I need some help from 15 other FGers to try out something we went to years ago but didn't quite pull off. If this can work just alongside our usual fun nights of gaming then we can keep making them along the way! I'm trialling fun little tournaments ahead of making the section fully open to all different kinds of stuff we can do. Here's the dealio: On CoD MW, a Gunfight (2v2 mode, random guns each round gamemode) knockout tourney that i need 8 teams of 2 people. I could put you all in one big group and pull people out at random but lets face it, its hard enough to get people to turn up sometimes! So find a partner in crime, and create a team with its own name on the Tournament pages: Step 1 - Create a team >>> On the main tournaments page, this is where you can find a place to create a team >>> https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/index.php?/tournaments/ Step 2 - Go to the tournament details page and join the tournament (it then asks you to select a team to enter it with): If you can't quickly find a partner, just put your interest here and we'll just partner each of us up. Remember, this is about having a laugh with each other and not a super sweaty tournament, although i'm sure you'll have good banter shooting each other in the face! We can then organise your games on a night which will only probably take 10 minutes, and you can then move on to Warzone as a whole group or whatever else you were gonna play that night! Extra people can jump in and take the Codcaster role if they really want to spectate too! 😄 We'll come back to this topic when its running and keep people informed of the scores and when you might play to make a night of it. Anyway, lets have some fun. I'm in it, but I need a partner in crime so need to see some names below so i can ask you (or you can ask me) to group up! Funny team names are allowed too, just grab a pick and add a description - my team that has been entered is called 'Shotgun and Pliers' and you can see who else has entered one along the way. If this is a success we can keep doing these - I'm counting on you FG!! 😄❤️

Yeah that sums up where i'm at with him. And as much as people may want to see him have more of a story arc and/or potentially get some form of super powers too, I just can't see that right now. I don't find him warming (as expected) but usually you can notice straight away if a person will do well and i'm not sure he will alongside Falcon and Winter Soldier. Problem is we were spoilt with Chris Evans for probably too many years to feel any different. That being said, another decent episode which i'm glad was longer than the first one! I'm loving the Winter Soldier little black book of names he's starting to cross off, that totally works for a little series and keeps him playing a cool dark character which suits him. They've done a good job showing how vulnerable Falcon can be from other external factors so far and I think that sets him up to be hopefully adored by the end of the season. The balance of action to story seems about right too. We needed more action in this than WandaVision but good to see its not all explodey stuff everywhere because we need to learn far more about the world now as we know it in Phase 4.

Sounds like you'll win out either way as they are both very good choices imo. Personally, i'd go for whatever that can give the headset today or tomorrow to make full advantage of the headset!! 😄

It may not feel that way when you play TF2 however, you can't deny that Apex launched at the correct time, for free without any fuss which gave it a huge step forward in the market. Right now, its seriously a big deal with it being a successful F2P game alongside Warzone and Fortnite. This saved the existence of TF series for the future imo. With Apex keeping the franchise relevant, Ithink they could easily work on a small DLC/patch update to Titanfall 2 and create a 'Definite Edition' to relaunch Titanfall 2 at the right time. They could make a little bit of cash and increase the playerbase overnight bearing in mind how well it was received previously from the 47 players that played it at the time.

Right, here's my 2p from a headset POV on the PS4/5. On Budget - I've searched around and luckily by chance the Astro A10s have gone down to £49.99 on Amazon. I think this is a great price albeit wired but that doesn't matter too much in the grans scheme of things. My daughter has these and I think they are a huge update to a simple earbud. You may have to check the options they have though as stock may not be available straight away or you could spend an extra tenner to get a variation of the headset abit earlier? Slightly over budget - The best value for money that always gets mentioned is the Sony Golds. You can usually find them for around £70-£100 but they've always been on point and amazing at sound. Not forgetting they're wireless too. They were my first headset from the PS4 earbud and I couldn't recommend them enough. Way over budget - I love Astro A50's but they are in the hundreds (usually £250). Something to aspire to get one day as they'll take your hearing skills to the next level! One thing I have noticed is that Steel Series are catching up in this area and you could find a top level headset from them for around £150 which are nearly on par with these based on other FGers past buys. What a first race that was! It was great actually because we popped on to try and play Valheim and then ended up watching the F1 race together with @Plumbers Crack , @TurboR56Mini , @crispymorgan and @RenFengge ! Whilst it stopped me playing cos of frames, if i can do it again i'll try because it was definitely enjoyable watching the race and talking to people about it at the same time. Hamilton played a blinder I thought as Verstappen clearly had the car to win that race. Superb 4th place for Norris and another stellar drive from Perez from the pit lane to get 5th. Those remaining laps kept creeping down tensely as Verstappen ate away at Hamilton's lead. Unfortunately for Max I think Hamilton cleverly defended his position to the point where Max pushed too hard on the wrong section of the track to takeover first whilst off the track. Having said that, that was the most mature i've seen Verstappen regarding him giving the place back as quickly as he did. I think we all expected him to drive Lewis off the track but fair play. Its only one race in the season and a long way to go. Did I miss where Gasly went btw? His Qualy pace was lightning and then he completely dropped off in the race! Granted I missed the start unfortunately.

Why I enjoy Marvel stuff they create is how they interlink so many things across multiple films and series. This little nugget connecting Ant-Man to WandaVision is the best by far!

I've struggled for a number of weeks and continue to go backwards with the wheel but i'll keep persisting as its all about learning. I couldn't come to terms with my crash at the time on the second race but outside of that it was an extremely good race and as you say @Greboth, your highlight reel pretty much shows how close and fun the racing was. Lots of really good overtakes by all and well done @Mikepjbell for getting that win.

@techno @Mikepjbell as you've just got PCs maybe worth a stab at a few. Thanks Harold @Spacedeck , absolute legend!

@Lurch did you pick this up recently? I swear we spoke about a snow truck game on the PlayStation and you were saying good things about it.

Until the franchise goes back to third person view I don't think i'm interested if i'm honest. I said it earlier in the thread that this is so critical to this franchise that I don't feel any pull towards the game at all. If anything i'll start playing through RE2 remake and i'm sure that will set a high bar for a brand new RE game in the future.

I was really hoping to see a resurgence this year for McLaren but they seem to be very inconsistent. Definitely a good one for the challengers to get a jump on Mercedes too as Lewis can be a slow starter, even if Bottas has won the last 2 first races of the season. Hoping to watch a lot more F1 this year!

So its about a decent price at £20 now, especially of you have a PS5. However, its good to know that if you ever want to play with someone on FIFA 21 that is on a PS4, for some reason this is only one I know that won't allow you to play with someone that is on a different version. This is why all of us here playing Pro Clubs with FG is playing on the PS4 version.

Hopefully you can already see we're a unique family here so I'm sure you'll fit right in 😄 Looking forward to some Valheim too myself as its kinda got a lot of us hooked of late. They already have an ingame LFG dont they? This is where Discord can shine, because of so many bot integrations you can do with discord. Its a powerful instant messaging service thats for sure but you'd think Sony would've been a better option for them (although I know its not their choice Microsoft are looking at them). Newer games are 50/50 creating their own discord to build their own community alongside a Trello board for updates on the games vs your traditional forum and website interaction areas. Be interesting to see where it goes.

Yep, I do think that Pro Club goals are more prestigious than others but just to be devils advocate, it's worth thinking about a) the votes would clean out in the Pro Clubs options if that it is the case and b) we are likely not able to get goals constantly put up from Pro Clubs each month based on the first month. More than happy to leave March as Pro Clubs goals and see how it goes. I'm also trying to think of ways to help others that maybe just enjoy playing FIFA outside Pro Clubs they can be involved in FG stuff if that makes sense.
