Anyone else watching this? The show centres around Peacemaker (John Cena) and follows on from the recent Suicide Squad film. I'm not the biggest fan of the recent DC movies including the Suicide Squad so this show mostly passed me by but it's getting good reviews. Only 3 episodes have aired so far but it's brilliant 😄 The trend continues of DC struggling to make good movies yet making better TV shows. Nice to see Daytona added, the 24hr layout is an interesting track and quite a challenge too. I haven’t looked at the track list but hopefully we get a few more new ones on top of Daytona. We need a few more tracks I’ve not driven before 😄

Just ordered the PS version which should arrive Monday so we can have some racing together 🙂

Cobra Kai is terrible; it's cheesy, cringey, ludicrous at times beyond belief, some of the actors are meh and there's only a couple of characters I like (Eli/Hawk and Miguel) but I can't stop watching it 😄 I think I've watched every season within a few days of them being released. My only complaint about S4 is Sam, I just found her too whingey but in fairness, along with some of LaRussos actions, you're supposed to somewhat go off supporting them. Definitely an interesting ending with Silver and I am looking forward to S5.

Having had the boiler break last week, I can confirm even my comparatively low end gpu is good for heating too.

I’ll check it out next time I’m on 🙂 On the subject of buildiings, I’ve unlocked tier 4 quests and the first one I have is for the building opposite our base that we’ve used for horde night in the past. So no matter how bad the building gets, it will magically be fixed soon 😄

So my first idea for a base didn’t work 😞 turns out zombies can easily walk over steep slopes now so that ideas out. I haven’t tried the second idea out yet as I messed up something in my test world I think as I changed the time to horde night but nothing happened. I agree with you though @tronic44 I’ve been focusing on meat and veg stew as it’s all I’ve unlocked in masterchef. But as you said, good to build up a stock so everyone has some food on them so we aren’t all starving. Definitely need to diversify though, especially as some foods offer nice perks.

I liked the base we had with giant hole in the middle. It seemed to work well for horde night and I’ve got an idea on a variation of that style base. I’ve also got an idea for a different type of base too. So off to a creative world I go!

So Merc have decided not to appeal based on an agreement the FIA will set up a review board to ensure fairness in the sport. I’m not sure it’s the best decision as it puts it back in the hands of the FIA to do the right thing. Which I’m not sure they will do but I guess we can live in hope.

Nice one Phil. I maxxed my farming yesterday so can make any seeds and get 3x when harvesting. So I think my current plan is to try and extend the farm so we’re growing enough crops we don’t have to constantly go out hunting. I’ve been a but jack of all trades outside of that, putting some points in to mining, hunting and pummelling so I could do the basics of each. I was going to focus on mining but not sure that necessary right now with you and Dave on it so might put points elsewhere. Engineering and traps would probably make the most sense but depends what others have spent their points on already.

I think that’s where everyone has a problem. People would moan if Masi had made any of those choices because their favourite didn’t win. However no-one would have the right to appeal because the rules were followed. Though Article 15.3 to me reads as the Race director has authority over the clerks use of the safety car. Not the race director has carte blanche use of the safety car. If rhe FIA stick to but 15.3 then it opens a whole can of worms everytime the safety car is used. It will become a lottery and open to appeal every single time.

Mercedes didn’t pay a penalty, they gambled sure and it was the right gamble as had the rules been followed as written and as enacted at every safety car grand prix for the last 20+ years it would have been a safety car finish. Michael Masi just decided YOLO threw the rule book out and made it up. Even the denial of Merc’s appeal admits they didn’t enact the whole rule. The decisions, or lack thereof, at Brazil and Jeddah were questionable enough. But at least they were subjective decisions on the application of the rules and penalties. This was just totally disregarding the rules for entertainment and it makes a mockery of the championship and F1 being a sport. Sport and competition only works if everyone is playing to same rules and knows what the rules are. To change them 2 laps from the end of the last race is just farcical. I joked in the gt sport whatsapp group that at least Masi isn’t as bad as Belestre. Having thought about it some more though is it too late to dig him up and reinstate Belestre? He was biased as all hell but at least he was consistent in his bias, was competent and did some good for the sport. Since the liberty takeover my interest in F1 has wained as it’s moved from a sport to a spectacle to the point most weekends I only watch the 5 min highlights posted on youtube. At this point I think I’ve given up entirely. Still Merc have given notice of their appeal of their appeal so we’ll see what happens. Though I hold no hope of the result being overturned. Maybe I should take @Diddums advice and get back in to bike racing.

No that doesn't really apply to me. A bit of google sleuthing suggests it's something to do with DLSS and reprojection of frames. I still haven't gotten around to trying again but hopefully will soon.
