Didn't expect to like that @phil bottle ....but I did!

Well the friends party up UI was shitty but not expected to be very expensive and i'm sure that'll work for Day 1 😄 Tbh, you fell through the map at one stage whereas I was just mainly getting the flashy rubbish. Well of course! 😁 I just think its good to try and pull out positives and negatives, because they were both - it wasn't just one sided. Granted though, I could understand if they do delay the game. Just hope that they pull their finger out instead so we can have a good play up until Xmas rather than waiting until 2022. Thinking about it now, they won't want to miss out on the Christmas Cash Cow so it'll be out on time, even with bugs.

Let's face it, when it comes to Thursday I'll likely change and i'm going 😄 Tbh, I think its more just all regular stuff i'm doing this week, no just GT. I'll probably highlight a week where I can have a week off every event in the week so everything else can be caught up on...I just get FOMO and want to be there from an FG fun point of view as nothing beats any of our nights we have here. As usual, if i can find that time, then I will. It could be good habit to get into to just set up the lobby as close as we can at the end of a night for the following week so everyone can copy it.

Last week Bungie announced the next plans to rotate some of the existing content out to replace it with the new and returning content in Year 5 of Destiny 2. My main concern isn't removing the Forsaken campaign and Tangled Shore, cos lets face facts, no one does that Campaign over and over and we only go Tangled Shore for Glimmer, etc from the Spider. What I'd love to see is some/all missions come back somehow from each campaign so newer players and us ol' veterans can re-live the campaigns. I'm thinking with the new 'Legendary' option on the missions coming with Witch Queen gives hope that they're trying to get back to the regular missions becoming available in some form of playlist - one can keep wishing. To all you new players and ones that didn't buy Forsaken....DON'T BUY FORSAKEN! The best DLC ever released can be played by yourselves on December 7th FOR FREE, alongside the new 30th Anniversary new content drop. I think I might wait until Dec 7th and take one of my other characters through the whole thing again alongside some of the newer FG folk. Whats everyone's thoughts on it? I'd love to see more 'Best Of' playlists, especially Raids and Dungeons...maybe with additional 6 player activities too - we need more of them!!

I think if we start putting up some GoS runs as standard anyway, I think this will help more people get used to it (including me!) so when we do have a few people needing Divinity we'll hopefully have a pool of people really solid at GoS to help 😄

The one horror movie I don't mind trying to watch at the cinema!....although is anyone free to hold my hand enjoy the show with me? 😬 Decent trailer. I initially thought it was a Netflix series 😄

Honesty is the best policy - and I think after how I felt in last week's racing its made me feel a little put off my GT habits. It was completely my own fault and whilst it didn't help that I was rushing back from daughters footy training and quick pop to my mums as the family dog after 16 years had his last night on this planet, it doesn't take away how shit it felt for fuel to end what was a great race up until then. First race ever I didn't look at the fuel gauge and concentrated on the calls that were just expected to be about tyres. Chose a better tyre to ge through the race, only made one mistake that cost me 3-4 seconds and that was about the same distance i was behind Phil in 2nd. What I didn't expect was the game to tell me i had 1 lap of fuel left with 3 laps to go. I tried to eek it out but essentially paused the last lap as i had no petrol whatsoever. Gutting performance after a strong race. Might need to miss a week to make my brain feel better about it all. We'll see. Outside my own misfortunes, @Greboth put in his usual class at the front. @Mikepjbell @crispymorgan and @slamminbones were a little off the pace last week but @phil bottle is starting to show he is Mr. Consistent with a strong second place again.

FG Friday gave many of us our first chances to look at the game (good turnout as well @phil bottle @MrBiron @Greboth @LordBaguette @Macca89 @Stretch616 @Diddums @tronic44 @Tadnothad ) and I thought for the most part it actually has a lot of potential. The graphics on the PS5 looked incredible, and I already feel like there is a good game there to be played in November. The glitches which nearly gave us all epileptic fits was the most concerning issue I experienced through it. A few other graphical mishaps but overall my experience wasn't as bad as you guys above had. Its a 2 month old build and they've confirmed they had some server fixes already in that just missed it - I'll still hold reservations on that due to their previous launches, however it won't put me off the game at all. The attachment selection in game is awesome and so good that you can switch out mid running to another capture zone. The tornado came into one game and we all went flying into it. Crazy scenes and the UI glitching out (on purpose) when you're in it adds to the coolness of it. It could get annoying after a while if campers start to spread into the camoflauged trees and dark green surroundings but should be enough people in-game running around like headless chickens to balance the game out. Shame others felt the experience wasn't that great, I just looked through the shitty bits and felt an extremely solid game to be bought there.

At the recent Overwatch League weekend, they released 2 big reworks for existing Heroes. Bastion's Rework ⏩ Move while in sentry form 💣 New ultimate: Artillery Strike 💥 New ability: Tactical Grenade 🧢 Cap-tivating new look Sombra's Rework 👀 Reveal hacked targets through walls 👩‍💻 Hack no longer removes stealth ⌛ Hack cooldown reduced 💥 Deal more damage to hacked targets I can good Sombra players being really annoying now as they hack you at every opportunity😅 Good to see a few reworks. Bastion without a heal is likely to make some difference I think if the team hasn't got a good Mercy. I'd expect more reworks for existing heroes if we're still about 6 months out from seeing the game. Any OW players thinking these are decent changes? @LordBaguette @Stretch616 ?

Will it come with online play? I didn't really play these at all so not close to the story and whats in each game.

When he is on Minecraft, and selects Play, he can tab across to Servers and then see friends realms. It'll be called EagleEye with some numbers as thats Matts PSN. Just join and away you he goes.

Yeah, I heard this morning even streamers with a 3080 had to put it on low graphical settings. Shame you can't go back to console mate.

Mate, its actually fantastic if you can find a few people to play with...although it matchmakes anyway so they'll be people you can play it with. Really good missions with strategy and stuff to do to get through each one. Tom @LordBaguette would vouch it for it more as I think he maxxed out all his playable characters he loved it that much 🤣

We should set up an evening for that. I really enjoyed a few go's on it with Tom @LordBaguette . Very underrated multiplayer mode.

In fairness Kenny @IRaMPaGe is still playing it and putting up a lot of videos in his PPR which tells me its still good in its places. I must admit, I can't even remember why people hated this game so much. I personally stopped as I got tired of just playing normal MP modes. I'd love to get back on a CoD to play some Search and Destroy. Its been ages since we used to have many of us dominating that mode on previous CoDs!

This is a great help to start off with. I need to find a few hours to sit and do the first elements. What would be helpful is at some point someone could explain why certain options are selected. For instance at the start of that first video he starts of going to Terminal and writing stuff in it but no explanation as to why he's doing that. What is Terminal used for? Why does he select those random names to type in in the terminal box? I can copy someone but I won't be able to do my own if i don't understand what its used for if you get what I mean. Looking forward to seeing what you make @Diddums!
