Started watching The Expanse. @Bluebear mentioned it I think recently so when I noticed it on Amazon Prime I thought I'd give it a go. Really enjoying it so far.

To say it looks and sounds sweet would be a cataclysmic understatement

Im really liking it as Lee said the sundial is way better than the vex offensive even though I haven't had much time to run it for doing other stuff and it is more chilled due to no real urgency to get more pointless light levels. I like the way you earn new weapons and fuck me if they don't have new interesting perks 😳 . I've just finished the vanguard weapon quest for the sidearm and it wasn't too grindy. They managed to ruin PvP again expect arbelast all over that 😉🙄😅. Also resetting the 100 ranks gives you a reason to just do random shit love that new rank system and it doesn't take too long and I see there are some actual useful items on there ( are you watching infinity ward 😁) so far im plenty happy with this new 3 month content drop.

Thanks for posting this up @techno . I've watched a few and its opening up quite nicely this season, better than expected. Datto's video helps but actually seems a little more to it as well with different upgrades to do on the obelisks and more to unlock over time.

I've worked nights since 1995 for most of the week o don't know what 6 hours sleep is let alone 8..and that will hardly ever be uninterrupted. Now I've probably conditioned myself to function as an insomniac 🤪 but I know it's not for everyone. I couldn't use a child's bedtime even when I worked days for a year recently im just not ready. However I don't go to bed straight from gaming, like when I come home from work I watch a TV show to chill out and get ready for sleep. I guess it's what works for you that counts.

That's one of the funniest things I've read in a while. The bit at the end with Hitler and Stalin's ashes left me creased. The survey looks a bit desperate indeed. They don't have an "other" option. Or the "Your game is ass, and there are better/other games on the market" In all seriousness, I play MW. But it's not the same as COD used to be. I literally didn't play MW pretty much all week until the other night. With all the updates and work and "Life" in general. I just didn't find a good time to play. And when I had a spare hour or 2 one of those nights. I choose not to play, the urge wasn't there. Now I didn't play IW, AW, BO3, WW2. But you bet I played the shit out of the other titles till max prestige and beyond. I have no guilt saying that MW is the 2nd worst cod imo after ghosts. Listen to this, I bought BO4 In January. 3 months after release. I didn't play cod for 6 years. I went from an XBOX 360 to a PS4. My internet originally was absolutely bollocks as well. No joke, felt like Michael Jackson thriller the way people skipped and froze about the map. Now aside from cheesy specialists and horrible micro transactions. I absolutely loved BO4, gameplay felt smooth (After I sorted my internet) The maps, Guns etc, challenges, the grind. All fine with me. Even with a "Different" controller and out the game a long time. I didn't spend a penny on BO4 and still had a good time. Even playing solo all the time too!

I'll do this next year. I'm also doing dry january so this will tie in nicely.

Do you go to the gym also mate? I used to take a supplement for sleep, all natural but helps get into that REM sleep for recovery. Let me know and I'll drop the link

@Middle Class Caveman @GazzaGarratt I do this sometimes already. We have a Google Home in the bedroom and that can play ambient sounds. It can be nice to just have it on in the background. It would be nice if I could set a timer so the sounds will turn off after a certain time but I haven't figured out how to do that.
