I really liked watching that. Looks like some gamemodes mixed up all in one. More probably like some Overwatch competitive rounds where one teams has a go first and then the second tries to beat the first team. Good smaller portion of the map too. I think it would bring more people in if it didn't feel like running simulator sometimes on BF games.

Never got them from a butchers either! Maybe as it compliments other meat dinners to help customers think they can get everything all from one place perhaps? If i'm honest, this is where I would go too. Some of my friends would have way better knowledge on stuff like this. One of my work friends whose family made curry at home regularly helped me get off normal Chicken Curry and have Chicken Kurayi as that is the closest to home made currys. Can honestly say it was the best advice he ever gave me! -

I need to check up on mine as I think like most others, the platinum grind has halted most progress on this. I don't actively go into every game to sit and get them all game, so if one or two come in each game thats a bonus. -

I've seen this is actually been a great remaster across the board and its funny that Capcom seems to be the only one that can really nail these remasters. This has the Mercenaries mode too doesn't it?

Same. And it will also keep expectations low if free too so good chance it will initially do well. For me, for it to last more than 2 weeks (especially with FG) it needs gamemodes and the ability to easily party up. Shooting may get old quickly though if its old school. If its like old CoD games, nostalgia is great...but usually for a few go's. You quickly realise it will miss alot of what current top FPS games have.

And then for the 4363846th time, we go and blow our next game. We literally can't score and I don't know what this hoodoo is for us every time we get past Christmas we end up in freefall. We managed to make sure we lasted until Feb this time which has helped but not sure whats worse now with Coventry to play on Wednesday night - us not making the playoffs or Cov getting the playoffs instead of us. I genuinely feel sick thinking about it. Would be incredible for a change to get a result against them and make the gap wider and potentially secure a place in the playoffs with a few games to spare. One can and will always dream.... If anyone thinks football isn't exciting for the neutral, they should tune in and watch all the remaining Championship games. About 12 teams can make the playoffs still and with 4-5 games to go I literally have no idea who will make it this year.

FG GTA Races were a great success a few weeks ago when we brought it back. Hopefully no need to hassle you this week to get your name down on the RSVP so we know if you are in and around or you aren't available 👊 Probably some more new Nascar, Sumo, Target, Bikes and whatever else we can find like we did a few weeks ago. Don't forget, its the PS4 VERSION.

Not far off what happened to me too 😅 Sorry Greebs, my PC time has dwindled as I'm out of routine. I'd much prefer getting into Vanilla again and then jumping on something on PC if we have the numbers. Until then, it could be easier to save the money and have a look at what other server that could be fun and bring more into it. I think we need to think of putting some events up so we know in advance too - for newer people, that should help if the veterans can be around to help with simple questions. -
I'd agree with that. Although its funny as we've been playing MP mostly in Season 2 and its flown by. Both events were pretty decent too. Crossbow objectives were good and varied, and then the Path of the Ronin got you using different weapons for headshot which was fun to try and change up in each game. Here's hoping the free events are good again this time round. 2 6v6 new ones right at launch too. Backs up the theory that they just couldn't get them done in time. Hoping the Hatchery one is also 6v6 as they have confirmed its for Core so should be fingers crossed. Himmelmatt has been a decent addition and Dome plays pretty well (and quick). The new Black Gold map is going to be different for sure though. Night Vision Goggles needed - I think its a good thing they're trying different aspects out although i'm sure that will annoy some people because they can't do well on it 😄 Excited for Gunfight finally back in too. We needed that when just a few people are on....I may put together a fun 2v2 tourney between us all (all for fun obvs).

Thanks Matt! @Luseth, Its set to 8am so i'll change it to 8pm for you 😄 Also, you can add a nice FIFA image to it too so on the events page its quite easy to spot 😉 I'm on holiday Monday to Friday next week unfortunately so if someone can keep the stats that would be great!

Nice that you've given the PS3 some loving of late @Luseth. I have very little playtime on mine as I never had it growing up, I bought one off a mate so I've played a little with a couple of games. Back then, I had Xbox 360 which really was superior with exclusive games and also the UI/UX experience coupled with their online service offering just seemed to be something that felt lke it would never be beat. Weird how we've come full circle and back on Playstations as I feel their offering is better now but mainly down to the UI/UX experience. I need to get the Wonderbook of Spells out for the wife again as that was quite unique I felt for back in PS3 days. My son also wants to give a few God of War games a go at some stage. I tried to play some Mass Effect on them but I could be swayed by getting the remastered version of PS4/5 now. How do you find the PS3 controllers? They felt like a step back from the PS2 although at least they were wireless. I think this was another key area they started to fall behind the Xbox 360. They have the annoying connections and most of my analog sticks are buggered! 😅 I forgot these days but only because it was just before my time. Its a real shame that people chose different consoles after this one, especially in the days long before crossplay.

Prices are potentially... 512GB – $649 1TB – $899 Good to get more competition in the market as @phil bottle says, however I would expect ASUS needs to find some creative ways to get more people on board to even attempt to take some of the market share off of Steam.

Well, it would be nice as my son would benefit from this but I can't see the price coming down just yet. The kit is just a piece of kit like the pro PS5 controller which means it will absolutely have a floor where it won't come below. It does look incredible as @Plumbers Crack posted the Linus VR2 review and it looks superb.

Leicester all of a sudden look in real trouble and I fear for them with their run-in. Low on confidence too. Potter could do a good job there though funnily enough. Potter just probably lost too many in a short space of time I suppose. I was hopeful the new owners could be the ones to say 'its rebuilding time' give him a few years and say it openly, but I suppose if you spend nearly £1 billion pounds I guess they don't want to be that patient. The game is actually getting far more technical at the top and I do think some gaps are closing with the others.

It was a good shout and can see why you said it. Agree with all your thoughts on your recent podcast too. They do need to pivot, as Adrian said but thats if we ever see one again like you made clear. Its a strange feeling because you do feel like its an end of era in some sorts. Even though I love being at home when I work now for many family and personal reasons, stuff like this always felt like a huge physical hype train coming our ways and there was a little hope I could make it there one day to feel the experience live. With most just doing it through youtube as its cheaper it makes sense business wise, but feels strange we are moving further and further away from physical things more than ever. If it was me, I'd rebrand and do a show that is all about nostalgia moving forward. Get big developer names up and get interesting facts out about old games, and then get a few new secrets if you can when they go there. Just make it essentially a big huge Arcade Club style event.
