I am putting this topic here because although I know this is a Call of Duty thing, we are 1 and not just separated by games. I would also like to include anyone to make recommendations. As some of you may know, Call of Duty Cold War has listed the FG as offensive clan tag. So I want to get some suggestions on how we want to represent ourselves on the new COD platform. The clan tag allows 4 spaces to display your clan tag representation. From what I can decipher, it does not allow FG to be back to back letters. I have not tried different options yet but will as soon as I can. Im assuming there has to be another letter or symbol between the 2 letters. I am posting this now to start getting options and I'll try to make a poll to vote. What I do ask is that if someone posts an optionnand you like it, please leave a like on the option so that I can see its popularity. I'll then create a poll at a later date for votes for the top 5 or 10. Once I figure out what limits us I'll update on here limitations to rule things out. Some examples so far that have been suggested to me are (F.G.), (FG01), (F.G), etc. (NOTE: THESE ARE NOT ACTIVE OPTIONS TO VOTE ON, IF YOU WANT ANY OF THESE TO BE AN OPTION, LIST IT TO BE VOTED ON) Thank you all for your time and if you have questions, please ask. All of the running medals apart from one are annual events plus you always get to hear of events through club members at the club i run with. Still awaiting 2 medals to arrive one in the post the other i pick up but not bad on the running medals as i only started back in january 2019.

I just watched the Xbox presentation video, looks good even on the Xbox One. I have it pre ordered for PS4 but was thinking of switching to PC instead and now I'm thinking it'll be fine on console, even "last gen"...

That is a high level shotgun. You may as well get that bad boy gold James! I started using that Hauer on a newly made Aug class. I must say it's particularly fun on Armada Strike/Checkmate B Flag Dom. Best I've managed was a triple with it. Mine is only level 5 with a couple of attachments. That Gallo shotgun looks nasty and spamable. Can imagine it's brutal once you stack a few good attachments on it.

With you on that! Strangely enough, I was never much of a cook before we bought our trailer but I found that cooking was probably my favorite part about camping. So I started trying to make some pretty fancy stuff and surprisingly they almost always turned out incredible. Now I plan out one or two unique dinners every trip to have something new and fun to look forward to, and I always crush the breakfast omlettes/biscuits/gravy/potatoes every morning. Love the mornings when it's cold and restarting the fire then cranking up the grill. At some point this week I'm going to buy a 22" blackstone griddle which is going to be my go-to both at home and at the campsite. I certainly like smoked food but only once in a while for me. I'm strange I guess - I can absolutely crush some barbecue and get strong cravings for it, but once I've had a meal it takes me a few weeks before I get any cravings again. So blackstone it is for me which is going to take my game to a whole new level. If you guys want to talk about Outdoor Grilling - you have to check out this guys youtube channel. Well life hasn't been quite the same this year has it now? It's been a struggle, even for Mr Annoying Positive guy over here. Keeping going mentally is challenging enough in life as it is, let alone more lockdown news across the world. However, I haven't stopped, maybe procrastinated a little too much, but I wanted to report we are getting somewhere. Needless to say I can't do it without you all visiting and popping in, not forgetting our home for which i'm extremely grateful. This could be a long-ish one but it will be worth it so please read all of it! I'll do my best to keep it brief (yeah, okay Lee) and maybe give you some visuals a long the way to make it easier to not switch off 😁 FG Progress Updates We mentioned some months ago here, we (or more so I, with the help of you amazing people) wanted to make a stand and keep things moving where we could to make a difference. I've copied the bits mentioned from the thread and shown any progress next to it: Merchandise Shop - New application purchased for FG so it can support the Merch shop. Early days but you may see that there is a resemblance of a shop on our Home (you can check it out in the menu bar). It needs a lot of fleshing out with way more bits need to be added of course so obviously any ideas of things we should have in there please can you keep them coming. Big shout out to Matty @Misneach_ as he working through to find an american provider so we can get the same or similar designs to save on the postage. FG Points/Gamerscore - This hasn't moved anywhere. Not received any ideas since we raised it and sits lower down the pecking order as it was an added incentive to your daily life at FG. Creating new sections (New entire page spaces for games) - I've started creating a few but obviously need a little more content to get them fully up and running. I'm considering making a few live with bare bones and getting all of you to help flesh them out a bit and offer suggestions on what you think would work best. That way we have something workable ongoing to regularly improve. Destiny and FIFA are a few i'm looking at but there's a lot of work under the hood with the new functionality to get it bang on. Just wanted to show you something to see progress is being made even if it still needs major tweaks and changes: Creating new sections - New homepage - its coming along too. Not too much to giveaway here but I think we need to have a central point for everyone to remember all the other parts of stuff we have fun with too. Work in progress below but getting there...even if it could end up meaning one extra click for some: Expanding existing areas - we now have dedicated forums and discord channels for a few games with also corresponding notifications for those games. You may have seen a few pop up in discord and these should work well with new page spaces if we decide to have them. Guides & Tips section - We haven't received any new updates to it. With Destiny launching soon and with other brand new games as well as existing games starting to get a following (FIFA, 7 Days, etc) it would be good to get a few more up. Re-engaging with old FGers - we've seen a few faces come back, and its nice to see some of the PPRs of old (and new!) being updated. Its just a rubbish time for everyone so reading everyones PPRs, hearing that you're all okay and getting by however you can is really awesome to see. Would love to see more updates and people embrace PPRs more, even if its just to read others and comment on their ones. Its the one big way we can make a difference in such a small amount of effort. Open our doors to new FGers - A few people have graced us with their presence. Awesome thanks to people like Nutty @Nutcuttlit spreading the FG wings out there on all manor of games. When you can, make sure you take the moment to make newer people feel part of the group properly. The more we help each other, the better we'll all feel about stuff going on. Regular gaming nights schedule - We've definitely picked up a few things and I can only see more to come. FIFA Monday Night Football, GT Sport Weekly Races on Tuesdays, 7 Days horde nights every so often, and Destiny Raids have popped up again too. I think what I probably need to do is more simple YouTube explanations on how to set up events, etc as I fear just because I might not be able to turn up or can't make a night doesn't mean we can't make a go of things. We also have to be persistent. If a few times they don't work, you keep trying as the more it becomes force of habit, the more times people will join for fun and good times. Ways to help others (real charity fundraisers starting with charity streams) - I don't think we've managed to find enough time to do these of late which is a shame as its something we could definitely do to support others. I did think about a group Movember even if its 3 days late. Try to get a regular pattern on sending out Feel Good Fund parcels to caring FGers - There's been a few parcels sent out. I haven't updated the thread lately but this probably leads into a time where because this year has an absolute awful one for many, i'm going to try and do what I can to make something happen, starting with the BIG Xmas FGFGF Giveaway. Comms - WhatsApp We clearly still have a major problem with how life is at present, even though we have Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our Home here to keep in touch. Whilst I started many years ago saying it could work, over recent years it proved to get in the way, as it makes us all a little lazy at times. However, with the year we've had, how many people are splintered over all those ways to connect, the inability to help get everyone on one simple chat application AND Sony royally fucking up playstation chat parties, I'm planning on resurrecting one purely for FGers. All I ask is that you don't forget this place as this is our Home. If we don't have a home, FG will splinter and die which we all don't want. Let me know if you want to be part of one and we'll see how it goes. When we seem in a better place in the world we'll see how things lay, like everything here and we can change things around as and when we're at that point. I won't hesitate to close it though if I feel this place is dying away. Any views, thoughts, opinions i'd be seriously grateful on this thread. The BIG FGFGF Xmas Giveaway Well, here we are. A quad was it? 😎 Yeah I keep forgetting you can use the cruise in bursts and split the missiles across the map. Personally I'm UAV/War Machine/Attack chopper. For open maps like Satellite etc I use Artillery. I know right! Was hardly an optimal choice of words. Or wait was it? 😋 I mean an LMG slow, but yeah things move slower when your stoned for sure. 👽

EA Play is coming to Xbox Game Pass next month too. The game pass is also available for PC with even more games available like Flight Simulator 2020 and every future Xbox exclusive will be available here to play if you aren't intending getting a Series X/S. If you have a gaming PC and then get a PS5 on the side, you have all bases covered pretty much. Ubisoft also has it's uPlay+ on PC which works the same along with EA Play as mentioned. I'm afraid not. You merely use the pass which enables you to access the licence(s) of the available game library whilst the pass is active. If you wish to own the game (licence) outright, you will have to purchase the game. As with all these subscriptions though, you will have to put up a payment method for a direct debit which is automatically deducted until cancelled. Prices and content can change without notice.

Thanks Biron. I cant deny its a great deal, especially because you get access to it all via PC too which is incredible. I just couldn't do it first for 2 reasons. 1) Nearly all of us are on PS4 or 5 and I don't see people changing. I want to be where all our friends are at, and 2) I would be gutted to play a game and then not have it a few months later, especially if it is a top game we all keep playing. I may look into it for the PC probably though if that works. Could be a good way to understand if its a good full purchase for your preferred platform.

Its a massive way forward @Stretch616 and if my main console was xbox I'd struggle not to get it due to how much access and immediate savings you get. The one major element I have a problem with these types of subscriptions is do you actually own these games? Also, do they have the right to remove ANY of these games at short notice? I mean, having Destiny 2 there to play all the game is fantastic but if they took it out of the pool of games 6 months in then whats the point in that? @MrBiron have you got the facts on how this specifically works? For instance, if you download the game do you have it forever or is it more until they remove it from the pass? I'm sure it'll work for you Biron as once you've done with a game you just sell it anyway. Others aren't like that however.

I think mine will be Valhalla. The more I hear about it, the more I really love the different ideas they've put into it. And we can be Vikings!!!

@slamminbones wow! that's a lot of medals! What's the board? Are them times from a specific run, or can you update them to match your new PB's?

I have about 6 for run running a few for kickboxing and some trophies sadly no titles. On Facebook there's a page called race for pace that offer medals for total distance run in a month. I bought a house back in March only just got my medals and trophies up on the wall. Was thinking of my next challenge in running firstly it will be a sub 2 hour for a half marathon which should be easy then to run a marathon distance but for that I'll need to slow my pace and run a couple of 35km runs.

I got and email offering me to transfer one of my events to a virtual one. Going to see if I'm able to do it with all my events just to get them out the way and start afresh when things get back to normal what ever normal was as that's just a thing of the past. Took it nice and slow just to try get my pace back but need to slow my pace down for some runs for my next challenge.
