Well, if i'm trying to be balanced here, that was pretty obvious as they released only maps that were remakes. Its clever marketing. Makes them look amazing when they release only new content. Deflects criticism in the way they need it too. I'm still happy for the maps btw! Just not gonna sugar coat it too much as they could've given us a few at launch, they just decided against it.

This and the first one were shadow dropped on Game Pass yesterday. Worth checking out and rolling with some friends.

I completely agree that the Essential tier I view as a bonus, but those fools of us (me) paying for Extra are not value for money in my opinion. Hasn’t always been this way, but recently it has really dropped.

The new LMG the Taq eradicator, it's part of the weekly challenges. Apparently it was available since launch, but was held back. Makes it look like they are adding and giving us new things. It's a promising start to the game, plenty of challenges and things to do. Already been a patch and 3 weekly events. Not bad considering the game has been out 3 weeks. 3 new maps next week with season 1 launch. Also more guns. A new launcher, SMG and AR I think. Feels like we are getting lots of stuff. 🙂

Happens far too other, however I can pass over them much better when I'm not playing by myself and my enjoyment of the game isn't directly link with the performance.

Playing solo can be a pain. I have a strike rule now: If I die to 3 bullshit* deaths then I just leave a game. *bullshit deaths are where I die with no time to react. I had one yesterday where I was pre-aiming a door as I knew somebody was coming. Then bullets came at me BEFORE I saw the player walk through the door and I died. Fuck that.

Enjoying MW3 at the moment — although I haven't played it by myself yet (I only really enjoyed competitive games with a group). However I have noticed SBMM is really off the boil. One minute you're being slaughtered by monster snorting try-hards, and next you're the one doing the slaughtering, thinking you might actually be alright at the game 🤣. The only thing I've found to still enjoy the sweat-fest games is to hyper play the objective and try to just have a laugh.

Well... As underlined in the video... it may just be our perspective of people, due to the conditioning of the internet, that we think people have gotten worse.
