There's taking ideas and references and then there is straight up ripping everything. All the stuff in the trailer(s) can be bought off the shelf from Unreal as it is so from what's been showcased then and up to their 'gameplay extravaganza' is nothing original or of their own creation which is absolutely damning. The good news is that people aren't falling for it like they would've 5+ years ago and be blinded by hype.

Netflix are adding new terms to crack down on password sharing which essentially locks the account down to the owners very own home. Also if you don't log into your account for more than 31 days, you and hour household will be blocked from the service even if you were away on vacation or have some other circumstance for not using it within this time. If you want to use the service whilst out and about, you have to contract Netflix to receive a one-time code for another fixed location (not device) i.e a hotel when away from home. This would also be limited so if you are on holiday and go between two locations, you can only activate the account in one place. Whilst I understand password sharing to be a big problem (est 100m people exploiting) this is not the answer and it could cause dire inconvenience to existing genuine customers. Those 100m or so users who are accessing it through sharing will not magically turn into subscribers - they will be lucky to capture 1% and will probably drive away a lot more from their current subscribers. Not sure what the best solution would be but what they've pitched has to be the worst for everybody.

She was very upset but it was quite hard to work out whether it was because her marriage was going tits up because hubby has a fetish for two of her friend's, or it just being down to the potential significant loss of their income which probably spans tens of thousands a month. The point that a lot of these YouTubers are making is that DKOldies claim they clean and/or refurbish the consoles which justifies their 3X cost price compared to rivals and the general market, yet in many cases including normal customers, there is huge evidence that they do not always do this and in some, the machines are internally damaged on top. They make all these TikTok's showing the utmost care and attention to these alleged orders yet what people receive and the way it's delivered is literally taking the piss. YouTuber's can burn money on things like this for videos but if you were a normal person that spent $450 on a classic Xbox that was delivered in a bashed up box with the console protected by bog roll and the machine wasn't cleaned or even tested, then you'd feel very hard done by, bordering on scammed. There's not many places you can buy machines safely, especially with places that offer a comprehensive 'specialist' service and guarantee so when they start half-arsing it or not doing things by their book and charging triple, it's kinda sad.

A huge missed opportunity once again from the devs seems to be the wider consensus and even more doubts arising as to whether they actually have a 'game' - we've already seen these environments for a good two years now and most of the assets seem to have been purchased from Unreal and have been available since 2014. They barely showed off the combat or the mechanics as a whole - what about cover, mantling and what is the actual purpose of the game? Is it like The Division or DayZ? Simple questions and nearly 4 years on we still don't have answers. All we've really seen is a stock character parading through an environment. Didn't look all that scripted but footage seemed very safe and lacking depth. No driving gameplay either which is a huge selling point for this game. Any credible dev would have provided several independent gameplay videos showcasing many scenarios and mechanics. Shouldn't be too hard for them to fire up the latest build and do a step by step walkthrough. It's taken 14 months of persistent badgering just to get them to release this 10 minute video and even then it seemed to be asking too much of them. They've had a couple of significant titles and have been around for many years. What hasn't helped is their backseat approach plus their shady nature. They originated in Russia but then backdoor-relocated to Singapore not so long ago. Nobody can identify the dev team apart from a couple of local faces fronting them and most of their funding comes from a 3rd party company with a large pot to burn. They've certainly bitten off more than then can chew with this game and their approach to the community leaves a lot to be desired but they certainly aren't the little unknown developer with a big potential hit that they want people to believe. If they put together a more constructive promotion of the game then it would really put a lot of concerns to bed for the time being.

It definitely wouldn't have blown up had it not been for the fact it was literally his close colleagues, best friend's girlfriend and the fact he actually registered and paid for the material and being married. The painful excuse did not help either. I do think some of the victims are milking it to a degree but I can't speak for how they feel about the situation. If the guy was simply looking at deepfakes of celebs and got caught then it would be embarrassing but forgotten about the next day. He should've just come clean and could've even bit back a bit cos half the people on the list literally get their boobs out to minors on stream and are an inch away from having an OnlyFans on the side as it is.

10 year anniversary coming up so I will have to have another crack. Had it on the 360 and got the Steam version too.

PS+ Collection was a great entry incentive especially considering how convoluted and poor value PS+ has proved to be and it should remain or there be a base-level updated alternative. There are some brilliant games here especially to fill any voids but I'm guessing Sony don't want to pay up any more and some of these game services are somewhat dead in the water now and wouldn't be a viable showcase to Sony's current online services. Anyone that ain't got it yet, I'd grab them all ASAP because there's still a good amount of value here and offline content. Warzone 2 meanwhile is getting an absolute boatload of content and improvements plus an entire new (small) map which looks half decent - not sure if it will be incorporated into DMZ though. Streamer Atroic accidentally exposes himself live on stream paying for a membership of a site that specalises in deepfakes of fellow streamers and celebrities. Not only that, the victims are known to him personally including his best friend's girlfriend. Awkward AF. None of the victims were aware of this site and it has since ceased business. Atroic has since issued a rather cringeworthy apology on stream with his wife but the circumstances of how he ended up doing this aren't easy to believe especially with sites like Prawnhub not endorsing such material at all and this would further stretch to adverts. Seems he made a conscious decision to source and pay for such content. It definitely wouldn't be such a damning situation if it didn't involve his close friends behind his wife's back. Twitch streamer Atrioc gives tearful apology after paying for deepfakes of female streamers - Dexerto WWW.DEXERTO.COM Atrioc broke down in tears as he issued an apology for looking at deepfake content of female streamers including Pokimane and MayaHiga. It's quite scary how some of these deepfakes have advanced not just for this purpose plus there are also literally voice-perfect replication software. Combine the two and it can be a very dangerous thing. But in terms of Atroic, what a naughty boy!

Will probably be another scripted video with more bought assets from Unreal but it'll be interesting to see what they've concocted. So much for the trademark dispute too! Even if this is somehow genuine gameplay irrespective of quality, the way the developers have handled this entire charade has been the worst I have ever seen in entertainment media history.

That's a shocking thing to admit. Everyone and their grandma had Brian Lara Cricket in their PS1 library🤣 I even had two copies just in case I misplaced one.

I think most people thought it was a fake game at first especially when we saw no original gameplay footage for a very long period and the devs were silent for months upon months at a time. However it looks like they've done a very good job overall with a truly unique setting and not only that, this is a rare game that actually seems to represent the gameplay trailers we've seen previous.

Out in a couple of weeks and looks pretty interesting. Quite like the look of the mechanics with its mix of melee and gun plus the overall fluidity. The game is also reminiscent of many classics we used to get in the PS2/OG Xbox era. Way more appealing than these generic/safe titles that have come out in recent years with bland cover elements or The Division-type basic shooting.

Can't blame them - the amount of work EA have allocated them is absolutely nuts. Pity every other EA studio is hot garbage. They are working on this, another couple of upcoming Star Wars titles and still supporting Apex Legends massively and trying to salvage Battlefield 2042. The first one was decent and this one should be equally good!

Anyone used these in the US before? They've really blown up on social media but mostly for the wrong reasons. They primarily specialise in the selling of retro consoles which they claim to have cleaned, restored and tested. However their prices are usually 3x what you'd pay on the likes of eBay and in many cases, the consoles have not been touched at all. The words 'ripoff' and 'scam' seem to be most associated with them and some of the goods they've even issued to content creators have been of abysmal standard. Some examples:- Yet what they put out on the likes of TikTok shows them dealing with each order with precise care and attention. Most of the time you can't even get a real controller with the machine either because they are selling those separately at an insane rate and then instead give you some crappy 3rd party one with your $400+ purchase.

No doubt they'd rather run their own events which gives them a lot more control and they don't have to share the space with rivals. Pity because it was a nice tradition but hopefully this will see more independent devs and smaller publishers have the spotlight instead of the usual suspects paying for it.

If anything, it does bode well for the next title at least especially with fresh developers working on the game. So many stupid and unnecessary changes made in 2042 to start with along with the utterly lousy execution. It somewhat resembles a BF title now but still a bit to go before they can say job done. Need to go back to A to F singular sectors on new maps too IMO as opposed to C1/C2 etc.. After playing MW2, guns really look like they lack punch though even when compared to previous games and I'm not too keen on the engine currently but if they can start the next game where this is finishing then maybe there is some hope for the future.
