Don't worry mate, its been great seeing sop many raids for so many FGers over the last few months, sometimes it will happen when our IRL get busy and we can't do as many as we have got used to (I share that feeling!). I'll see what my weekend plans are too.

I think its a great discipline to get into, not sure I have the patience for it but I'm glad you're giving it a go and have so many positives so far. Daveydave @IPSWICH HIGASHI really stands by the values of Shotokan Karate and I wouldn't expect this to be much different. I bet you're using muscles now you never even realised you had before 🤣🤣 Have you looked into the rewards you get? e.g. belts, dans, etc? If you love it already you should at least go for the first one available if you can.

Well, first time watching Man of Steel a few days ago. Man, DC dropped the ball by losing Henry Cavill after the first few films. I've never liked Superman in previous formats over the years and because of how the character never seems to have much of a weakness but this film seemed to carry more weight about how he can be more human than superhero, which I loved. It felt like it jumped through some parts of his growing up, luckily I think there was enough of his initially birth and what happened there to him worrying about whether to officially show his face as a superhero to make up for that. Great film and such a shame we won't see him again as Superman after Justice League.

There's a really good chance we get to a point we won't have a AAA football game out like e've seen for a few years yet if FIFA are onlyt starting to look into broadening their horizons in the gaming industry. Interesting. Not sure how to feel about that.

I'm not sure if its too late as the season has started but i'm trying to think of ways to get more into NFL abit more and I'm thinking that to help me (and maybe others that want to learn too) that we could do a Fantasy Football league with some of you veteran NFL experts? I know we need a few names because there is a draft as part of the setup which don't really understand so if there is also someone to help me set it up that would be awesome. What do you reckon folks? Could be a decent laugh too as we set up each week against each other? 😄 I'll tag a few NFL people I can remember! @Antpool84 @Baabcat @Plumbers Crack @Jason @TigerBurge @G_dub52 @jordie1892 @Lurrchh and anyone else that wants to get involved for the lolz (and learning! 🤣)

I think free to play can be a frightful thing as you then worry in the opposite way that every bit of the game is broken down and charged for - however for a game like FIFA, that would work for many of us. I'm onlyinterested in Pro Clubs, so give me stuff thats available for that than any other gamemode. Hell, I probably would spend more money on it if they did offer options To customise that gamemode even more with kits, badges, etc. I think we'll get a taste of how this feels in UFL Football tbh...just hope it has similar gamemodes too.

Never heard of these although they look incredible. Funny though, because I find these are like an amazing, well presented posh dinner. You can apprecitae the presentation and effort that goes into it but that doesn't mean i'll like it! I wouldn't know where to start with these.

I might try and find an extra 30 minutes from somewhere to just try this week's track, although this week we're all in the same car so its a whole different dynamic to what we usually do! Maybe i'll get my wheel out...we'll see 😅

Yeah, there's actually 3 guns that you can farm for better rolls this Halloween event: Green Jurassic - Pulse Rifle Braytech Werewolf - Auto Rifle Horror Story - Auto Rifle Looks like my best drop so far is Rangefinder and Unrelenting on the Green Jurassic but its not as good as other things in the crucible curently. Also, the Dino gear can be bought for 6000 Bright Dust instead of Silver (real money) so I went ahead and got the Titan set. Its pretty decent, although I think the focused on the helmet more than everything else. The clawfeet do stand out though when I run about i've noticed! I made mine with Neon Pop Shader which I think makes him stand out more 😄 Make sure you also check the Bright Dust store section every reset. The Sparrow from Halloween is amazing - essentially a moving Spider when you drive around on it! - but you don't have to buy for silver as it goes on sale October 19th to October 26th you’ll be able to pick it up, again from the Eververse store, but for 2500 bright dust instead! I think MoreConsole enjoyed even more so but ngl, i'm with him!! (Video is only a minute long).

Great topic James @Lurrchh . What games have you used these on so far or is it more just for the D&D type of game? We thought about D&D a while back to try and play one day as we'd need a few large sessions to complete it all the way through but it didn't go too far. The winter might give us more time though this time round. I know that Elliott@Middle Class Caveman and Sarah @Rumelylady know a thing or two about this stuff and i think its a lot about giving some prep time to something like this. We could also stream it to which would be a fantastic demo for us all and others in FG that may be interested but not sure whats involved (like me!).

Yeah, its hard to get too excited over this especially now knowing that absolute gem 😅 However, its not all doom and gloom just yet. West Ham have signed up with UFL as I think you'll be able to buy certain elements of real life teams to help create your own team logo, kit, etc. This video shows a few more bits too and the graphics are promising so far. Still, its that gameplay we need to see and we don't know any release date yet still 😞

Hi James, welcome to FG! Shame you want to move away from PC but understandable if you want to be where your friends are. Funnily enough crossplay is becoming standard on most games now which helps with that. Many of us are on Playstation and PC here, with a few on the Xbox side aswell. Its a hard one because I would say its all down to what games you are playing too. I find selling a PC is quite a hard thing to do, mainly because when someone wants one, they go to a reputable seller and buy a ready made one, or buy new parts to make it themselves. We'd need to know whats in the rig to know if any of the pieces you have are worth selling. Essentially I'd put your spec into PC Partpicker like you were buying that exact rig for new today and then you have the new price of those items. Its then about how much do people want to pay for it second hand and that depends on how long you've had the rig for. You've obviously worked out already he enjoys that then! lol. Hope you enjoy your stay at FG mate, make sure you take a look around and get involved if/when you can.

I think they're ever closer to getting stuck in this transition period where the public have finally realising that annual releases don't give enough value in them and want to see progressive games these days. Also, if they want to hit the newer, younger generations, they are so more used to base game free with a-la-carte add-ons so they can pay for what they want to play. Whilst the jury seems still undecided on the Battlefield Beta thread here, it still looks a far better option and the first time people here jump ship pretty much exclusively to a different franchise for their shooter. This isn't to say I won't get it but it feels pointless getting it at launch when virtually no one here will be playing it and Warzone (which some of us do play) is still free to play.
