Looks insane, very unique. I think the combat may be a struggle but more because they explained you don't actually have a gun as per se. Its about using the environment in a strange way and feels more stealthy. Also...wtf??! .....Hmmm....

Last week was actually a close battle. My most consistent race for a while too, I led for a good few laps and then stayed with Kiwi within 2 seconds until I went off track at the high looping corner which made it a scary last lap to retake Phil for second. Great to see @JBR-Kiwi back at the races, @LordBaguette having his most consistent race so far and @Bluebear and @slamminbones having a great battle throughout. -

The price feels insane. Probably because its a controller and we're still used to that type of money giving us more bang for our buck. I think I just sense they charge it because they can. The gaming market is evolving, gamers want more, so they develop more. And if SCUF and the Elite controller are already above the 150 mark, selling this for 210 won't bother them in the slightest. And as Chad says, people will still spend that money on them cos they can. I think the main challenge will be how sturdy and long will it last - reports of many Elite controllers having to be sent back within 6 months tells me this type of tech isn't as strong as we'd like it to be. Would love to own but game wise, not sure there is much pushing me towards it just yet....maybe if we end up rolling on CoD MW2 and OW2 hard then I'll consider it.

Saw SkillUp mention this on Twitter. Sounds really disappointing, more so because its just before the live launch. Sometimes games will struggle due to the base framework on how its been built but you must tell people way further ahead than a week away from launch. I would expect sales to be down on this somewhat now as you can already feel the 30 to 60 fps difference on some games we play today.

I still haven't had as I've not had much chance to try out new games, however 20% is decent for something like this. Whilst the reviews aren't all super amazing, i'd say for the first ever F1 Manager game to come out, it looks solid enough to buy it at discount. I expect them them to add more functionality in the next one they bring out, like multiplayer, but they'll learn from this one hopefully enough to keep this type of game going. Playstation or PC for people who are thinking of getting it?

For the first time it feels like many of us at FG will back on a CoD and thats a feeling I thought we'd never have again tbh. I'd rather be buying this at the start to enjoy all the group up benefits that comes with it, and of course, the private matches we should be able to play on this. I want to actually get into the classes more and understand how more guns work on this one. The beta really felt good for the time I played it. I'm touch and go wanting to pre-order to try it. I think I'll push hard to make myself play MW2019 story first before this considering the recent positive feedback its received here. You should also get it to group up with FG this time round....😎

Overwatch 2 is out now free 2 play and this month's free games include Hot Wheels Unleashed so get both games downloaded ASAP!! If we have more than 5 people, we can make a few teams on OW2, equally we can also have a fee good private races on Hot Wheels if people fancy giving it a go! Hopefully we'll have a resurgence at some point - probably more like classic niche boutique shops is the way to go bearing in mind the huge spotlight that the environment has on it right now. Game used to be my main growing up until Gamestation hit the street and would sell used old games for all the consoles. Its how I started my huge collection of games for all different consoles. Went up every Monday night, took a few of my mates on payday, and said find a few games for all of us and i'd buy them all so we could come back to mine and play on multiple screens and different consoles. It was brilliant, especially because most old games would be like £1 or £2 to buy. Part of me slightly dies when Game were allowed to buy them out. I think the competition regulator in the market should've vetoed the deal imo 😅 Regardless of the shop though, I do miss days to the shops where you could just go in and take your time browsing game cases of all consoles. Sometimes you'd find gems that you probably wouldn't find searching on the internet. Equally the second hand market should be a thriving market now considering how stupidly expensive Digital games are and no resell prices.

Ah man, those Sega Saturn games makes me want to sort my gaming station out again as I haven't got all space right now for all the consoles out. Shining Force 2 is supposed to be a stellar game i've heard, nice purchases Matt!

A teaser just dropped of a bit of internal playtesting. Its got some way to go to look like a decent competitor to FIFA but at the same time it already looks better than the PES alternative, eFootball. I'm asking them about gamemodes, especially Pro Clubs so hopefully we'll see something to rival it.

Sunday raids help many others be around so heres another slot for Kings Fall this week unless there is a huge desire for people to do a different raid. RSVP if you can make this one and also indicate if you want the start time slightly changing.

Wednesday raid - a little later in the evening that may help more NA people if about but I know many UK people can be around later. I thought lets get a different raid in rotation so its not just Kings Fall all the time. Happy for people to suggest a different one if we can get 6 for tomorrow evening.

Yeah, first week wasn't too bad actually. I seemed more consistent initially but then the penalties started coming and when you chase to push a little more when tyres are going off, they really drop off and mistake happen (soz Phil). Either way, if you do make a mistake now though you get punished for it in the main with large penalties which i think is correct overall. I still took heart though as only one or two major errors made the race harder. I felt quick and Phil had to do a ton of defending...it felt like the cars were twice as wide! 🤣 Thanks for sorting Philly, I need to now get back on the FG Achievements as we managed to rack up a few things in that race too which was nice to see.
