A couple of good races last night and good to see Matty @Misneach_ on for the first time. Race 1 - Gr4 at Mount Panorama (or Bathurst for everyone else). As ever with Gr4 races, the Peugeot RCZ and Audi TT dominate the top of the leaderboard and also as ever I try to avoid them. I'd pretty much settled on using the Lexus RCF though tried the BMW M4 to see how it handled to give Matty some pointers. During practice, Lee raised about the gap and how much was down to using a wheel and auto gears so cue me picking up my controller and giving it ago. Not much of a surprise that I was slower but not massively (about 1.2 seconds) though I think I did 5 laps with a controller and auto gears so I think I could have cut that down a little more but it was an interesting experiment. Still on to qualifying, it's Bathurst so never simple but I managed to get it on pole relatively easily by 0.8 seconds IIRC but as ever with Bathurst, my optimal was considerably quicker than my actual lap. On to the race, Kiwi got the jump on me at the start and I dropped back a little too much on lap 1 to try for a pass but lap 2 was better and caught Kiwi heading up the chase. I tried for the pass but Kiwi defended which left me taking the outside which I couldn't hold. I tried to keep it close with the aim of trying a pass in to turn 2 and took a bit of a dive which ended up costing me time which I couldn't make up enough over the mountain to have a change going in to the chase. Results: Race 2 - Gr3 at Laguna Seca. This was an interesting one, the top times were a mix of cars mostly the Renault RS01 but with some Alfa 4C's, Honda NSX and Dodge Viper. Though Phil gave away some insider knowledge that online people had been using the Porsche 911. I tried the RS01 and while quick in it the car is a handful and any small mistake seemed to end in a spin. Still I endured through practice with it but decided to give the 911 a try which on my outlap I didn't think would be much good as it's got such long gearing but first lap out I set a faster lap and it's much easier to drive to I stick with it. On to qualifying and this was a lot tighter - I set a reasonable first lap to get pole, I set a faster second lap and then every lap after I was quicker but kept making mistakes trying to push. Kiwi mind was setting faster and faster times and I actually thought he stole pole though has actually missed it by a few hundredths of a second. On the last lap of quali I managed to complete a faster lap so took pole by only a couple tenths. Similar to Bathurst, Kiwi in the Viper got the jump on me at the start and again got a small lead by the end of lap 1. I wasn't too concerned though as being a 13 lap race with tyre wear there was going to be plenty of time to make up the time. Over lap 2 and 3 I caught up Kiwi and had a look or 2 at passing him but was happy to follow. Around lap 3 or 4, it was obvious Kiwi was struggling with his tyres and while mine were wearing I thought I could get to the end. At this point it became a strategy call and I decide to do my best to look after my right front and to follow Kiwi knowing that he was going to pit or be easy to pass towards the end of the race. As it turned out, Kiwi pitted end of lap 7 and I carried on lapping with the gap then being about 14 seconds for Kiwi to make up. Thankfully the Porsche is kind on its tyres and Kiwi wasn't making up that much time on me, I think he got it down to around 12 second but the Viper was not kind on its tyres meaning I could extend my lead in the last couple of laps and cross the line with 13 seconds in hand. The funniest, at least from my perspective, for this race was Lee. Lee decided to stick to the RS01 and ended up spending most of the race raging at the handling of it 😆 Results @phil bottle When you say Willow Springs, I assume it's Willow Springs international? Absolutely by far the best This guy gets it spot on. I have no problems with people joining session but they have to admit it, strict Sbmm should not be in the game, and if some people use work around to have fun good for them, it's a fucking game. All this participation, holding hand bullshit is a modern day disease to coin a phrase.... Get better

This is a deserved outcome with some hilarious circumstances - TLOU2 was leading by 43% to 31% in the final stages before Neil Druckmann (creator of TLOU2) dropped this Tweet; Funny how everyone who didn't enjoy this game is still a 'hater'. Anyhow, this put gamers on alert, many of whom didn't even know about these shitty awards and suddenly everyone en masse started voting for Ghosts of Tsushima instead. This made Neil Cuckman issue this Tweet; Anyone familiar with the story of Druckmann and TLOU2 will know that for weeks they falsely copyright struck down several content creators who merely talked about the game after it was leaked. Livelihoods were put at risk and some channels were permanently marked forever even for doing nothing wrong. However videos that praised the game during the leak period were untouched and even praised by the studio for outrageous double standards. Druckmann also made some horrendous accusations to individuals and encouraged friends and fans to bully them to extremes. GoT went on to win GOTY with huge victory margin and massive turnaround; TLOU2 probably would have won had Druckmann not piped up. After the result was announced, as per usual the activists pretending to be journalists of gaming were out in force blaming right wing terrorist groups and homophobic transphobes for Ghosts taking the title and anyone that bought the game being 'violent' towards women. The same accusations made against people who didn't enjoy TLOU2 as a game back in the summer. Personally I am baffled that The Last of Us Part 2 was even nominated because outside of its staggeringly beautiful world, it is one of the most embarrassing and error-strewn stories I have ever come across, with some amateur execution that defies logic along with calamitous mistakes and dreadful pacing. It's almost like fan fiction crafted by a middle school teen level of quality and probably the worst narrative I have ever seen in any piece of media. Miles Morales also got nominated and destroyed which was an equally weird inclusion. I'm not too bothered about the devalued GOTY tag but this outcome and circumstances really made me chuckle and it's another great victory for a deserved winner and gamers alike.

Yeah Chain feeds is probably the worst culprit of the lot. These people with like 4-5 even 6-7kds and most of the pro players can barely hold a 2kd. Back to what I was saying, if harsh Sbmm exists so does the reverse boosting. So Activation ain't protecting that vulnerable/disabled players bracket at all if these YouTubers just find ways around it. I believe that Sbmm should still exist, but not as strong or consistent as it is currently. I like competition, but when everygame is a sweatfest when your trying for camos and challenges it's tough.

Essentially if you buy this game you are a transphobic and alt-right. If you don’t agree with them then you are a terrorist too! I really miss the days when games journalists were real gamers and qualified journalists. Nowadays they all seem to be angry activists who can’t stand someone being happy or something being successful and instead project their own issues onto everyone else or something unrelated they are reviewing. This game is by no no means perfect by the sounds of it but some of the criticisms are basically made up by these morons and when people challenge them on their nonsensical claims, they get branded an anti-trans nazi. Thankfully gamers are absolutely shredding these clowns and it’s another nail in the coffin to modern games journalism. Also Ghosts of Tshushima won GOTY at the Game Awards and these writers were accusing people who didn’t vote for TLOU2 as being right wing homophobes😂

No whitelist, it uses the Expansion mod to a limited degree, so climbing is in, and the zombie count is a little lower I think, which is also handy. Let's sort out a day to jump on together, I'll be on it tomorrow night and then again at the weekend if that's any good!

Just to say that this is an ace read Sebba @ChaosGladiator . I haven't got into it at all as of yet but i'll be making sure I take all of this into consideration and revisit it once I get more into it!

DATE: 5th December 2020 SESSION: Week 3 Day 3 CALORIES: 3089kcal SESSION: Squat 4x4@128kg 2 Second Paused Bench Press 4x5@95kg FEELINGS: Well this week didn’t go to plan and I missed my Friday session. Fortunately I was still able to mix my two sessions and get most of the work done. Not a great week, some emotional shit surfacing again but I got my work in and hit my numbers.

I haven't even got on to check it out dude! I'll try hop on later after I come back from my dad's gaff. I've been too stuck into DayZ 😍😍

I think it depends on what you consider the 'main' story to be - returning Grogu / Baby yoda to his kind is his quest but there is obviously the wider story too of the Mandalorians, trying to find and reunite a fractured race and helping restore Mandalor (this is seen through Mando donating Beskar to help out in the first series and Bo Katan in the second) which circularly references back to Moff Gideon as the bearer of the dark saber which also ties in Mando because of Moff Gideons research and experiments with Grogu/Baby Yoda seen in Ep4. Sure the Grogu/Baby yoda plot doesn't move that fast but there are plenty of other story arcs being progressed alongside it. Though as I said earlier, I do wonder how much is just fan service and how much will tie in to the story; are they just going to keep references Boba Fett or will he play a part? Will Ahsoka turn up again? Either against Thrawn as mentioned last week? or maybe in the Moff Gideon/Dark Daber storyline as Ahsoka does have a loose connection to it through Sabine Wren, will Thrawn feature more heavily now? maybe as Gideon's superior?

They'll probably release an Xbox Series S.......S🤣

I'd say Microsoft are doing the same. New models every year, like phones, maybe some will come pre-installed with Bixby😁
