    Some have been playing it - @techno @LordBaguette @Macca89 @Mitch @MrBiron I've downloaded it but not really sure why lol. I don't think its a cod killer by any means. I mean first off, CoD can kill itself pretty easily as we've all seen, but this game hasn't had really any marketing and for a free game to hit hard it needs that early thousands flock to it like Apex Legends did. With no SBMM, I think you'll find you wanted to like it, but in reality it just doesn't give you enough satisfaction back....and SBMM would've actually helped with that to a degree.

    MW recent CoDs have been some of the better ones in the franchise so I hope they can bring this back and make it worthwhile. I've not seen anything on this one though to tempt me like MW2 and MW3 did.

    Yes! The Holland 4-1 and Germany 5-1 destructions were incredible days for me too. I actually would add England 3-2 Argentina, which was a friendly but dictated who would be the higher seed at the World Cup and it was far from a friendly! I have both 5-1 Germany and 3-2 Argentina on DVD still as those games were that good.

    Football? Oh go on then. There's so many, probably why we love the game so much. But this following 2 minute montage just reminded how much I was so behind the England team in 2021. That was a magical day. A time where everyone doesn't believe we can beat big teams. That Southgate can't do it. That Kane can't do it. What a day that was. I'm literally tearing up watching it all over again. And again. And again. This is what we live for. ❤️

    Hmm, that is hard. Weirdly, one that sticks out is the Cricket World Cup final England vs New Zealand. Insane game. Scores level and tied at the very end, which is rare in itself but then the Super Over was effectively ending level too but England winning on countback for Wickets. So many random things happened. Bear in mind our captain Stokes is a broken injured man through it all, and to top it all off, England actually ended up as the winner. I accidentally punched my ceiling jumping up in celebration 🤣 From just under 5 minutes, it is absolute carnage.

    Can't see it being dropped. We can't be the only league without it when you go to Europe and big international tournaments it will be on I would suspect. Let the teams have 2-3 calls for VAR through the game that can pause the game up to 3 minutes at a time. Works in other sports but doesn't take the responsibility away from the man in the middle that everyone has to accept their decisions.

    Perfect, makes sense now. Thanks @Lurchzy and @J4MES OX4D. I've now read that Sony seem to have still not made the game re-available in the 177 countries they are not in so even though PSN linking was made optional again, I don't think this is the end from a Sony perspective. I do think things can change in games over time, especially in live service ones like this one but clearly if they knew this before as an option that may happen then all they had to do was communicate it. Mental how many things fall over in the world just because someone didn't say something at the relevant time.

    Can I ask for some thoughts thats popped in my head on this one recently please? Started playing Sea of Thieves again because its now on PSN - stay with me, its not an offtopic thread point! 😅 - its been amazing to play, just like Helldivers. But the first thing that struck me was you MUST sign into a Microsoft account to play Sea of Thieves on Playstation. I quickly googled if Microsoft Xbox was available in all countries and it isn't, similar to Playstation. For Helldivers to get the bad press was gutting for Arrowhead but understandable knowing the restrictions PSN reading online. However, Sea of Thieves have had none of this media coverage since it launched 10 days ago. Am I missing where these two games are different in any way at all? I appreciate the insight if anyone has any 👍

    Seems a pretty niche but cool artistic vibe to it. I like MP games trying to get more party sizes into games bigger than 4 too.

    Mental that all the teams at the bottom of the Championship won on the final day. I don't think I've ever seen that, you'd have expected at least one to falter but all 4 involved won!

    Hear hear @phil bottle. I do add some protection from keywords to try and stop as many as we can not even posting but it is inevitable we'll keep getting them over time. Like Philly the Great says, keeping reporting them. Note, you can use a button instead of replyign to report content if needed. That sends an email straight away to all Moderators and Admins that a post has been picked up by someone that looks suspicious. Thanks all GGFG ❤️🖤

    That Reaper just sounds like he'd find a problem in waking up in the morning and checking that he'd won the lottery. Like you say Gaz, its a TV show and the way that Reaper and MauLer pick the absolute fine detail out to the n'th degree is mindblowing. I do agree generally speaking that there were moments where it felt slightly overly whacky but the arguments are basically saying it should follow the game but not follow the game when it needs to be more realistic. You can't take a Fallout world seriously and I got that vibe from the first parts of the first episode. Sometimes if it was set up incorrectly you can lose yourself in what feeling you are supposed to feel like. Feel like those two need a Frankie Says Relax t-shirt 🤣

    Its not really about catching anymore since they changed the Power and grind factor in the game. Power numbers are extremely similar now so theres usually only a tiny increase each season and from what I remember some had zero update to max cap on highest power numbers. The game introduced a progression system with a bunch of objectives which I believe is the main number shown when you walk around seeing randoms. All about just what you have completed, not about doing a million and one raids, dungeons, etc. This update for me is going back in to experience the world much moved on with a bunch of Quality of Life updates we badly needed earlier in the game, a good solid campaign story, and being able to just try and complete fun activities with lots of us here. Anything else is a bonus.

    Which divisions are the layoffs from? If it was me, take a redundancy package, reapply for the thousands for roles they are inevitably putting out there to get GTA 6 over the line, and grab even more money from them. I jest a little bit in that, I know its not that simple and detracts away from the real issues somewhat. Blows my mind they positioned it as forced given GTA 6 will need a monumental effort to get it to release on time and then huge support once the live service element is switched on.

    Finished it last night and the inevitable sad feeling that another series isn't there to watch straight away kicked in. Safe to say its a fantastic and well made series, that explains the world of Fallout extremely well across the course of the entire series. Having never been able to get past the character creation screen in Fallout, I didn't know anything much about the world of Fallout so its been a great insight into how things have been made. Like most series that hit super well with their first series, the challenge now is alot of the backstory and wow factor could be already known so really interesting to see if they can pull off a great second series now. I think the world looks like it can easily have 4-5 series in it but I suppose only the Fallout game experts will know how much has not yet been discovered! Maybe that gives me an even better feeling about the series going forward 😄
