  1. Sorry but wasn't there already a remaster for PS4, why does there need to be another iteration. This is bonkers and show's the direction of the industry whilst a lot of the players continues to eat it up. I hope it bombs I really do. We need new IP's not remakes and remasters of existing games, with the current trend every time we move forwards in tv technology we will just get the next generation of the same games... Absurd...

  2. as someone that still has a ps3 and played it recently for the 1st time, in my opinion it's a waste of a remake, the game is still beautiful, it's not like it has early 2000 graphics, but i can understand the reason since all ps3 games are unportable to pc from what i have read cause of the monstrocity that the ps3 architecture/os etc was

  3. As much as I hate the idea I will get it mainly for the love of the first game but the second as much as I hated it would most likely get it if they do the same.

  4. I have to agree. As much as I loved this game and the remake so far looks pretty good, i would rather have a new ip or a sequel. Yeah, it still stands up so well, even against other games that have been "remastered" that look nowhere near as good as TLOU did.

They are working on a standalone multiplayer game so this remake of a remaster likely wont have any MP component in it at all The Last of Us Multiplayer Game Has a Story, and Is 'As Big' as Other Naughty Dog Games - IGN WWW.IGN.COM The long awaited multiplayer game will be "as big" as the single-player games.

  7. I know many of us are online tonight so lets try and get us all on for something - you decide what! . Its multiple choice as we can play a few games in one evening to keep it fresh too. Pick as many as you want to and we'll see what comes out on top. Get voting folks and see you in the Game Room 1 on Playstation around 8pm.

Yeah. Same. He’s cheesy but good cheesy. Face/off was one of my favorite action movies back in the day. I don’t understand how a sequel is even possible. Should be deliciously cheesy.

  12. I played TLOU Remastered on my PS5 earlier this year and it ran perfectly at 60fps. I think it was probably upscaled 4K but even so it ran perfectly and looked fantastic. Either this is a cash grab or they are looking to expand the narrative with some deranged politics like they did in the sequel.

  13. Those things are what killed MW2019 for me. COD is supposed to be a fast paced shooter and they made it into a boring camp-fest.

  14. You're missing out then. The campaign in MW2019 and Vanguard are both excellent. This certainly does look good. I enjoyed the MW2019 campaign so I'm looking forward to this.

That killed me 🤣 Always really enjoyed Cage fims. The Rock and Gone in 60 Seconds are classics too, and I love National Treasure films cos he is in them. Let's hope they don't screw this one up then!

  18. This could be the best cod of the last couple of years šŸ˜‰ But I couldn't give a flying fuck about the campaign, that's just an appetizer next to the main dish.

  19. I wouldn't even care about that to be honest. It was similar to the ME3 MP. It was great at the time, but I imagine it wouldn't translate well to current gen systems. Then out came outriders and proved my point. Lol!

  21. Kinda sad state of affairs, was never really a fan of Kiss. I always thought they were style over substance and gimmicks. It seems they have been using backing tracks with vocals for live shows again! They should just retire, it's getting embarrassing imo. Imagine paying money for tickets and getting ripped off like that.

  24. MW 2019 was mechanically and visually a really big step up but the map design was all over the place, the emphasis on doors was silly and there wasn't enough content. There was some really outlandish design decisions and even spawn-trapping made a return. It was a big step forwards and then a couple of strides back. I also hate how sliding is ingrained in every bloody FPS now - in Cold War you could literally slide up hill and there was no movement penalty plus users had infinite sprint. I really hope these casual elements don't worm their way in to MW2 and it becomes distressingly dumbed-down. Users running lightweight classes on the slide with stim is just nauseating to play against.

  25. So I gave this a brief go last night with one of my usual battlefield mates and my points taken from it were - - New map wasn't actually too bad however much like all of them it's far too big (especially seeing as the focus seems to be back to 64 player game modes.... - My friend had issues with button prompts not appearing (he took a few screenshots to show us), I didn't notice if it was the same for me but if so and it got through QA that is incredibly poor. - I think this release really show's they will be putting the bare minimum into the game for the seasons durations and I imagine for sure the main bulk of the team has moved on. - Playing this then going to Battlefield V straight after just made BFV feel even better because the gulf between them is absurd. - I don't see a way back for this game at all and suspect I will have deleted it from my console this weekend.

  27. I don't think MW19 was awful, but it only had about 6 maps for 6v6 traditional MP. They added Shoothouse and Shipment eventually that was a saving grace. Considering we got half of the available maps in the beta. And of those 6 maps, 2 were the Infamous Picadily and Azhir Caves. St Petrograd wasn't much of a looker either, the map design made it impossible to enjoy high end aerial streaks as well. Over time as you say more patches came and the game got a bit better. MW19 was different than all the Cods, eventho it did well and was well received to some extent. Lot's of people liked it, some on the fence and quite a few old school players hated it. It was the different mechanics and trying to close the skillgap and cater to newer players. That being said, playing with friends makes it ultimately a better experience. Even if it's a terrible match and we get whooped it's still banter. It's even more fun winning. The gunsmith was revolutionary, the game had good ideas. Sometimes the execution wasn't there on others. The game itself isn't a 10/10 or a 2/10. If I was rating it myself personally I would give it a 7.5.

  28. Man, I'm seriously getting sick of these remakes/remasters lately. I've been there and done that. I don't care if it's wearing a nicer "suit." We need some new IPs and ideas.

  30. I agree they have plenty of knowledge and experience, but these days certain decisions are made for money which then affect us lot as the gamer. They try and come up with different ways to encourage people to further spend. I'm like I bought the game and that was more than enough. A good game in their eyes is figures, to us it's about the gameplay experience. Maybe they have lost touch in what a good game is. It probably doesn't help with about 14 yearly releases, the content has to dry up eventually. I expect quite a bit as most should, but as long as it plays pretty good and isn't incorporated by terrible mechanics, I'm not too fussy. It's things like firing an unsilenced weapon and not showing up as a red dot on the radar. WTF is that? Loud footsteps and no ninja perk, sound whoring and camping. That's some of the aspects MW19 brought along and with all those doors and windows lol.

  31. People lrioritise the funniest of things. If you think their shirt is expensive look at the people that buy one and a season ticket. Ā£30 is about right for a shirt. That's actually the same price as the Forever Gaming football shirts šŸ‘€šŸ˜…

  32. Yeah that's what I mean, quite sneaky. They are good tho. Quite often when people bake brownies there is definitely dark and maybe a mix of milk choc. Like I said I just steer away from the blocks of dark as you stated previously, just taste real bitter and meh. Can't imagine anyone's favourite sweet is a dark chocolate bounty. I hate the normal ones and dark makes it less desirable. 🤢

  33. These are incredible and i've never noticed they are dark chocolate as the mint in them is so good it probably doesn't make me think of it much.

    Gotham Knights

It's my first time finding out that the people behind this game aren't the same ones as the Arkham series of games — I think I now know why you guys are apprehensive. I am now too hehe. But yeah, I'm optimistic too. Arkham Knight was pretty awesome but I hated that you needed to complete the game on hard to see the actual ending. Requiring the player to play the game again for the full story is bad enough for me, but having them play hard mode to see what an ending that's supposedly already served upfront is, I think, bad design. Don't get me wrong, if you enjoyed it, that's awesome — no issues with that of course! Just that after that it felt like there's a big gaping hole for good DC games they need to fill up so they bring back the goodness of Arkham Asylum and City. Like all of you guys, I'm hoping it's this one. I have already pre-ordered it so there's no backing out. 🤣

  36. I enjoy various different types of chocolate, mostly milk or white. Dark chocolate isn't for me, but I will make a few exceptions. Jaffa cakes are alright and they use dark, also After Eights I will eat from time to time and they are dark as well. Favourite slab or go to? Lindt bars or truffles Galaxy Salted Caramel Maltesers Ferrero Rocher I will eat most chocolate tho, just no fruit. Nuts are perfectly fine. I don't discriminate between cheap and expensive.
