He's 36 now, last year of his contract at Juventus and if you look how Messi left on a free, they decided to get a quick deal done. They'll still get up 20 million with the add ons so its not all bad. I don't think we'll see many 36 year olds in their last year of contract go for much more!

Griezmann went back to Atletico and Barcelona brought in De Jong as a replacement - could be the end of an era for Barcelona for a few years. Dan James to Leeds for 25 million which made Man Utd business look very good in this window. Might not have been as many transfers yesterday but the whole window was pretty incredible for the amount of big players moving around.

I'm loving the new shields/blocking update as there's incentive to try out different shields now rather than just for show in your house 😄 Also, a super update seeing different meat being added as this feels like it was always needed from the start. The oven should add a good extra dimension to the way we eat stuff too. I'm eagerly awaiting the things we can craft though. I really hope we just get a bunch of stuff that can be created for different styles of houses. The things i can find that are new are as follows but please add if I miss anything cool! Thought i would collate push out a separate thread with the updates coming as Iron Gate have made some videos about how things will slightly change to help playstyles and other things. I'm mostly looking forward to the new things we can create and build so hoping it will help our FG world that is already huge as it is! First video is the New Food System. This has been a great thread. I need to do a breakdown for future updates and how much it costs so it will help you and others decide what to do. I would've also said its never too late because of how they've made the game now. I think they know players (the vast majority which are core to casual) dont want to just play this exclusively so they give enough content each week available to play so a few times a week feels absolutely perfect now. You can play even more but then thats down to what you want to achieve. They are finally reaping rewards of moving to a better underlying code so changes and hotcakes can happen much quicker. The story needs a better way for people like yourself to understand the past better but once you get up to speed the story is actually the best its ever been. I have the books (they are awesome) - its the only books I read but it isn't like a story as there are many facts and cryptic elements in it that make things a little difficult to visualise it all. I'll find the best video from MyNameIsByf about the backstop on Destiny. The grind was one of the things stopping everyone play this. Now they've tinkered the levelling and made all seasons available for at least a year rather than just that season means you can play for however much you want, which in turn you see more people on all the time. Finally, crossplay should really mean we can finally all truly help each other. I don't think there's even been a better time to either start or cone back to the game. The combination of the game's state, upcoming content known for the next 3+years and the way that FG people are helping out everyone now, its the best its ever been.

I don't know why they'd make it a standalone release either, unless they flesh it out way more than it is already. Granted though, its a fantastic co-op game mode and really enjoyable if you get time to play with mates on it.

England Squad for the 3 September Qualifiers: First call up for Patrick Bamford with Mason Greenwood just missing out although Gareth Southgate has confirmed his form is good enough to be in the squad but allowing him to progress further with Man Utd for the meantime. I didn't expect many changes in the squad tbh, based on their performances at the Euros.

That's really good to know, cheers for that. 5 years should mean at least it should be half decent. I recently logged all my games down and found so many football game variations that weren't FIFA or PES so its nice to see another into the market finally. I really hope there's many licenced clubs as gamers are a fickle bunch and it will impact the game if they haven't got many clubs full names, etc. I'm gonna check the interwebz too to see if we can find anything else online and share here!
