a little more on Last Wish over the coming weekends ahead @Baabcat . Thanks Clive for offering some support as it would be good to get as much for everyone as possible. Its definately a full on raid and enjoyable too so maybe we get a number of timings up across the next 3-4 weeks perhaps? This will allow for a number of people to try it as well as Clive can help look ahead to support and ask others that help FG out on a regular basis if we end up in urgent need of 1 or 2 more as we get there. I also just want to get the remaining 1 or 2 eggs I need from it to get the Cursebreaker seal! πŸ˜„ but this is secondary to just getting more poeple completing it and used to it.
  18. Come on then, @Greboth has shown us how to add FG logos into Gt Sport so you can use them in game, now lets take a look at what you've managed to create in game! If you need more FG logos in game please check the other thread here Let's see those skillz FG! 😎
  19. Great racing last night everyone. Only time for 2 races, which was outlined tbh, but I know sometimes people hope for an extra race or two if possible. I think in future weeks, as the newer people keep coming on and get used to the racing, alongside buying more cars, we can have slightly less Practice time moving forward. Race 1 - Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya After practice looking likely that @Greboth would take this at a stroll as no one could get under 1.48 or any consistency so he had a 2 seconds advantage...and Qualifying proved that right as @JBR-Kiwi unfortunately got kicked for some reason mid-way through it. I ended up struggling to get a good lap in until the final chance, beating @Mikepjbell by 0.002 even with a small penalty picked up on my last flying lap. Paul @slamminbones and Matty @Misneach_ had some cracking laps and had started to shine through after working really hard over the last few weeks to improve their times and consistency. New to the fold, Rich @tronic44 and Cal @TheMuggySpud came a very respectable 8th and 9th out of 11 racers - our largest number to date. Unfortunately, Matty couldn't keep the consistency up by spinning out later in the 4 lap race and ended up 9th. I kept with Greebs for a few corners but the gap grew enough to be out of slipstream even though it never wasn't a huge gap (+7.67s at the end). Mike performed well considering he said something about hating this track 🀣 as his lap times were very quick and was on my tail for the most part whilst keeping @phil bottle at bay on the first lap - he unexpectedly dropped down to 8th overall after struggling to keep the car on track. Tom's @LordBaguette night went far better than he had probably first thought after gaining a few places to just finish behind Paul in 5th. Paul's consistency was great to see, especially after trying so hard to learn the tracks and cars from the back of the grid last few Tuesdays. Cal couldn't keep up his great start after a valiant effort however Rich did manage a great 7th place only just behind Harold @Spacedeck that had to work really hard on an unforgiving track starting 10th on the grid. Race 2 - Dragon Tail - Gardens Gr.2 cars really make for erratic racing and all over the shop results don't they?🀣 One of Mike's favourite tracks and cars (Honda NSX) didn't pan out exactly how he wanted as he started 3rd on Qualifying but took an early lead in the 12 lap race. Tom was showing some amazing speed, Qualifying 5th and then taking 3rd place in the race for the early laps. Unfortunately hit the outside barrier on the fast first corner and that was enough for him to take an early bath; shame as how the race panned out i'm pretty sure he would've secured that spot later on after pit stops. Kiwi also struggled like mad, partly because of knocks early on but he was struggling with the car in most places dipping up and down the order which then saw him follow Tom to the bathroom. Greebs had to work a little harder for his win this time round, only re-taking the lead half way through the race. Mike couldn't hold on and after Phil's slow start dropping back a few places from 4th, he managed to sneak up into 2nd, past myself Matty and Mike in the second part of the race. Matty had a dream race where his lap times finally came hot and made minimal mistakes. Even when did make one near the end, it didn't matter because Mike and myself were making too many through the final stages. I always struggled on this track to keep lap times quick so a quick 2 pit stops in multiple laps to get the Hard tyre out of the way and back on Medium felt better so i could have more grip. I gained over 13 seconds on Matty and Mike up until the final few corners where Mike spun allowing me to pass, yet for me to squander it down the drain and spin just behind him. Paul (6th) and Harold (7th) struggled to hold the car on the track in most places but understandable as we don't do many Gr.2 races and it felt like a very hard race to keep the cars on the track at all times. Great racing, super improvements made by all and great to see 2 new faces again. Hopefully more of the same and we get more than 11 on the track next Tuesday! GGFG @TheMuggySpud @phil bottle @Greboth @GazzaGarratt @JBR-Kiwi @Spacedeck @LordBaguette @Mikepjbell @slamminbones @tronic44 @Misneach_ EDIT: Nice little of Mike getting magnetised to Phil once again....
  20. We stopped the rot!! We stopped the rot!! Well, after we took a few more beatings still 🀣 We had 11 turn up across the night which was an incredible turnout and welcomed Connor (ThyCrunch) to the fold as the newcomer this week who settled in well linking up play early doors. We were teetering low down in Division 4 to start off and unfortunately, like an old Olivier Giroud, we took a little while to get into the night (you could say as per usual!) which made it even harder to get some momentum going. The Rodman @Lurch and Kanye @jordie1892 show was getting into first gear by the 3rd game but our luck eventually ran out early, even though defense performances with blocks and crucial tackles were flying in. A few unfortunate deflections seemed to always end up in front of their forward to slot home against the run of play. Although, Red Cards from hacker-go-lucky James @Lurch and through a last ditch attempt to stop a penalty from Club Tropicana @GazzaGarratt, certainly didn't help the cause. You could easily be deflated after our third relegation on the bounce but we were playing some good football, especially with people trying other positions and having more of us trying out defensive partnerships. @Macca89 turned up to play a few games and connect with Torpedo Tony @TonyAE86 to make a strong pairing and with Daninho @Dan94 playing an absolute blinder all night at Right Back, our fortunes started to turn. An always positive Gary Goals @LordBaguette started to fire off a few bangers when he eventually found his Zen moment and with Dan doing a stellar job at the back alongside feisty Mulletov @G_dub52 the W's started coming in. The most positive display from the night was the array of passing that went throughout the team, there were moments we surpassed Barcelona's standards and nearly finished a few amazing plays with a goal whereby everyone touched the ball, apart from James πŸ˜„. Having said that, the stats don't lie. Rodman was on fire. He's the best 3p we spent on an FG signing as his height was dominating corners with his trademark headers, and his right foot was belting some in the top stanch for FGFC. Bouncebackability was the word of the night where we quickly saw Gibroni Tony turn into Torpedo Tony in a matter of minutes. Firstly doing his trademark bullet soaring into the sky when 1-on-1 but then redeeming himself by latching on to a stray ball in the box to bury hit home, much to the delight of his fellow players. Connor also saw a 1-on-1 shot hit the post like Waddle in Extra Time vs West Germany at 1990 but then followed it up with a late epic run into the box and score with a cool finish. Last few games got us in firmly in the groove with a cracking curled finish from Gin Tronic @tronic44 and a bullet header by Roberto Barlos @Findmartin . The goals and assists flurried home (2.4 goals per game) with only 1 game ending up with no FG goals. Ending with 50% Wins was a great comeback from last week and leaves us knowing next session we're on we'll be back in Division 4 with another trophy in the bank! GGFG! @Macca89 @LordBaguette @Dan94 @G_dub52 @Lurch @jordie1892 @tronic44 @TonyAE86 @Findmartin @ThyCrunch @GazzaGarratt
  21. Nice work on getting the first week done with so much fitness in it πŸ‘Š Used to love a HIT session, shame its effin freezing outside or i'd be trying to make one up in the back garden.
  22. @tronic44 you tried them at all? I know @McNasty and @Greboth just picked up VR headsets so they might be able to chime in if they have any experience or comparison.
  23. Great updates pal, looking like you've had a cracking start to training this year πŸ‘Š I can hear and feel that pain! I can't recall mate but what happened to your knee? Is that why you do that cryogenic stuff on it?
  24. Think of all the things you could've done with that 96p you would've saved!
  25. What's streaming platform is this on @BO7H B4RRELS ?
