No worries everyone. I didn't think even I would struggle for time and other things around this Christmas week but here we are! Kind of helps the fact you guys could see who won what before me as it was automatically done by the system. Well done to @Spacedeck , @Plumbers Crack and @Misneach_ getting the remaining presents from the Big FGFGF Xmas Giveaway. Hopefully, like @phil bottle says above, it gave many of you something to look at, get behind for a bit of fun and joy as that was the only intention because it was only for existing FGers. Sorry if you didn't win, if we can push through into 2021 to make it a better year (and our lives allow us to be generous in an unstable world to donate a few quid every so often) we can try and do some more throughout the year if this helps everybody? Well, Father Christmas turned up a day early for me.....thanks very much to Chief Elf Lee and all the other behind-the-scenes helpers in the FG workshop. PS version please Lee and now I need to find some Try Hard pants in the sales 🤣

Same old stuff whiskey socks etc etc my wife got me and my youngest cold was plus I got lynx Africa with a twist.

First off I hope you guys all had a good day yesterday, even if it wasn’t quite how we all would have liked it to have been. I had a good Xmas day with the family, especially little nephew. Haul of presents was pretty much alcohol related, with a bit of money to go to a new tool bag as well. Now thanks to Boris we’ve been bumped into tier 4 so gonna sit back and chill with today’s sport and continue where I left off yesterday making a dent in the alcohol supplies. Will probably get online from tomorrow onwards so will hopefully catch up with some of you then. In the meantime hope you all enjoy yourselves 🍻 Merry Xmas

Outside of the usual bath sets, t-shirts, chocolate and jelly beans the most notable was a new lens for my camera (slight fllex 😛) and a blend your own whisky set; where they give you a few different tasting whiskys (smokey, fruity etc.) and the stuff to blend them. So what did you all get this Christmas? I got 2 sets of Lynx Africa, FCUK spray set, Riptoe rubber duck and 2 cross stitches.

I'm loving this game still. So many fun ways to kill people. That's all I'm still doing. Little side missions and I love doing them depending on the location and possibilities. As soon as I had enough money I boosted up my cybernetic abilities. Love hacking enemies and doing shit to them. I also love finding sneaky ways of climbing or entering missions so I can take a few out unawares. The parkour is decent. But mostly I love my weapons. I have a machine gun which has high probability to set people on fire, a pistol with high head damage and then either blade or shotgun for up close. Might get the Mantis blades but will see. I quite like the shooting in general and have set up my perks for higher damage early on. Playing on Hard difficulty seems ok so far.

Well this Christmas Day run was... interesting. This will be the first time, in my 3 years of running, where I've actually fallen over! I was running on a byway, around 3 miles in to the run and I somehow either tripped or lost my footing on a rock. It's very uneven ground but also a path I've run many times before. Anyway, not to be defeated. I checked my foot over and felt like I could carry on. So this actually was my present to myself.

My son is old enough now that Christmas isn't a big deal. We got him a few little things, but his big present this year is money toward a car since he turns 16 next Summer. My wife and I agreed no presents. We're not traveling or doing anything special other then eating a bunch of carbs and sugar. 😄 But I'm off, so I'm home and that's nice.

Not sure if anyone watches Marquez Brownlee, but he just uploaded his annual 'Smartphone of the Year' awards. Interesting watch for anyone looking to upgrade soon.

Despite what @GazzaGarrattLee believes, it ain't Christmas until The Boss sings......

HZD is a fantastic game that I'm glad I waited on for the expansion to come out. It completely engrossed me in ways that not many games do. For example, I actually read almost EVERY SINGLE PIECE of lore in the world when I found them. I rarely do that. I love the games I play, and I generally enjoy the lore. But, you won't catch me reading every single piece of Dragon Age lore found in that world. And, I love Dragon Age. Guerrilla Games knocked it out of the pack with HZD and going against everything they knew. HZD is what happens when a studio takes it time and isn't forced into weird engines or demands :: cough cough :: Frostbite and micro transactions :: cough cough :: I think Days Gone is a sleeper game. When I saw the announcement trailer, I thought, "Oh look. another zombie game.. how boring." Wrong.. I was.so.wrong. Are the characters interesting? They aren't the most interesting. I find the main character to be more immature than I prefer. I find some of the plot points to be... a reach. But, the overall story? Decent enough. But the gameplay? Wow. Just like how HZD makes you pay attention to the environment and sounds for the sake of hunting and survival, so does Days Gone. You think you're safe hunting whatever, but you might not be paying attention to the sound cues that a hoard is coming and will chase and eat you. Sometimes, two hoards may merge into 1. Sometimes, you can be clever enough to use a hoard to your advantage. Sometimes, you just might be riding around and then get tackled by a super fast and terrifying zombie. Who knows? And, that's the beauty of it. But, the most interesting thing on Days Gone is that it is set in the SAME universe as Syphon Filter. I never played it, but I think that's really awesome. I completed HZD during winter of 2017. I completed FFXV winter of 2018. I completed Days Gone last winter. This winter will be Ghost of Tsushima. Winter is when I play engrossing games. If there's a lull in my winter gaming, it's because there's nothing worth my actual time. I play other games for the sake of community, but not because I hold them in as high regard as GOTY games.

@slamminbones my car recommendations: Gr.4 Audi TT Cup It tends to excel at most circuits. Also, the Dodge Viper is a nimble car for today's race. Gr.3 BMW M3 Nissan GTR Porsche 911 Mercedes Toyota Supra Most of the Gr.3 cars are well balanced so it's more a preference on whether you want big and powerful or something more nimble around corners.
