Another super season all! I'm kicking myself as if I was just a little more consistent in keeping the car on the track i'd be up there but it means always room for improvement with this game. Also, super to see some new arrivals this season with Nick @Bluebear and @Kurt joining in. We even saw @Diddums and Tom a few times more than expected so nice to have more on the track as it definitely adds to more battles through the course of the season. Well done to all the rest, super fun to look forward to and hopefully we can rope in more for next time as 16 on the track would be insane. Thanks to James @Lurch for doing our livery too and with our points per race and a little more luck, we should be pretty happy considering we had last choice in the manufacture sweepstake 😄 GGs all!

However, they have also confirmed that there will be a free next gen upgrade for the special edition, which would be very appealing since that can be picked up pretty cheap on ps4 and xbox one.

Absolutely. Even if people don't like F1, its a fantastic watch regardless. Very well madehow it highlights the entire grid rather than just the winners. This season has been fantastic so far and i'm really looking forward to Belgian GP this weekend. I also heard about Lando potentially on Red Bull's cards to join them. Ngl, I hope not. Christian Horner really annoys me and whilst them being competitive makes it exciting racing, I'm hoping McLaren can really push on and break that barrier so they can make it nice and tight with 3 teams rather than 2 at the top.

I watched it late last night and thoroughly enjoyed Boss Level. Wanted it to go on for longer but I suppose that's a sign of a good movie if you don't want it to end! Thanks for the opinion, Gary 👍

Just finished watching Honest Thief. The last two Liam Neeson movies I watched sucked hard (Cold pursuit & Ice Road) so it was refreshing to finally see him in a good movie again. Really enjoyed it. Nice to see Kate Walsh again as well. I always found her to be a really attractive woman and a good actress.

Reminds me a lot of BF4. So much so, I'm currently reinstalling it plus all the dlc and community add ons. Honestly, "monkey see, monkey do" should be my gaming bio. The PC version of 2042 has been on sale green man gaming for £40 a couple of times but I've resisted pre-ordering so far.

It's running the best I've ever seen it, so well in fact I keep jumping on late at night to do a few jobs. I noticed one specific bug that has been fixed that made me happy. I had to deliver some tungsten to Port Olisar. But when I went there I landed on the wrong strut. This is usually very annoying as you can't go inside and walk between struts, they're all self-contained. So you have to space walk to the other strut while carrying a crate. It used to be a 50% of dying when you land as the character would fall over and break his neck.... but I chanced it and now when you land, instead of falling over I landed very gracefully. Great qol improvement as i often make the mistake of not paying attention when I'm asking for permission to dock and end up in the wrong part of the space station. I'll be on a bit today and this week as I'm now at 250k and just 20k more to buy a dragonfly.

Played a bit of the beta and they've done a good job with the remaster - really brought it up to date without losing much of what made the original so good. Sadly there's all this Battle.net integration shite even with single player and they've also removed promised ultrawide support so fuck them and fuck Blizzard. Wont buy this unless 21:9 is re-enabled and this game can be played without connecting to their shitty services.

I've been on the special edition a bit recently on PC, it's still a great game but yep they sure have milked this one. I have the Xbox 360 and both PC versions myself 😁

Well done to all, another great season of racing and getting tighter all the time. Personally, I'm never touching the Gr. 4 Nissan ever again, could not compete in that class at all but it was still a lot of fun trying to get the best out of it. We'll have a few weeks of fun races before the next season starts and if anyone on PC fancies some Assetto Corsa I think we'll look to do something there as well.

Cheers @Greboth 😁 First race had a little battle with @jordie1892 only to push my self then ended up coming off the track. The 2nd race I picked the wrong car should of got a decent position but due to picking wrong had to pit fuel which resulted in losing all the positions I climbed. Also love the livery that much thst I will keep using it in honour of team grebones.

Watched a number of movies in the past week or so now. Wrath of Man- Really liked this one. The first 45 minutes are a bit confusing (I was pretty lost lol) but then they do a good job of tying it all together in the 2nd half of the movie. IMO it was probably one of Jason Statham's best films. Tomorrow World- Fun movie. I really like Chris Pratt so it's hard to not enjoy one of his films, but this one is just a neat non-thinking fun movie to watch. Val - Val Kilmer's one he made about his life. This is hard to say if I liked it or not. On one hand I liked it because I always liked Val as an actor. Yet on the other hand it was probably one of the more depressing films I have seen in awhile. And then it has the bit of pompousness overtone to it which Val has always been known for lol. So It's hard to say it was good/bad. If you're a Val Kilmer fan then it's okay, but I wouldn't watch it again that's for sure.

I guess the psplus free games must have taken the summer off too. 😵‍💫

Yes dude, it is a brilliant few series to watch. gives you a better look at what actually goes on in the world of F1. Can't wait for the summer break to be over!

This one hit me a little more than usual yesterday. He grew on me loads over recent years, specifically because of how good he was on 8 out of 10 cats. A small update on the server, the mob farm has been expanded to now also include an iron farm with a small sugar cane farm. The sugar cane farm probably is a little too small currently so will be expanded in the future if we need it. The mob/iron/sugar cane farm has been linked through the nether too and the portal can be found at East -7. I'll be bringing the stuff back for the main storage room but for now all the drops can be found at the farm. On the subject of storage, the storage room above is no more and it has been replaced by a much bigger version. The new version features 2 double chests for 64 sortable items currently set to iron, gold, redstone, copper etc. and bulk storage of 12 double chests for the common items like cobblestone, stone, andesite, granite etc. All chests are marked by the block in the floor or ceiling with items that don't have a block form marked with an item frame. There's still 10 slots not assigned so if you think of anything that isn't assigned, let me know and I can set the filter. Currently any items that aren't filtered just go to the chests above this room which is accessible using the water column in the middle of the room. # Upstairs is a bit bare currently though ultimately will feature overflow storage for the auto-filtered room as well as manually sorted chests for those things we won't have a lot of i.e a redstone chest that will contain comparitors, repeaters, observers, droppers etc. basically stuff linked by a common thread but that we won't have bulk numbers of them. If there's room too, I'll be adding a super smelter too as as they're always useful. Giving the size of the building, I'm hoping for a 16 furnace version but we shall see how things pan out. And yes, the storage room is an eye sore currently as I've built the inside first as that's the practical part. I know how I shall be decorating the outside but I just need to gather enough blocks first then it will be made pretty......well prettier at least.

I watched it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The server has been up for about a week already so we've made a start on setting up a base. We've set up on a Savanna plain for now and this is where you'll spawn in as a new player. Early game it's hard to have enough resources to set up big farms so we have a small crop farm, a small automatic melon and pumpkin farm as well as a kelp farm (which can be used as fuel in furnaces) We've also captured and started breeding some animals as needed the food as well as the wool for beds and leather for books. Matt has set up an automatically storage room for the most common items in the game. This just requires dumping everything in a single chest and it will get put in the correct chests. With more chests down the stairs and the potential for some bulk storage to be added in the future. The red and gold rails on the right hand side of the above picture, is a small furnace array. It's only made up of 8 furnaces but put your items in the top minecart and the fuel in the bottom, flick the lever and your items will get evenly distributed amongst the furnaces, smelted and returned to the bottom chest. Effectively this means smelting this 8x faster and great when you need to smelt hundreds of one item. We also have an afk'able mob farm just off shorte that was only finished last night. Mobs in MC give you several important things so it's useful to have an automatic way to harvest these drops. Due to lack of resources,the farm is quite small but ultimately will be 4x the size of what you see here. And of course, the drops from the mob farm are automatically sorted too 😄 Plenty more still to do but this is a good start 🙂

Another "the fewer people who know..." situation. We have to do annual inspections soon. My office wear suits, but the inspection is geared toward street officers. A lot of the stuff we are supposed to "inspect" isn't even issued to my guys. The former LT actually made them wear a uniform in for a day for inspection. Most Investigations units have the detectives bring the uniform in on a hanger. I told my sergeants to have the detective take a photo and show them that they have all the required doo-dads on the uniform, raise their right hand and swear they can still fit their ass in the pants, and call it a day...and to keep their mouths shut about it because if the CPT says they need to bring it in physically we'll end up doing that. I'll be "inspecting" the sergeants the same way. Nobody actually cares about this, it's just a checkbox we have to do because a certifying body says it's a best practice. I put just as much effort into box checking as it deserves, and the less time my guys spend on this sort of BS, the more time they have to work their cases. Side note: The detective who said he didn't have enough work to do got 4 new cases in 2 days instead of his normal 2. Sgt said he seems like maybe he's putting two and two together. 😄
