Ordered a new controller today. Gonna start calling you my 'Momentum Mate'. Prick. 🤣🤣❤️ Tbh, I loved playing the games and for 90-95% of each match I was reasonably happy with. Frustratingly i'm just paying for the cost of not playing FIFA for over 15 years. Macca's both games were extremely tight, although first game I literally defended for 90 minutes and only lost 1-0. A last minute corner couldn't be forced in but my 2nd game with Macca later on in the evening, I ended up 2-0 up with 20 minutes gone and felt largely on top for a sudden change. I knew he'd get back into the game but was hoping to hold on for 60 minutes...but with 15-20 mins to go i was back at 2-2, only for a winner to go in on the last 10 minutes which I was certainly gutted about. The 4th only hit the night on the final whistle as I was just trying to find quick passes and sliding everywhere to get the ball back. Jordies and James' games were decent games for majority of it. And then just lost concentration over little shitty FIFA moments which ultimately meant i got punished. A few late goals in both games ruined what were a little bit closer results albeit I was comfortable that I lost the games fair and square. I really shouldn't have lost to Ant and Martin in our 2nd game though. I felt like I did enough in both games to easily get 3 points, forget the draw but thats where the Spanish inquisition i'll call it came marching in and buttfucked me. A pen one way that wasn't and a few pens my way that weren't was part of Ant's game, plagued by Spanish defenders incapable of holding off strikers who were behind the ball. And as Mart says above, the last 10 minutes were the most I felt violated in my life on FIFA 🤣 Thing is, whilst I got one 1 win out 7, it still was fun and we had great laughs throughout so I really hope people see what this can bring and we can crack on through it as we can do mini knockout tournaments along the way and after this has been completed if we keep enjoying it. Now time to write my letter of complaint to FIFA and the Spanish manager for picking utter shite players rather than all the good ones in the game 😁

A really good start to this little league - 14 GAMES PLAYED yesterday already! I really want this to happen so thanks for everyone that had a cheeky game (or 7 like me 😄). I'll come back and write up about my own performance which in a nutshell was dreadful 🤣 but its all for the lolz. Remember, you only 10-15 mins free to grab a game and they don't need to be played in any order.

Super @jordie1892 ! I think this will be great fun! I've took all the team updates and i've stuck it into our Tournaments application on FG so hopefully it looks pretty pukka with all the teams in there. Unfortunately I had to add 3 N/A teams to fill the gap so we may give free points to you all so they can be stuck at the bottom 😄 The league can be found below with all the fixtures in it. As Jordie says, play when you can. Home and Away games against each other and then let us know the scores. Keep coming back here to say how things went and we'll have some good banter along the way. You can also access the Tournament through the menu bar and also on the FIFA Game Hub Page when scrolling 😄 Already had a quick game against @Macca89 and it was much tighter than I thought! Although, my first shot was in the 90th minute!! 🤣 A 1-0 win for Scotland (you can see the results populated on the relevant rounds too! (this is on Round 8). GGFG

Grealish was injured so not sure why many people hammered Southgate for his selections. We did well i thought based on opposition. Could've easily slipped up but we didn't. I love these things....can't deny that I was hoping Blackburn stayed on that top 10 list at the end there! Shame if we don't get back soon we'll drop off again 😔

I think you need to try Green Hell, Carl @TurboR56Mini . It's something that has a similar storyline through a survival game. Trailer was definitely cool so it would be good to see some gameplay soon to see how this works as you play/survive.

Oh, and the only other thing annoying is they could have seen the market window and made the game open for bigger parties. 3 players feels restrictive which means its more targeted for Single Player people imo.

Thanks for this @Shucker , it's intrigiung me and because I get abit FOMO of what i'm missing out I can't deny its on my mind on whether to get it. However, i'm like Chad @Riff Machine atm because it feels like a lot of money for a game we don't know how endgame will pan out quite yet. The difficulty is that we're all used to gorging content like there's no tomorrow so I have no doubt if you have the willpower the game will be a good experience...until endgame. I'm also similar to @phil bottle as the gameplay hasn't excited me watching it atm. It must be different playing it to reports though. I've never been a fan of Gears of War titles because of the camera and way the controls felt to move around, it never felt natural. Third person cover-esque games (I know you aint supposed to use cover, but its in there) is more Division 2 as the standard to reach so I just worry can it make the heitghts of that - even Division 2 has struggled with endgame albeit having a great campaign mode. Crossplay is a great enabler and one that might trigger me over the line. I'm still invested in Destiny 2 because I know i'll always have some things to do in there but when we get the quieter weeks this could be a good filler and that way the game doesn't die straight away. Its not a live service game though, right? You can play offline like Borderlands I heard. That means endgame will suffer surely as endgame really means 'give me stuff to do all the time that changes'?

Well, its been a while for an FGFGF update, but hopefully you can let me off on that, as the first months of 2021 have certainly been busy to say the least 😄 The Big Xmas FGFGF Giveaway was a huge thing for me to try and organise and complete but I was determined to do something extraordinary because of the hard times we've all had through this global lockdown. FGers received playstation, xbox and steam vouchers, brand new games (quite a few that were AAA) to play with other FGers, quality merchandise through special edition statues and FG personalised stuff thrown in to make it all up. All FGers ( except @Dan94 because of Merch supplier issues 😤) have their gifts and I really hope they've been well received and you're getting a lot of smiles out of them already. Even though that was quite a significant mini project to do, especially alongside the FG Awards (how can we all forget!), I still managed to get a few more Feel Good Fund surprises out there in the wild over that period and into early 2021. Clive @Teenwolf25 and Justin @FallenDark200 helped us massively get through the difficult times on Destiny in the last few years and helped many FGers get their first raids done and some seriously hard activites completed. Games like Destiny require people to keep the social side of things going whilst we wait for better days and i'm glad its still a game that is a core game here. A Feel Good surprise in the way of FG personalised Hoodies went their way as a thanks to them. James @Lurch has been a newer FGer to the fold at the back end of last year, getting involved every week on FIFA nights and embracing what FG is about finding the time to get into the other games we all play on an FG Friday. With some harder times that he's had to overcome, a Feel Good opportunity was open for the taking which we gladly took with both hands, so he now is a lovely owner of a 2TB Hard Drive for all the extra games he has to play with FGers. Tom @LordBaguette has made a real effort to bring a buzz around the place with his Marvel comic/movie knowledge, his support with setting up previous poker nights as well as having other challenges to deal with, so sending him a handmade version Iron Man Arc Reactor (picture below) to brighten his days with an FG smile. We were also able to honour our promise last year of getting Cyberpunk 2077 for Sam @Capn_Underpants and we hope everything at home is getting better with her Mum and family ❤️ Finally, @JBR-Kiwi was struggling for a while in GT Sport when shifting his gears would completely take him out of the race, and whilst that wasn't much of a bad thing 🤣 , we're not that bad so he now owns a lovely PS4 controller so he can beat us again and again 😁. It should be also noted Kiwi immediately sent a donation to FG related to this, once again showing justification as to why he was much deserving of a Feel Good present. Outside and on top of all the of FGFGF gifts, we also shouldn't forget we've created and maintained 3 PC FG Dedicated Servers; 7 Days to Die, Minecraft and Valheim. Whilst we are putting 7 Days on hold, this is something we'd love to see more of if we physically can make it happen but would require relevant support, via activity and ad-hoc donations to keep them going. And lastly on the topic of donations, I've started to see a few coming over recent weeks without saying anything and its HUGELY appreciated. ❤️ We all hopefully know by now we can't do all of this, on top of making everything run as normal without regular donations from you all. If we can get a few more over coming weeks then my hope is to look at the FGFGF in April and get even more Feel Good surprises out where possible, so if you can donate it is a huge benefit to everyone here at FG. Gutted you had problems @phil bottle. I felt better this week, or at least a little bit closer to sort of okay driving so it would've been good to race you. A bit disappointed on the strategy if i'm honest as one mistake made me think i should try something different, fully thinking everyone would pit. However Hard tyres just seem to be too durable on most tracks which allow for no stop strategies usually beating the stop strategies. Any thoughts on this as I love how strategy can change a race but now i'm thinking just to never pit in the race with hards. Mandatory pit stop perhaps? or at least make fuel saving more of a burden? On the points perspective, i'd need to break the top 2 to try and catch up on @Mikepjbell and Phil. I really wish my race pace wasn't way off to what I am on a controller. Keep plugging away though, must persist with the learning!

Looking back at this I'd say Destiny 2 has been my most played next gen game on the PS5. The enhancements we all got for free were truly gamechanging and now make me feel like I'd struggle to play it on a PS4. Can't believe @jordie1892 played the PS4 version for abit on his PS5 before realising there was an upgrade! 😄 WRC9 is very much a solid game for the PS5 but I wouldn't say it showed off much of the kit the PS5 has.

Time to finally try the new Oddworld game!! Awesome!

I need some help from 15 other FGers to try out something we went to years ago but didn't quite pull off. If this can work just alongside our usual fun nights of gaming then we can keep making them along the way! I'm trialling fun little tournaments ahead of making the section fully open to all different kinds of stuff we can do. Here's the dealio: On CoD MW, a Gunfight (2v2 mode, random guns each round gamemode) knockout tourney that i need 8 teams of 2 people. I could put you all in one big group and pull people out at random but lets face it, its hard enough to get people to turn up sometimes! So find a partner in crime, and create a team with its own name on the Tournament pages: Step 1 - Create a team >>> On the main tournaments page, this is where you can find a place to create a team >>> https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/index.php?/tournaments/ Step 2 - Go to the tournament details page and join the tournament (it then asks you to select a team to enter it with): If you can't quickly find a partner, just put your interest here and we'll just partner each of us up. Remember, this is about having a laugh with each other and not a super sweaty tournament, although i'm sure you'll have good banter shooting each other in the face! We can then organise your games on a night which will only probably take 10 minutes, and you can then move on to Warzone as a whole group or whatever else you were gonna play that night! Extra people can jump in and take the Codcaster role if they really want to spectate too! 😄 We'll come back to this topic when its running and keep people informed of the scores and when you might play to make a night of it. Anyway, lets have some fun. I'm in it, but I need a partner in crime so need to see some names below so i can ask you (or you can ask me) to group up!
