    Yeah, I know exactly what you mean on the TT's gears, plus deciding whether to take certain corners in third or fourth is where I'm losing time. It was a lot smoother in the Megane but I couldn't get the same pace with it.

    Ah, I suspect you've left me a nice lap time to track😁 I've managed a high 1:27 in the past but struggled to get below 1:30 in a little stint earlier. So I may sneak on again at some point...😎

    I'd do this for Xbox as well but most of their exclusives are not for 2020. So, for those getting a PS5 day one, or before Xmas, what games do you have your eyes on. For me it would have to be Demon Souls and Gran Turismo 7, and possibly AC Valhalla...if it turns out to be decent. The first two would be enough to make me buy the console.

    Spurs up to 2nd. Finally managed to win a home game. If Jose can get a consistent performance from this team it will be a good season. Good to see Bale get off the mark. I love our new left back Reguilon. I have warmed to Jose if only for getting Daniel to open up his wallet.

    I hear they might be adding crossplay in 2021 between console and PC. I'd get it for that. After playing it on PC it feels clunky on console. Still, though, its tempting as there'll be a lot more FGers on Density than COD...

    Yeah, they really messed up the penalty system. It did used to be fairly straightforward but they started to tinker with it. Very frustrating!

    Ok, I've played a few hours and here's my quick review. Some nice game mechanics. The open world London, while a bit small, is fucking amazing. Looks great. Unfortunately it's all let down by the fact they've decided to add the cringey humour. It doesn't work. England has been taken over by a techno fascist dictatorship and I've got this prick in my ear who sounds like Richard Ayoade making me want to punch his lights out with the shitty cringeworthy commentary and humour. Why couldn't they have made this a serious game like the subject matter demands? The story is serious but it's delivered like a Carry On film for hipsters. They've gone for silly meets edgy and it just doesn't work or fit the premise. But London is soooooo fucking good I'll be playing it just for that.

    First things first, these guys made Fallout New Vegas, most people's favourite, so they know how to make a Fallout game. Bethesda treated them quite badly and made them release a game that was buggy as hell upon release. But it was a great game so people often forget that. The main reason this comes close but no cigar is because it's a lot smaller and more restricted. It's not really an open world rpg in the same way. There's more to come from Obsidian though, now they're being properly backed by Microsoft. Plus Bethesda are there too now so good things to come I hope. I'd still recommend Fallout 4 and even 76 over this, it's a great game just too narrow in scope. And the enemy AI is dumb as fuck.

    Played an hour of it last night as I had it pre-loaded. Runs really well for me, looks great. Cars are a bit feisty. Can't wait to explore my city🤗 Hear this morning some folk with 3090s couldn't get it to run well, maybe that's a ray tracing issue as I've got over 80fps on ultra settings with it.

    In general, with regards release date being pushed back, I'm in favour of that 100% if it means a polished bug free experience. I don't think it's a big deal for consumers other than of course the holiday bookers. Personally, I'm more unhappy about the reports of working practices. Months of crunch? 100 hour weeks? Nopety nope nope. If you're on the cusp of discovering the cure for cancer maybe, but not for a video game. The whole industry is a cesspit of exploitation and abuse, not on the scale of kids working in factories, but its dirty and it takes away my enjoyment of the hobby I use to distract me from the general bullshit of our existence. On a separate note, I hope Watch Dogs Legions take on politics doesn't make me cringe so much I rage and uninstall 😎

    I tried a few laps yesterday, 2:08 was my best so far I think. I can probably go faster but doing consistent fast laps? Not a chance 😅

    Resurrecting this thread from its year long hibernation. After a little taste of the game on Xbox gamepass before it ran out I waited a year for the Steam release and i also bought the dlc pass too. Green Man Haming were selling the game for £21 and I got the dlc pass from Humble Bundle for £18. Nice. It's been optimised even more since I last played from what I can tell. I'm running it with everything on Ultra at 1440p and I'm getting 120 fps. I played a bit over the weekend and I'll try and get as much done as I can before Watch Dogs releases. And then get through as much of that as possible before Cyberpunk releases. Lucky I'm not picking up a PS5 yet as Demon Souls, AC Valhalla, Gran Turismo and more are releasing. Nothing but games as far as the eye can see until the new year and I've not even mentioned COD. I've gone soooooo off topic. Outer Worlds is good, but no Fallout beater, yet. If they get a bigger budget next time round I'd say it needs a better and bigger game world, a graphics upgrade, less annoying side companions, more sophisticated and nuanced character choices and development and AI.

    Seems a whole host of streamers were given a couple of hours on the game last night. Watched a bit of Jack Frags on it and it seems pretty decent and ran well on his PC.
