    Ladies and gentlemen, I am announcing that for the coming weeks / month or so I will not be doing much on the site. I have some life changing personal shit going on and I have to put that first otherwise it's going to drag out for months which will destroy my soul. I am still here, I'm not going anywhere, I'm not leaving or riding off in to the sunset, you lot aren't rid of me that easily, it's just that I've got loads of shit to sort out and Lee is certainly up to the job of looking after the site. I'm still on Whatsapp, email, phone, whatever, and I still love you all, but as already said I've made a decision in life which will change every little detail of it and I need to follow it through. I'll post an update when the dust has settled Love you all, Dids

    I'm *this* close to telling Tapatalk to get fucked. Their service consists of 50% cut and paste replies which don't address anything, 45% fobbing off, and 5% chance of getting someone who wants to help. This person inevitably never responds however so when I reply with the information that person asked for, I get a cut and paste reply again. Oh and let's not forget that it takes on average four days to get a reply and they don't work weekends. How the fuck these idiots are still in business is beyond me.

    Forgot to update this! Software was done a few days ago. Our fantastic Lee has sorted the logo so all thanks go to him. One thing I would like to say: Vidahost (the hosts) and IPS (the software devs) have been absolutely excellent whenever I need help. Really on the ball and sticking with things until it's sorted, couldn't be more happy with them. Then there's Tapatalk. Holy fucking shit. Three days on average to answer a support ticket (5 days once), and their answers are as vague as can possibly be which inevitably results in me asking for a proper response rather than their cookie cutter copy and paste rubbish, which means I have to wait three days again. I would rather walk in to a dentist and ask him to start pulling teeth out with no anasthetic than have to deal with these people. It's absolutely shockingly bad, if I worked like that I'd be sacked. How they're still in business is beyond me. I'm still working on Tapatalk but bear with me please, it's hard dealing with these guys.

    I'll be installing a new theme on Monday when I do all the maintenance stuff. Can you guys have a look here and see which one you like please! I'm leaning towards Elegant as it allows you guys to pick the colour you want from a pallette. Also note that this won't be the only theme, I'll probably add more at a later date. Cheers

    I'm off this weekend and Monday, Kyla's working Monday too so I'll use that time to sort out a new theme and do the logo again. I think the white theme is great to have as an option but we also need something dark. I'll have a mooch around, a theme is like $30 or something so nothing really (there are free ones but I want support and no ads).

    There's a small update which is reported to fix some of the bugs, I'll be rolling it out tomorrow so there may be a bit of downtime but don't worry about it. I'm also still trying to get to the bottom of the Tapatalk issue but their tech support are agonisingly slow so please bear with me.

    Just an update, I haven't heard from Tapatalk yet, I don't know if they respond to tickets on weekends or not but I'll get on them tomorrow again if they haven't responded by then.

    I've had a dabble but Tapatalk seems fucked, so I've sent them a support ticket. Also, kudos to Lee for the changes he's made, the site is getting better all the time! Great work as always my friend

    It takes at least £1k in graphics cards alone to play games in 4k on a PC. Add another grand on top at least to keep those graphics cards cooled, powered and fed with pixels. Consoles won't be playing any thing at 4k for another decade, mark my words.

    As Rich said, Sony Golds are pretty much the benchmark nowadays. I've had Turtle Beach PX21s (crap build quality, fell apart in no time), Tritton AX Pros (decent, sweaty ear cups though), Tritton Pro+ (also good, but wouldn't buy them again) and I'm currently using a pair of Astro A50s which are without doubt the best pair of cans I've ever used, an opinion which seems to be shared with all those who have them. Stupid expensive but worth every penny.

    Fuck sakes Just a quick note to say that I am currently on holiday and will be until the 20th. I am still doing what I can in the background but Lee is the man of the moment and is doing a fantastic job in keeping this show on the road, so thanks for that Lee, you're a good man!
