    I practiced on tracks with long straights to start with (just slowing down and dropping a gear at a time) and then moved onto actual corners. I know you 'hate the straights' but they have their uses😋

    65 quid for it PC won't sell at all. I suppose they're gonna try that shit and since fucks with more money than sense will pay it I suppose. It looks great as far as I can tell, but I guarantee I'll pay no more than 20 quid because it's now stored in the 'wait for sale' section of my brain.

    Was a good bunch of races. I got my strategy wrong in the first race choosing a car that was awful on fuel but really enjoyed the longer distance. The second race was full of mistakes, braking too late mostly, so happy with 4th in the end. Lee getting stuck in cockpit view was amazing 😅 Final race both Kiwi and I had TV shutdown messages literally within minutes of each other. My message telling me I had 60 seconds to stop shutdown obscured the whole screen and I went headfirst into a wall. This happened the previous week so well done me, I got what I deserved.

    Indeed, and to answer you and @Mikepjbell at once on this, like Mr Smug😅 says, the RCZ isn't all that in Gr.3......and it's like across the board with all car makers. I have no problem with everyone choosing the same manufacturer, although that's kind of boring ha ha. And no, @Grebothyou're always a consistent dick but you've never swung it about 🥰

    By power levels I mean classes, we are sticking to BOP. And yes, will be doing more than Gr.3 or Gr.4. I was thinking of making one of the Tuesday night races a league race as we can do 2 other races that aren't league...but open to other preferences. Each season will have a an FG Champion but first to third each season will also receive Grand Final points that contribute to the end of year Grand Final tally. But everyone gets to race in the Grand Final.

    I think we have enough people to consider starting a league. Obviously not right away, as some newer players need some time with the game. But I'm thinking of doing a league by season, kind of like Gran Turismo do. My suggestion: 1 league race a week. 12 league races per season. Points for places. Final league table will take your top 9 points from 12 races. You have to pick one car manufacturer at the beginning of each season which will the one you use for all FG league races that season. I can share the planned tracks and power levels in advance of each season and share results on a weekly basis. Grand Final at the end of the year between the podium winners of each season, which will tally points from all seasons and the final to crown the FG Champion. Let me have your thoughts or alternative ideas. I'd need at least 7 or 8 of us onboard to make this worth doing, so let me know.

    As an experiment I'm going to set out times for tonight and see if we can stick to them. Race 1 Practice = 8pm - 8.20pm Race 1 Qualifying = 8.20pm - 8.30pm Race 1 = 8.30pm Race 2 Practice = 9pm - 9.20pm Race 2 Qualifying = 9.20pm - 9.30pm Race 2 = 9.30pm Race 3 Practice = 10pm - 10.20pm Race 3 Qualifying = 10.20pm - 10.30pm Race 3 = 10.30pm

    Good video. I personally didn't check much of the hype or promises that had been made. I now look at all these features they promised and I'm gobsmacked they had the nerve to release it without any of the things they said. I was aware it was supposed to be an RPG set in a CyberPunk universe. That sounded cool and was good enough for me. But it's not an RPG in any shape or form. It pretends to be. Gives you choices, which are apparently meaningless and have zero impact, with zero consequences. You collect a lot of useless tat, is that what they think an RPG is? The comparison to GTA, old GTA games even, was also a killer. It looks like CDPR didn't even try with the AI. It's piss poor. Which is a shame, there's plenty to like and enjoy for sure but aside from bug fixes I can't see them ever delivering the game they said they would. It's a shell of what it could have been. What a waste.

    So, next week's tracks have been announced and they're not great, so I'm suggesting we choose our own tracks instead. Next week it's a Gr.4 at Lago Maggiore and a Gr.1 at Spa. My suggestions are: 1. Blue Moon Gr. 3 Loads of laps 2. Sardenga Road Track (a or b) Gr.4 7 laps 3. Kyoto Driving Park - Y&M 4 or 5 laps But that's just suggestions. Would be good to sort so we know what to practice. I'll raise it tonight during GTA.

    Do the challenges and tracks in the Campaign mode. They pay out lots of money and free cars.

    I switched off the Spurs v Fulham game at half-time with an undeserved 1 nil lead. I knew what was coming and couldn't be arsed. We used 9 defensive players, plus Son and Kane at home against a team who can't score, missing their only decent striker on the night too. Great stuff.
