It is clear to me now that I'm going to have to channel my inner Ronnie Pickering 🤔😅

I’ve loved getting back into GT. used to play it years ago with some mates. Haven’t played it for probably over 10years. Getting back into it no doubt is gonna be a long hard slog again getting upto speed and getting used to the wheel but looking forward to it. I’d be happy around the mid pack, that’s my aim. I’ve been trying to practice a couple of circuits to get the feel for them but as soon as you switch cars or tyres the whole game changes again😂😂

Another week of great battles, banter and racing all round. Enjoyed close racing with everyone!

It can very much be hit and miss against teams now. We either come up against really strong sides or teams we absolutely walk all over ^_^ Enjoying the highlights each week @GazzaGarratt 🙂

The funniest thing about that goal is we scored it in 1 minute then lost 5-1 😂

Sort of, but also not always. Wanted to leave most open ended so we can add more later down the line. You'll see a common theme in the overall design that they should change shape with some of them, so should give you a sense of getting better ones over time. And thank you...yeah, each badge did take a bit of time to create, but it was the automated rules that you have to write to save us all a bucket load of time to manually hand out every single one! 🤣😅

I'm almost at the point where I'm comfortable in the wheel now, my only weakness is braking. I also need to learn better composure. You're definitely the better driver but you're just about in reach enough to give me that competition to raise my game. I'm really enjoying it. When @GazzaGarrattgets to grips with his wheel that will be an added challenge. I also get the feeling @crispymorgan is going to show us his speed when hes more used to the game. @LordBaguette has shown he has the pace in qualifying once he knows a track, just needs to push on. Personally I'd keep TCS at 2 judging by all the break dancing you like to do each race. I think everyone that races is improving to be honest and it's nice to see.

These things happen mate, as I said to Shucker in the main thread driving by yourself isn’t that interesting. Racing close and side by side is, it’s just here accidents happen too. You try to not hit people but you will at some point, all you can do is say sorry and try to avoid it next time. Well unless you’re Mike who has a pathological need to always hit Phil 😆

Yeah I felt more confident with the second track so I just kept at it. Nothing worse than taking a dive on a track your horrible at anyway. Little to no chance of recovery with our group nowadays. I think we have cultivated a lot of good racers in our group now and the competition is just steep. If your not try Harding your not doing it right at this point.

Starting out I finished the previous race in 9th and in reverse grid started 5th behind @Grebothwho finished the previous race in 5th... still trying to wrap my brain around that.then to add insult to injury it appears that it may have been @Grebothwho ran me off the track at turn 1 Monza. I clearly had the middle lane with greebs on the inside lane and suddenly I was shoved out into the sand..... hood clean racing. I’ll be reviewing my own footage to see.

I've worked nights since 1995 for most of the week o don't know what 6 hours sleep is let alone 8..and that will hardly ever be uninterrupted. Now I've probably conditioned myself to function as an insomniac 🤪 but I know it's not for everyone. I couldn't use a child's bedtime even when I worked days for a year recently im just not ready. However I don't go to bed straight from gaming, like when I come home from work I watch a TV show to chill out and get ready for sleep. I guess it's what works for you that counts.

Imagine how many games we might have won if @Allyknew the offside rule 😛

Great racing again last week. The spring race was good, glad I kept hold of P3 and I think that's going to be my realistic target this year, I feel like Phil and I are the red bulls of the pack at the moment haha. Still not happy about blue moon, but I don't know who the point the finger at 😂 Looking forward to the next race tomorrow!!
