    I watched Chapter 8 today, last episode of the first season. I did have a chuckle when the stormtroopers were talking about the leader executing officers as an example to the rest of the men. The deadpan way they discussed it is an example of what's good about this series. The humour was a big part of the first films too and they haven't got that right in the more modern films. It also reminded me of why Picard was ultimately a fail despite some good elements. Too po-faced and serious.

    Hmmm I'm not sure now. There is a Hardcore mode but all it does is turn off UI. Enemies don't scale and they are harder or easier to beat depending on their location from what I can see.

    It will have difficulty settings, from easy to hardcore. What that entails I'm not sure but I'll see if i can find any info.

    The BO1 maps were the best they ever made, in my opinion. MW2 comes a close second but its probably the COD I played most and have some great memories despite all the lag switchers and hackers on the Xbox 360 😁

    Well, that didn't entirely go to plan but glad we managed to do both races in the end. Fair play to everyone racing on the big N, some very close racing that first lap, considering no-one really knew what was coming round each corner 😁

    I had a quick try yesterday with the controller, crashed and also picked up a 3 second penalty that you have to serve at the beginning of the really long straight at the end but just about went under 9 minutes😅

    I just watched the Xbox presentation video, looks good even on the Xbox One. I have it pre ordered for PS4 but was thinking of switching to PC instead and now I'm thinking it'll be fine on console, even "last gen"...

    I picked up Disney at the weekend and I've watched the first 4 episodes so far. I can see why its popular, particularly compared to recent films.

    So the loss last night means England don't go through. To be honest I'm so confused I don't really know what England are missing out on. Dont go through to what? Is it still the Euros? Not a scooby do. Playing with 5 defenders sounds like Gareth was just as confused and didn't realise the purpose of the game is to score more goals than the other team.

    This Tuesday for Gr.3 we'll be on the Nurburgring. If you don't know the track I suggest some pre-practice as it's around 7 minutes a lap. A marmite track this, I like it myself. Very fast and a lot of opportunities to fuck it all up. I'm going to get my wheel out so RIP me. The Gr.4 is a Sardenga track which I enjoy but can be weak on. But as I say, I'll be on the wheel which means I should be faster but also more likely to make a mistake 😢

    Sadly it appears to be a shoddy remake. Getting destroyed in the Steam reviews.

    One of my Basque mates in Tottenham does the occasional Basque barbecue and he's an amazing cook but having no garden that's not something I can do myself sadly. I've always been very impressed by the Catalans when I visit Barcelona. They do a lot of outdoor cooking, mostly paella based, and there's friendly competition around it. I've seen outdoor cooking in the US on TV and those ribs have me salivating. But when English folk do outdoor cooking it's all burnt crusts and pink uncooked insides in my experience 😁
