I won a few races last night in the Sunday league thing. I haven't raced properly since GT4 (apart from the NFS stuff and GTA which is to racing what Blackburn Rovers is to professional football) so it was nice to have a little go again. I have a fucktonne of practice and shit to do but it was a laugh, I can see myself getting in to it again.

DATE: 15th January 2021 SESSION: Week 9 Day 3 CALORIES: ???? COMPOUNDS: Squats 3x4@145kg Feet up Bench Press 3x8@65kg FEELINGS: The fatigue is real 😓 Two hard heavy sessions at the start of the week and I am beat today. Also, I try to time my preworkout meal 2 hours from my work out so that I don’t feel bloated etc. However, today, just as I started my session the sofa removal people turned up - so that added a further 30 minutes delay. Half way through my squats, I was starving! Still today was just lots of volume so I basically went through the motions. No videos today. Instead here’s a picture of my back with lovely new bruises from my new bench!

Thanks dude 🙂 I played online shooters a little a few years back, and have been playing NFS hot pursuit online lately, but thats about the extent of my online play lol. I'll definitely keep an eye on the calendar

Nyet komrade. I still exist kurwa. Chair - Ikea Markus. Breathes nicely and is cheap compared to the "gaming chairs" (which are all ridiculously overpriced). Desk - Something nice and big, if you're gonna do hobbies on this system you'll want two monitors at least, and a VESA arm to stick them to. These arms bolt or clamp to the desk so you'll want something chunky. Monitor - If you're doing photography n shit, then get a good monitor which can be colour calibrated. Do some homework on these as they can cost a ridiculous amount of money for negligible returns compared to a model down. Also, gaming monitors and "professional" monitors are generally exclusive, you'll either get a monitor that's excellent at one or the other, but not both together. This is where your VESA mount will come in, screw one of each to it and be done with it, or go for one whopper which is good at both but excels at neither. Up to you and your budget. PC - AMD all day long baby. Get a 3700x like mine (or above) which will tear through renders like a motherfucker and also shred games. It'll also last you a long ass time so you don't have to go through this faff any time soon. Should you decide to go down the Youtube ---> Twitch ---> Onlyfans route this will also render your vids rather snappily. You'll want 32gb of RAMS, 16gb will be fine for now but for rendering and stuff you'll want na bit more. For a GPU, I'd be looking at a 3070. Yes the 3080 is more powerful but honestly unless you're gaming at 4k all the time it's wasted, and 4k gaming is wank anyway. If however you want to show AMD some love, their 6800XT will trade blows with the 3070 all day long and will also probably render faster. Basically this is the 3070 fighting with the 6800XT depending on the driver cycle and games played: https://i.imgur.com/wULL7zt.gif For hard drives you'll want a 1tb SSD for your OS, editing software and a few games. Optional is a 2tb fast-as-fuck hard drive (like a WD Black, or Raptor if they still make them). This will be used as your editing drive, so your rendering and editing software can kick its teeth in all day long and it'll just take it like the filthy little slut it is, rather than using the SSD which will bitch and moan until it packs its stuff and moves in with its sister because it's sick to death of your shit. If you really get stuck in to the content creation shit then get a big, slow, lazy ass drive to just fling all your projects on. You can always get this later on if you decide. I reckon once all this 'rona bollocks is over we all head up to Yawkshurrr and do a weekend of building. If we ever get there.

We've got quite a few things on the go, I think what seems to be cracking around is FIFA, GT Sport, Destiny and Ark as far as I'm aware but loads played around that too. Played much online before? I wouldn't worry about the skill level too, we generally have a laugh and do what we do 😄 Keep a watch out FG Fridays on the Events Calendar - we usually play one game that a lot of us have so its at least one night where loads of FGers can make it. As my daughter is hopefully leaving home for good this year I have a spare room. This room used to be a place where my weights and other assorted shit lived in my house, that is not going to happen again. Due to covid stopping me spending cash on fun I've now got some money to finally waste on PC gaming, something I've thought about in the past but ultimately dismissed. This is possibly largely to do with not wanting to waste a significantly sum of money( though that's been happening throughout my life especially at various sex shops due to being married but that's a different post altogether 😉) so PC gaming for noobs any help/advice is welcome because I know jack shit. It's not something I need to rush into and with covid I hear hardware is still hard to get. I've looked into furniture as I want a space for myself as the wife has decided my usual gaming space, our front room is her office. I will when they are available add a ps5 as well. So publications,.websites and general things to consider all will give me something more interesting to look at than actually doing work at work. Oh I will also want it for other computer type stuff, no not porn🙄 but my photography shit which will be one of my other pastimes that gets some love this year. Thanks in advance. 🤔

I switched off the Spurs v Fulham game at half-time with an undeserved 1 nil lead. I knew what was coming and couldn't be arsed. We used 9 defensive players, plus Son and Kane at home against a team who can't score, missing their only decent striker on the night too. Great stuff.

The ironic thing is once they address the bugs, people will see how truly barren and basic the rest of the game is. Aside from the visuals, the gameplay and general mechanics could easily pass as a pre-2010 title. The AI needs a total overhaul and the law enforcement element needs to be implemented properly in its most basic sense - something even GTA 3 managed 20 years ago. If anything, it's just made people appreciate how well GTA does things from an immersion standpoint. I honestly cannot believe how amateur and embarrassing some things are in Cyberpunk where it's even been upstaged by the likes of Watch Dogs, Saints Row and the Deus Ex reboots. I can see Cyberpunk having some things fixed (mostly visual bugs) but I can't it drastically improving to the level some people expect because the whole thing was marketed it in the most exaggerated and pretentious way. They didn't even mention the fact on why the game went from an RPG into an 'action adventure' 6 hours before release or how they deliberately tried to cover up the quality of the old gen versions after misleading the community and holding reviewers to ransom. I also fail to believe that testing didn't show many bugs because many, including cutscene ones appear for everyone - many of which were early on in the game. This was a typical apology video - say a generic sorry, skirt over the big issues and then provide something woolly as a means of resolution.

That is the Train Station map? It was actually pretty good. Good sightlines for longshots and flanking. Again another superb map I enjoyed for Capture the flag in BO2. I never played Advanced Warfare or the other ones like BO3 and the advanced movements. For me it still stands Ghosts is the worst COD ever. Although I heard it's DLC was good, I never made it far enough into its cycle to play it. Had abandoned the series into January 😂. I probably would of liked WW2, I loved WAW so that style would of suckered me in.

They didn't mention the shitty AI, the cops, missing features and other immersion braking issues that aren't necessarily bugs, just poorly implemented. Which is a worry.
