Love this thread Chad @Riff Machine . Mine I think will always be Destiny for the foreseeable future. Its become it even more so 7 years since it started because of how its removed so much FOMO, so now I know I don't have to play it - and thats when I end up playing it once or twice a week. The shooting and objectives just end up being a very satisfying experience. Outside of that I seem to have settled into a routine with FIFA and GT Sport. Both are easy pick up and play games but what that does mean is I struggle to pick up others around it as life duties kick in on other nights. Nice to see an array of games above too. @Riff Machine @slamminbones what makes you pick Single Player campaign games? I struggle even more when I've completed a game when I was younger to replay it again. @Greboth @Plumbers Crack I want Minecraft to be one for me but I think I struggle with how its looked over the years without the rpg objectives my uncreative brain needs. Valheim could give me that itch though. I think both games can do that but you don't realise it until you're actually playing them. I miss R6 @The3rdWalker but know my mental capacity would struggle if I didnt play it twice a week. @J4MES OX4D what objectives can you do on Truck simulator games? @Spacedeck I think the key with mine is that they're shared experiences. When I gamed as a kid, I think it would then be linked to my personal life interests - so all the football games got serious playtime. Its not sad you don't have a million hours in one game, its great that you're still searching for one and are willing to try more games. I'm sure any of us could help get you hooked on one of our 'Go To' games 😎

They've kind of missed the window for DLC for me, although it doesn't mean they still can't rebadge it and sell it for full price with the Legendary Plus Super Extra Version. They are in a very lucky spot still as the game does get many players daily so its never fallen off the cliff edge, although the longer they leave it, the harder it is to pull new players in as they'll get trounced by existing players too quickly and not fall in love with it. I just hope they don't waste any PvE development that clearly must be there in some significant fashion. Huge waste of money if not and peoples Dev time if so.

It looked like L4D version 3 but worried it was a shallow game and it sounds like it is. I think if it goes down in price and people wanna try it could come on my radar but we've got things like World War Z that is 4 player and zombie killing levels anyway and that serves its purpose.

Really? Has it been confirmed? Thats utterly gutting to be honest. It makes me also think of when many of us say that they should all the time they need to get it right, and with this one I'm not so sure thats overly acceptable to be this late to the party. Overwatch has been out for years now and really hasn't received huge updates of any kind. A few of us still play it but to now be okay at the game I feel it has to become your main game otherwise you can't keep close enough rank to all your friends to be able to party up in competitive. And for some reason, I dont enjoy just playing Arcade as there's no real objective to unlock anything. With a 2 year delay, imo this now needs to be a fully fledged AAA PvE game and not what they said was going to be like an expansion pack for OW1.

It really is. The gap between Mercedes and Red Bull is closer than ever and now we start to see McLaren and Ferrari getting closer. Not to mention all the drama that unfolded at the last race, that was insane! Loved seeing all the different strategies and mistakes take place. I think Hungary keep getting lucky that either drivers have a real bad day and cause huge scenes or the weather can completely change what happens. I felt gutted for London after he jumped 3 places on the starting grid, only for Bottas to make his one and only mistake in his career on the starting grid. What a time to do it and take 4-5 cars out 😅 Looking forward to the next one already!

I thought that but they've only bought themselves an extra month, which in the gaming dev world isn't a huge amount of time to fix stuff. I imagine it has to be related to that as they've surprisingly received quite a lot of praise for this game so far.

My plan whilst I'm on holiday is try and sort my PC heating issues first before trying this again. I have the thermal paste so will look at it after going away for a few days.

Well done to all involved last night. 2 good races, seeing people do extremely well and the field is continually getting closer. @phil bottle fantastic pole lap mate. You deserved to be higher in that race. @Bluebear you are getting faster and faster which is great to see after so few races. @jordie1892 and @crispymorgan far quicker now you're trying with less TCS (and ABS on Jordie 🤣) @Greboth and @Mikepjbell as always being consistent through 2 races. For me, 2 main errors which cost me placing higher in the races. First race I shouldn't have pitted. I thought Phil, Mike and Crispy were on Mediums. Annoying, cos I was second and fairly comfortable just sitting behind Phil. 2 places lost based on other strategies. 2nd race I didnt stay consistent in Qualy. I shouldve placed second on the grid but stupidly made little errors that meant I gave a space to Mike. This in turn meant I was in too many battles with Greebs and Phil so gave me too much to do to catch Mike up at the end, albeit only 2 seconds away. Same old for me, I should be more aggressive closing gaps from people but I stick to racing lines and expect people to give me room. Might need to change my lines moving forward and use Radar alot more. GGs everyone. Not there next week which is a shame but holiday is calling.

I really like the way this map looks. Its also slightly smaller which may also be useful, given the fact I used to spend many nights just running from one point to another.

Over the years i've aksed FGers to help me understand what team I should follow but as there's never much buzz here I kind of miss when everything starts until I hear Superbowl is coming around again! How is the Fantasy Football league work? Is it quite difficult to do and do you need to start it soon at all? Could've been a good thing to help people here keep some interest in this egg hand chasing game.

How have people missed this?! @Antpool84 that's an insane collection dude! I think the Deathstroke ones are some I never expected to see and look fantastic.

It's getting quite abit of praise from the closed Beta and there are some brief plays that look very nostalgic. Considering an Xbox now.... One thing that would help them win everyone over is the ranking system. Do we know if they are taking anything into consideration from the heydays of Halo 2?

I haven't got past 5 hours yet 🤣so fair play for getting this far @Antpool84 ! I enjoy the scenery and the way the world is but I sometimes think these games need to push you down the linear main story route abit further before opening up side quests. I'll never understand that Black Flag balanced a main story with a superb side mini game, that you can also play on your mobile through the day which impacted your game when you got home to play it - and this never got replicated or evolved in any future games? We can live and hope for the future i'm sure.

In some ways, just because of what Chad said above, I kinda wish Sony had let McDonalds do that controller. At least we'd have some variety in what's on offer!

How close is this to Pay to Win? Sounds like boosts are available to get into the game quickly, which is what they want. Is there many characters to obtain? Might check it out for the Switch for a quick game when we go on hols if its free.

Can't wait to see Spartak Moscow, Lech Poznan and Malmo join them.

Came here to see what the reaction was post launch and realised its been delayed. Good, although i'm not sure the delay will stop anyone feeling less pissed about the game being a triple A price.

Me too, but the 3rd person looks awkward for my own personal playstyle. Reminds me of Gears of War and I really couldn't get on with those games at all. @Macca89 , another Aliens game to add to the collection.
