Thank god I got mine on PS5 and it's finally arrived From Software PC ports are generally wank and there has been this lingering security issue for a few weeks now tied to their online framework so screw that version!

Today is the big day for the first batch of Steam Deck customers. Emails are being sent out at 10am PST and then each person has 72 hours to pay in full. Unclaimed reservations go to the next person in line. I hear it may be a slow roll out and peripherals such as the Dock won't be on sale until the summer. Also, while they're still working their way through the library to verify games, apparently it's only multiplayer games that have issues with anti-cheat that have any problems. No idea when I'll get mine, happy to wait but must admit that I'm very excited and already have a list of games I want to play on it. Here's a sample: Disco Elysium Katana Zero Dishonored 2 Hotline Miami 1 & 2 Prey Rimworld To be honest I won't know where to start. I used to play DayZ mod and Civilisation in bed on my laptop 10 years ago, which I loved lol and the return to horizontal gaming will be interesting 😁

Thing is they've always churned out a game every year and we can all agree there were some bangers, now wether it's more difficult these days with newer tech I don't know but the franchise has been hurt more probably by stupid design decisions and concentrating on warzone etc. Chances are if you didn't like mw19 you won't like mw II. You can take 3 years or 10 years if you make a shit game it will still be shit, Ultimately time will tell.

Not looked at this one but sounds right up my street. The Rouguelike genre has really floated my boat recently. Plus I like having games that aren't easy, makes it have a bit more that old school "one more try" sequence. Defo will hit this one up

Fingers crossed man , I always felt having multiple studios working on different entries into the franchise lacked any sort of direction or continuity Look at Cold war vs MW vs Vanguard now and they are trying to tie it all down to warzone 😂

Assuming this years game is decent then this will be a good thing. If people don't like MW2 then it could suck for COD fans. I think this is a good move as churning out a new game every year was hurting the franchise really and the last few games have been shit.

Agreed, it's no fun spoiling it for other people. I will probably post some spoilers once I'm further in the game but that's what spoiler tags are for. Though on a not really spoiler note, I saw my first Thunderjaw earlier so wandered over debating whether to try and take it on. I got close and it was an Apex Thunderjaw so I noped right outta there 😄

MW2019 was the last one I bothered with and judging by a recent night on it, it's still very decent now in 2022.

I'm always down if I'm available depending on the day. I'm working during the week at most of the usual raid start times and my Sundays for the foreseeable future are pretty much dedicated to streaming stuff for SixSidesofGaming.

If we can't talk absolute bollocks with no harm intended, are we even human anymore? It's so engrained in me that I don't even consider what it could look like to folks who don't know me. I must come across as a real dick. I'll need a cup of tea for this moral dilemma, someone go put the kettle on.

Just put a deposit down. Ideal as a second gaming PC for Alex when he's at mine, and great for me to play games in front room

Bad news

I tried Steam Deck early and it's AWESOME! this is ltt's first hand's on experience it seems great and you can connect to it a monitor/kb/m and close to 60 fps on doom eternal medium and it's not completely done yet

I don't have any RPG games in general let alone that use cool dice but I have just came across these and they are super slick 👍
