Just to let you know my package arrived today and I'll get it installed tomorrow, thanks alot when I saw all you guys playing it last week I did look it up. Strange thing is the game im playing obsessively at the moment is the last gift from you guys. Cheers that's put a much needed smile on my face.

Also, if you download it and walk away you may come back and see the word 'Waiting' and nothing happening....it needs you to exit the game before it will install

A small update time as work continues on these 🙂 Captain Underpants - I've had to look up UV unwrapping to texture the pants but now I've figured that out things should move a long a bit easier. However cel shading an existing picture is easier than cel shading from blank. I think I'm on version 4 or 5 but I think I've got it looking close to what I planned. Still some details to work on, specifically the eyes as while they're the right colours they don't look right. Also, does anyone else get a Wolverine vibe from just the head? I think one of my all time highlights was me and @Stretch616 pinned down under helicopter fire and @slamminbones dissapears only to come back in another helicopter and smash straight into the other team right above us. Class move. I believe @Stretch616 clipped it up as well so I would love to watch it back.

This! Everytime i come on it's a 10gb+ update that overrights other files, why should i have to wait 10mins to download 10gb + another 40mins to copy the fucking thing. They messed up on this one, i've never had a game that updates this much. I can never tell what they've "fixed either" or are they just giving themselves a bit of breathing room so everyone's not playing at the same time. Completely agree with playing more of 7 days 😉 and i'm the same for the second bit as well 😄

This is why I stopped playing Modern Warfare - got fed up of having to download 8-12gb just because they added a new camo or fixed a dodgy texture. Either these developers are utterly incompetent or they are trying to give the impression the update is 'bigger' than what it is. This game is surely pushing 1tb of the overwriting and downloading the same files over and over.

Not that I'm easily influenced or anything, cough cough, I went back on it today. Before doing so I had to check how to fix a particularly serious bug. I also found another bug I hadn't encountered before. New bug first, in the first mission killing fash in Italy, you have to wait by a closed double door for a fellow soldier to kick it open. But he didn't come. Re-started the mission (i'll never tire of shooting those fucks so all good) but same thing again, waiting by the door, another soldier next to me does nothing. Weird. So I look down the hallway and there's one soldier running on the spot. I move to his position, walk behind him and give him a nudge. He then proceeds to walk down the hallway and kick the door open for me. lol. The big bug, however, is a fucker. The first time back in America you steal a car and get chased by the cops, the game goes into slow motion, and stays there. The music plays normally but everything else is slowed down to a crawl. It only happens when played on a 1440p monitor apparently. This was game breaking for me. However, I found that by setting the affinity up so that only one CPU is ticked, then playing the game for a few seconds until it stops being slow but has an FPS of 25, then going back to task manager and resetting the affinity so all CPUs are again ticked, fixes the issue. Pain in the arse. However, I'm glad I did. It's a lovely game and I'll be playing it a lot I think. When it came out back in the day I only ever tried the demo on Xbox360 but never picked it up, funny.

Just done a cheeky move: bought Mafia 3 vanilla base game on CDKeys for £6.99, added it to my Steam library and it converted to the £24.99 Definitive version saving me £18 for nothing😎 Phil, your game has been renamed Mafia 2 (Classic) now. Not sure how the definitive edition will impact the original but they appear to be separate games so just stick with what you're playing as in the classic version.

I find A50s to be immense at listening to whatever it is, music, films, etc so I dont expect A20s to be much different. I'd love to get my son some for later in the year for his bday. I've passed on the messages on this thread so I'll see what he ends up getting

That's exactly what I wanted to hear 🙂 My mac is right next to my PS4 at the moment so swapping the cable isn't an issue. And I listen to metal so the quality of the music isn't important - it's mostly just noise. Can you tell me what settings you have used for cod footsteps etc?

They are loud enough for me. Also very comfy and can hear footsteps pretty well. Although you need to play around with sound settings in game and on the dashboard until you get it just right (i suspect most people saying its bad quality or too quiet havent done this) They are PC/PS4 compatible would assume mac compatible also as its just USB to micro USB. Youd need to constantly unplug the wireless adapter from the ps4 and into the PC though each time I listened to spotify with them but only had quiet music on in background. Not sure hoe well designed they are for listening to music?

Have you read some of the reviews @crispymorgan - a lot of people saying the sound quality isn't very good or very loud. Can you confirm or deny this please, I want to get a new headset this week and i'd like wireless so I can use it with my mac to listen to music and deliver lessons online - can you plug the A20's in a machine that isn't a console? I need to 'feel' the footsteps in COD! @LordBaguette You've got them and have played COD with them, what do you think?

Mafia 2 (and 3) Definitive edition went live on the PS4 in Australia last night and it seems they've made no real improvements. I also noticed a glitch on on video where the 'saving' logo got stuck in the entire time on the users screen and more severely on a Stream I saw from the 4:05 mark, you'll notice that a big fucking '2K Account Not Linked' logo appears on the top right. This is a disgrace if they don't patch this out - we shouldn't need to be baited into creating an account on a 10 year old single player game that is paid for. Why do publishers always do dumb scummy things like this? Mafia 3 seems untouched too. They better not screw up the original remake as that's the big one that people are interested in. It's been a while since I've posted here, which i'm always trying to put more time into but we've all gone through a hard time at FG with the world being in a weird funny old state, so it's understandable stuff has had to wait. Our crazy Scotsman @Nutcuttlit received a beautiful copy of Wreckfest on PS4 as a token of our appreciation working through these hard times Current Batman (and Michael Caine) @Riff Machine received a few Canadian PSN vouchers to support Season Pass stuff for Wreckfest and the latest games - much deserved after a challenging year for our big-hearted resident rockstar bud Clive @Teenwolf25 has supported the FG Destiny few for a long time now and the gift of Titans - an FG Mug and a few FG stickers to boot @tronic44 couldn't make the Hereford October event we had so it was justified that he too received an FG Mug masterpiece with logo stickers A bunch of people have got little Logos for themselves from me and now the talented @Greboth is serving up even better ones with his fabulous fingers - make sure you go see his thread after this one - here! We also have a number of things heading out and should be received across the next days and weeks - for the likes of @techno @Misneach_ @Kemp210 @bluffin109 @Baabcat @Venom @J&B @Spacedeck @J4MES OX4D and a few more up our sleeves too when we get the chance. Went for a 2 hour walk yesterday. Felt really good afterwards. Also, whilst it was only a couple of DIY OCD cleaning type jobs on a few drawers, I got them done off my list to do and it felt good. Mentally, its a damn good feeling writing a quick list down and getting a few things done on the same day.

27 kills in an intense, amazing match with @Stretch616 @G_dub52 and @Bluebear but only good enough for 4th. FML.
