    556 ICARUS

The 556 Icarus is a lightweight squad-support weapon in the M4 Platform. Increased ammo capacity does not significantly impact mobility.

    SAKIN MG38

The belt-fed SAKIN MG38 light machine gun delivers devastating 7.62 rounds at a high fire rate thanks to a short-stroke gas piston.
  4. The Campaign now has 2 difficulty settings. Normal or Legendary. It came in as a brand new thing with Witch Queen DLC and it stands for me and most others as their best story campaign to date, mainly down to this too. Rewards are more plentiful and jump you up level wise quicker after legendary, but clearly harder combatants to defeat. Legendary also makes you feel like a campaign is worthwhile whereas early D2 days the campaign just seemed to be an intro to the rest of the game. Campaigns should always drive story and other things happening in the entire Destiny 2 world. It scales difficulty too if you are solo, or in a fireteam. Alongside the campaign is the F2P stuff, and then the current Seasonal stuff linked to the Season Pass. Usually worth around 7/8/9 quid for 3 months of content. Similar to Battle Passes in all other games (so a tier system of rewards) which give you additional missions, activities, exotic missions and other rewards such as Seasonal Weapons and Armour.
  5. A mate at work once told me that they did a study that showed you usually switch off to new music around the age of 33 and then start just going over your favourite music types and songs instead of listening to whats in the charts. I can definitely feel that although I do listen to new stuff from similar backgrounds as Spotify is good at linking to your favourite tunes. @J4MES OX4D, I shit you not that was bang on in the start of my music journey, loved abit of Spice Girls! 🤣🤣 I used to listen to most stuff in the charts in the 90s and early 2000s which was quite eclectic ranging from Dance, Trance, Pop, R&B, Garage, Emo and some Indie. Pop was my first enjoyment with many Now Thats What I Call Music compilations bought for me. I had a big R&B/Garage time when it hit the charts. Craig David probably being the standout one. Indie had 6-12 month spell with Razorlight, Editors and The Kooks all releasing really good albums. When I was old enough, I loved Trance. Barthezz, Mario Picotto, Paul Van Dyk and other DJs that mixed some great compilations like Ferry Corsten. 80's synth now lives with me alot because before a teenager i'd listen to my mums 80s tracks, which were ace. Lisa Stansfield, Soul 2 Soul, Bryan Adams, etc. I probably search for alot of 80's synth type tracks and find them more entertaining now than anything new these days! One thing I would say is I struggle to listen to new songs that seem to all be Rap songs to an extent. They just don't seem to have a melodic tune to go with them, not like early Rap with Gangsta's Paradise and Set Adrift on Memory Bliss.
  6. Not much of a game progression tip but I know Character looks is key for many of us. Simple one to miss but you can keep equipping your highest gear, but change the look afterwards if its looks horrible and uncoordinated. Equip your gear and then on the overall view of your character, hover over the gear you want to change the Appearance of and click Square. I hate all the glasses and hats, so you can even select to NOT wear any type of hat, glasses, etc which I think is a real big plus. Essentially every piece of new gear you get, the game stores it as a customisable option for you to use whenever you want on other gear. Nice Transmog functionality.
  7. Thought we should have a thread on this as there's so much to the game that sometimes you wish you knew hours before you stumbled upon it! Post below any hints and tips to help make the experience better for all.
Some lovely goals in there and nice little montage Matt, looking forward to the next one!!
  8. That good everyone?! Amazing! I really miss the chatter on this game. I've installed the update so will start to slowly playthrough the campaign soon. This game is set up now to be played more for fun than grinding your arse off, bored to tears. I think it would give us some great co-op moments still, especially as there is literally nothing out there that can compete with it.
  9. Ah super, would rather try a more simulated game rather than arcade-wise. As long as it doesn't lose you in the detail I'll keep an eye out for this one.
  10. I feel two ways about Remakes. On one hand I want to see new fresh ideas with new titles that blow us away, but equally there are some games that the world would totally work with updated software and better functionality available these days. Command And Conquer would be me go to. That sim game would be unreal if you could make it into some form of a MMO too. @slamminbones - good shout on Tomb Raider, not like the newer games, more so like the original 3. @Luseth - My worry with any Final Fantasy remake is they will change the battle system as seen in FF7 which left me tainted. Nothing beats the ATB system for me in those worlds. @J4MES OX4D - I feel Red Dead is still to early to get a remake, because as you say if its sooner rather than later it will only be a port which is pointless for that series. Agree with Splinter Cell though!! @Jason - I'd love to see Chrono Trigger because i've never had the chance to play it either. From those days i'd actually say a few sport games should be remade, like Super Tennis. I'd love to also see the Multiplayer portions of the games Mass Effect and The Last of Us to be remade as had an awesome following and deserved follow ups. One more to add that probably had some foundation but needed a full re-write - Anthem.
  11. I'm pretty sure it'll release this year, especially with Xbox making a huge deal about it. Right idea to delay to give it a fighting chance at launch too as not many games are due to be out in September, at the start of the colder seasons.
  12. A quick test using a couple of the FG Discord Voice Rooms earlier with @Greboth and @crispymorgan and it works really well. Chat is very clear and good news is if we wanted way more than 16 in a chat for whatever reason, we can use that now as well as crossplay folks. Only thing is if you're on Playstation and checking to see if people are in a chat, you won't see people in a discord chat to join, you must join it on your phone or pc, then transfer it to your PS4/5 to speak in it via your playstation. Not ideal but way better and easy to get your head around.
    Spawn trap 🤣
  13. How different is this to the traditional and longstanding Sim City series? Sim City 2000 meant alot to me back in the day, really enjoyed playing it (especially with the cheat code giving you loads of money to do what you wanted as it was super hard as a kid!). Only Jurassic World Evolution has come close to that feeling but clearly thats a niche subject to build the game around.
  14. Whats all the game modes and party sizes on it @J4MES OX4D? Does look good on first impressions I'll admit.
  15. until

Oh sweet! The more the merrier @Luseth! We've never really done the modes where we're just people and shooting each other, I think maybe cos the shooting is pretty crap in it so its always been the vehicle modes, from stunt races to Target ones and the Sumo ones. They've always been a hit. I'll have to update the game and get an event up for next week now 😄
  16. until

You say this but when the tomfoolery starts....😅🤣 Cheers for sharing though, ultimately we've all gotta have fun where we can and if you don't enjoy it, no one will ever force you to play it. Mid-season will be better as thats when One in The Chamber comes into the game so there is more to play on Private Matches then.
  17. Finally we're here, the next PS5 hardware system update brings Discord to all of us. I tried to find the easiest video about which is below on how it works. I'd like to try and start using this more now because we can now have more crossplay evenings, not just PSN chat parties. I thnk the main thing to do is LINK your Discord account in the Linked Accounts settings on the PS4/5 first. Here's the full patch notes below: Version: 23.01-07.00.00 Main features in this system software update 1440p video output has been expanded on PS5. VRR (variable refresh rate) is now supported for 1440p resolution. More modes and HDMI devices are now supported. To check if your HDMI device supports this, go to Settings > Screen and Video > Video Output > Test 1440p Output. You can now transfer data between PS5 consoles. Easily transfer all of your PS5 data to another PS5. This process doesn't remove or modify your data on your original PS5. You can now join Discord voice chats on your PS5. Link your Discord account to your account for PlayStation Network. Use the Discord app on your mobile device or computer to get a Discord voice chat going on PS5. You can also let your Discord friends see when you’re online and what you’re playing. Voice Command now supports using your voice to save video clips of your gameplay. Say "Hey PlayStation, capture that!" to save a video clip of your recent gameplay. The default duration saved is based on your settings. You can also save a specific duration of your gameplay, from 15 seconds to 60 minutes. For example, to save 5 minutes, say "Hey PlayStation, capture the last 5 minutes". Say "Hey PlayStation, start recording" to manually start a new gameplay recording. You can then say "Hey PlayStation, stop recording" to end the recording and save the video clip. Currently, Voice Command (Preview) is only available in English for players with accounts for PlayStation Network in the US and UK. Other updated features The following improvements have been made to the screen reader feature. The screen reader now gives more detailed guidance when navigating the console. It will now tell you which direction you can move from the currently selected component, as well as your current position in a component with multiple items. When using the screen reader in the web browser, you'll now see borders around the section that's being read aloud. The screen reader was updated to correctly read aloud certain key terms. The following features have been added to game hubs: Every game will have a timer on the game hub tracking total time played. Game progress will also be displayed for games that have a maximum number of story activities. A Friends Who Play tile has been added. You can see which of your friends own the game and who is currently online. By selecting the tile, you can see what your friends are doing, and you can also access your friends' profiles where you'll be given more interaction options. The trophy tile has been moved and updated so it's easier to access and displays your trophy progress. Competitive multiplayer cards can be displayed in full screen. By selecting Start Activity, you'll be taken straight to that match. The prominent placement and size of the card makes an easy option for multiplayer. The following update has been made to the cross-play feature. In-game session cards of cross-play games, you can now see the members who are playing on other platforms. The following features have been added to Game Base. You can now send a Share Screen request or start sharing your screen with a friend, directly from their profile. Select the Share Screen icon on your friend's profile. You can also send a Share Screen request to your friend from PlayStation App. On the voice chat card, a joinable icon will be displayed for party members playing a game you can join. You can join the game directly by selecting the player, and then selecting Join Game from the menu. Friends that are active on PlayStation App will now show up as online on your friends list. We made the following improvement in game library: You can decide the default sort order for games within gamelists. Use filters in your library to easily find PS VR- and PS VR2-compatible games. The following settings have been added to game presets. You can set your preferences to manage who can join and who can invite other players to multiplayer sessions you've created for supported games. Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Game Presets > Online Multiplayer Sessions, and select your preferences in Who Can Join and Who Can Invite. When downloading or installing a game, the way your saved data is checked has been changed. If it's a PS4 game and you have no saved data in console storage, you'll now be notified if PS4 saved data is available in cloud storage. If it's a PS5 game that can use PS4 saved data, and you have no saved data in console storage, you'll now be notified if PS4 saved data is available in cloud storage. To download your saved data from cloud storage, press the PS button to expand the notification, and then select Download PS4 Saved Data. You can now select which Media Gallery files to manually upload to Captures on PlayStation App. Existing content policies still apply. The following changes have been made to the on-screen keyboard. When you start entering characters, suggestions appear at the top of the on-screen keyboard. If you press the R1 button, instead of entering the first suggestion, you'll now just select it. To enter the selected suggestion, press the cross button. If you see learned suggestions that you want the console to forget, you can delete them from the options menu. (Only for Japanese keyboard) The suggestions that appear while entering characters are now shown in both half-width and full-width characters. Unicode 15.0 emoji can now be displayed. The time required for performing integrity checks on downloaded data has been greatly reduced. This process is done while the [Copying...] label is displayed on the downloaded item in the Downloads/Uploads control in the control centre. The way installed games are started has been changed. If your PS5 has the download version of a game that you haven't purchased (such as those that other users on your PS5 have purchased), and if you have the disc version, you can now play the installed download version by inserting the disc (without installing the disc version). Similarly, if you've installed a game using the disc, and you've purchased the download version of the game, you can now play the installed disc version of the game without inserting the disc. The hint system has been expanded to display a list of objectives if the game provides them. Select any objective to see a more detailed video or text hint. You can now view and manage your authorized apps in Settings. Authorized apps are third-party apps and services that you've linked your account for PlayStation Network to. When using an authorized app, you give permission to share your account data with that app. To view and manage your authorized apps, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Authorized Apps. We've updated the device software for DualSense wireless controller, DualSense Edge wireless controller, and PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers. The update will improve stability. You can now update the DualSense wireless controller device software with a wireless connection. If you have trouble updating the device software wirelessly, connect your controller to your PS5 using the USB cable to update it. You'll be able to update wirelessly for the next update. DualSense Edge wireless controller and PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers already support wireless updates for the device software. This update isn't required for performing wireless updates for these controllers. The following issues or problems have been resolved. An error dialog message that gave misleading information referring to parental control restrictions when using the web browser was fixed. An update was made to address an issue causing some IPS LCD monitors to flicker when VRR (variable refresh rate) is turned on. This update may help solve this issue on these monitors.

Well, i'm always gonna say if we ever play a CoD on a Friday and there is enough of us for Private Matches, Gun Game will always be played 😄 Not every round but its always been a staple of what we do. FG Fridays will always be about the abolute bonkers fun we have and probably less so tactics of any kind. I'm likely to get GTA Races back on the agenda for the following week if we can get a big enough crowd. Those nights were epic due to the sheer amount of shithousery people would end up doing. Could I ask, what bit do you not like about gun game? The setbacks?
  19. What a ding dong of a FIFA evening last week was! An evenings of no draws on the menu, and games swinging either way to the end, a fantastic showing of FGFC skills to keep the team in Division 1. Luckily @Luseth and @James5497 had their shooting boots on which dragged us through the first 4 games with 2 wins and 8 goals. Even the Rodman MoneyShot from the regular corners we take was enough to make Never One quit the game early doors. It was also a welcome back to Connor @JamaicanSteve after missing a few MNFs and he made the perfect comeback with a sublime strike against the same team. Going from the sublime one game to the down right awful luck and football the next, where We Like to Fist 😅 comfortable performed said action against us, scoring 4 to no return. The highlight of the match coming more so from Tom's @LordBaguette antic's on the last IRL FG meet up than the lack of any fine football skills on the pitch. The battle was real through the night, after securting another 4-2 win against Tetaball FC, it was probably expected that the outside chance of Division 1 was on the cards until a swift 8 goals were put past the weakened FGFC defence across 2 losses. A resilient battling display kept FGFC in Division 1 though for yet another season with 2 wins coming against FC Mvtnga and Internazionade; the former of the two being pegged back from a 3-2 lead for FGFC to win grab 2 quick goals in 2 minutes in the last phase of the game to break the opposition hearts. As usual, a final game always seems to end up on a loss most weeks as fatigue hits in...with @James5497 having a very early bath trying to be too eager to get to sleep the ball, receiing a red card in the first half. Another hard fought evening with some great highlights as always! GGFG FGFC Squad players across the evening: @LordBaguette @Antpool84 @GazzaGarratt @Luseth @Ally @JamaicanSteve @James5497 @Macca89 @Findmartin
Fantastic set of clips Matt @Luseth...and that clutch turnaround at the end of the clip was awesome!
  20. Thanks @Greboth, is it the same world we jumped on initially or a new world with additional mods and quests?
  21. Didn't realise this guy made the trip over here... SONIC BOOM!
  22. Yeah I think we're getting somewhere @Luseth! I even know I could make a form like when you create a topic to get this info but equally if we can get this on a Game Hub page again where specific game info is stored, I think it would definitely help the use of it all and especially the overall stats too! Thanks for your efforts so far its really appreciated ❤️
