ffs 🤣 All its missing is the Benny Hill music 🤣🤣
  2. Last few months of purchases for me. Neo Turf Masters is actually superb on Neo Geo Pocket Color with even a save function where you are on the course. I'm excited to play my very first Megaman experience too, likely to try it out in September after I can get past the holiday season. Oh, and I never EVER realised that the PES football game we played as kids and actual MANAGEMENT game?!?! Yep, i'm sad cos i know i'll end up loving it 😄
  3. ....meh. Disappointed, ngl. Fine if you need more time but personally all these companies just seem to be so bad at planning dates its incredible. Ofc, its completely reasonable to push it back if you need more time....I just think communications in gaming these days is just so poor. Its like they randomly drop a date they can never make to keep you interested. Just say we're not confident of a date yet and leave it as that until you are more confident as the Project Manager you can deliver safely on time. I think this tweet sums it up....just to repeat, delays are FINE. Its the comms that isn't - 2 and abit years out now from the original release date.
Ducking and diving on Shipment to keep the streak going, love it! 🤣
"Who's Diddums?" "Oh, that's Dave." "Not met yet. How would you describe him then?" Copy paste this video and click send. "Oh....okay." "Diddums by name, Diddums by nature. Welcome to FG."
  4. Tbh, this was the balancing act when we're younger. I was just so shite and finding my way through stuff. On Zelda: A Link To The Past on my Gameboy, I got stuck so early. Never knew how to find my way even to one of the castles and bosses. Just used to spend my time fishing for more stuff in that mini-game. If I had a bit of a guide I might've been able to do it....although fast forward years later and I played it on the Nintendo Switch Online facility and breezed past 3 bosses in the space of 5-6 hours play. I think just back then some games were just made for people with way bigger brains than my young tiny one 😅
  5. Horrible. Something you don't even contemplate happening to you when you go on them. So glad it was 2 people injured and no fatalities.
  6. Happy birthday @Stretch616 !! Have a top day on holiday wherever you end up taking Brian the Campervan!! 😎💃 Also Happy Birthday to Nat @Deep_diving_in_Lake_Hyrule ! Have a super day!!💃😎
  7. Yeah because when its this good, I don't want to rock the boat as i'm sure we'll have rocky days ahead still! 😅 I don't blame you. Conte has probably one of the best chances i've seen since Poch was there. He's even got Dier playing really well for him too.
  8. Man United looked so poor. Funnily enough Liverpool or Man City didn't look great either, but they did enough to get some points. Happy for Potter as he should be getting way more plaudits for making that Brighton team a force to beat and look really comfortable at Old Trafford. Kulusevski looks even better this year than year too for Spurs. Defo a top 4 pick already but a little early to say how high they can get by the end of the season.
  9. Never knew computer bots could get Coronavirus.... 🤯
  10. Looks pretty decent and more polished than first expected. Good that its a free game, especially with how many modes it has right now. I really need to see it jump up to 8 player games at least. Right now, their main competition is Smash Bros and Brawlhalla. Both these games offer 8 player games and its pretty much the same thing. With the levels not having huge diversity other than just a reskin of certain character shows, this would be the next thing i'd introduce for it so we could consider it on a FG Friday. Brawlhalla is always fun for an hour when we've played it before on a Friday so this would definitely suit us all. In its current format maybe if we ever had tons online, we could do a mini-tournament at some point on it. Would be something different for us all to try and play together.
  11. I suppose I'd take Terminator over Snoop Dogg 💃
  12. Lovely collections! Can't beat the old ATB way of fighting, none of this new action styled ways! My brain can't cope and keep up 😅 Outside of Final Fantasy, what other JRPGs would you recommend? I never really came across any others as we were majorly into all types of sport games at the time. Literally anything from Cricket to Football to Racing. Although the PS1 was the era that brought Metal Gear Solid which was/is a masterpiece.
  13. After the summer holidays, would love to find some time on this and Tarkov. I do feel the updates are coming a little quicker and a lot more beneficial than a few years ago.
  14. Black Ops 3 was probably the one I remember the most for Multiplayer fun so i'm choosing that. It would be the Modern Warfare era if this was based off Campaign though. A truly great story explained through multiple games. I would argue now though that I don't think MW 2019 is really far off most of these older games for the fun side. We're showing even now that we can have a ton of fun and win the vast majority of games still. I think many pick the older era probably more fun for the shit talking between each team, which I don't really miss personally. I think its better now when you're in game chat now and you briefly hear them if you kill them which is far funnier and way less toxic/sweaty.
  15. Pretty much all those reasons is why we all fell in love with games. Its why when a game comes out now that gets close to certain features of old, then we get a bit giddy and enjoy the nostalgia it reminds us of. Personally, I get we have to be careful of having too much wastage in this planet but I don't see why we couldn't still have Game Instructions and Game Guides for many AAA games. They were amazing to read, didn't blow away the experience, and in fact it made you feel like you'd sit and take it all in more so. I think its why a place Limited Run Games does so well, just a shame they are so expensive with all the additional accessories for the same game. I think the only rose tinted glasses one could easily be the Complete Games one. I agree with all above that I miss Complete Games and patches on Day One and barely full games aren't delivered are a pain. Two things with this one really. First is that we only get disappointed because we are promised a fully fledged game that is around 40 hours at least for most AAA games. A promise usually that is hard to deliver at the best of times. Secondly, we can easily forget that whilst we used to get complete games, it never tricked us that it was more than it was. Many games were just 5-8 levels of pure fun but could be potentially finished very quickly. The difference was it was on the box, so it never rarely missed our expectations by building it up to be something it wasn't.
  16. Great thread @IRaMPaGe . Some greats above. Here's some of my favourites so far. First one has to always be Green Hill Zone from Sonic 1. European Club Soccer have some incredible tunes. Especially made depending on who you or your opponents are. Here's the United Kingdom theme when playing a game. OMG, and how can I nearly forget the amazing intro to Ridge Racer Type 4 (R4). I was in awe how this looked when it first came out too.
  17. I think this is a great first read @Greboth, sounds like I really interesting questline for a Minecraft game. Is there helpful hints and tips for stuff they've added in the game that isn't in the vanilla game? Asking for a friend considering i've never heard of notsogudium before!! And well done Dav @Plumbers Crack for spotting the Enderman, just before he ended your life 😅🤣
  18. This has become my favourite one so far....❤️ I think you'll find there's two types of tiers in my view of handheld consoles - the ones that come from the main players that had their own software lines of games e.g. Gameboy, DS, Game Gear - and then theres the numerous smaller 3rd party handheld consoles that tried to emulate these players but in all honesty without their own software launches and inbuilt games only working for most, they never had a chance. If we're thinking of more the bigger players, then I'd actually say the one that just doesn't set the world alight is the initial Sony PSP. Where the later PS Vita really was something very underrated due to its excellent extra features. I think Sony realised making something for DVDs which was a decent gimmick at the time just gave the handheld console too much weight and the games had to be manufactured at high prices with mini-discs within a plastic casing. Most games weren't the best either and weighs an absolute ton.
  19. Looks like a decent 4 player game. The way it looks is very much like Godzilla style games, especially with how the map layout works on cities in relation to the size of the monsters you can use. Its £29 - I'm with you Chad, may be worth waiting to see if its a PS Plus game.
  20. Still sticking with the Sega Mega Drive. It started me on my journey and I'll always be grateful for that 16-bit machine.
  21. Still struggle to watch anything on there. Would rather watch some of us lot play games for fun than get involved in anything like this.
  22. Happy birthday for yesterday Ryan @ImRyzxn !! Hope you had a super day pal 😎💃
