The latest 3 new maps run pretty well. Alongside most maps from the start, apart from Highrise, its been really good running through them. Lots of rotation and not much Shipment popping up either. Rust is the Shipment alternative but it doesn't run that bad in MW3.
 
Domination games have been tight last 3-4 days, which led us all to think some matchmaking has been tweaked. Still an enjoyable experience.
 
I wish they'd make it clear though on where the new stuff is within Challenges. It would be nice to track them in the menus and in mid-game.

I only ever stay around the edges of maps so the buildings don't bother me.

I've only played Stash house once so far. 
It's a pretty cool map, altho the middle building is just so cluttered imo.

Id have to agree, however stash house is maybe even more chaotic than shipment.
 

Is it just me that really likes the new maps in this game? Greece isn't brilliant but the other ones are pretty decent. Even the new Stash House map isn't too bad and I normally hate tiny maps. They're much better than shit like Black Gold or that bloody Lighthouse map from MW2.

The circus has come to Blackburn and unfortunately I can't see good times for a while. 3rd time in a row we've cocked up paperwork and the final minute for a big transfer, results have been awful for months, club captain loaned away to Ipswich, and now JDT likely not to be in charge before Saturday's game.
 
For a postive person in life that I am, its really bloody hard to see many positives right now. No idea what the owners want out of our club. They still pay the bills, but sometimes in life we know you can't just get by with the minimum as more may be needed now more than ever in terms of building relationships.
 
I really hope the players dig one out on Saturday. Even a scruffy 1-0 win would be a lovely present to try and dig ourselves out of this mess.

Some shocking and not so shocking  results today but we'll done to Maidstone which has to be one of the biggest upsets in recent years.

Not really surprising, couple the poor console sales with the fact I think they view gaming going to a more streaming based service I would be surprised if we see more than maybe 1 more physical xbox generation and everything going cloud based in the next generation or so for Xbox.
 
The only way this works for Microsoft is to make it so that their content reaches the biggest audience that it can.
 
The other plus for us as PS5 owners is that it may potentially mean Fallout, Elder scrolls etc won't be locked behind Microsoft devices (though with the next releases they may be timed releases).

The Rival 9 is just consistent. However I do enjoy some of the other SMG's. 
The swarm is good.
I also love the AMR9, for some reason I do alright with it. 

Im keeping an eye on this whole situation, there are a couple of xbox games I would love to see on ps5, especially forza horizon

If this happens then it’ll be the final nail in the coffin for Microsoft surely in competition terms? It would destroy the entire point of owning an Xbox and the game pass on its own is just not sustainable or attractive enough plus the machines are technically inferior. The fact this has even been considered is just insane and it will kill any future credibility they have with ‘exclusives’. They were already desperate enough as it is with such few options. Makes you wonder if they will abandon consoles in the future and just do streaming as previously suggested. This situation is very similar to the Sega saga. The Bethesda acquisition has been a disaster so far and the Activision takeover isn’t going to change anything other than where the profits are diverted. Microsoft are incredibly boxed in right now and running out of options.

I've been playing on the play list with the maps from the newest MW2 and I think that the maps are actually pretty decent. Yet I really didn't like MW2. So my dislike of it was purely down to the design decisions of IW. Specifically the loud footsteps that just slowed the game down. 
On another note: I really don't like a lot of maps from the OG MW2. I think the majority of them are just far too big for 6v6. And they're definitely too big for FFA.

Mitch said the same thing last night in the party about the campaign being rubbish... Shame really.

Hopefully this Saturday I can delete the ps4 version.
Have to say the campaign is dog shit worst one in recent years but on the flip side veteran difficulty is pretty hard actually found it challenging.
Still haven't a clue why the ps4 version is a stand alone and the ps5 is more like a DLC.

I prefer to have the ACS to hold/capture objectives. Same with the trophy.  I will use one vs the other depending on the team I have. If I am a team that doesn't play the objective I use the ACS as that is like having a team mate caping and I can move onto the next objective. 
 
So yah the gloves are essential.  If you camp however, they are useless. You got to move around and pick up that ammo
 
I would think with SND you would want the trophy so that you can plant the bomb without worrying about being grenade or RPGed 
 
 
 

Do you feel scavenger gloves are that useful? I run the ammo box on my classes which then allows me to run some different gloves but I guess it depends on your playstyle.

Rival 9 seems to be one of the meta guns atm, I’ve been using this a bit myself on search 

Depends on map and game mode for me
 
Something like TDM I use the MCW or BAS-P depending on the size of the map.  BAS-P for longer range. I use the Assasin Vest in that case
Something like  DOM/Hardpoint is use the MCW or Rival 9.  I use the engineer vest with tac mask + EOD + ACS  or demo vest with 2 letals which depend on map (claymore vs semtex for exampe or drill charge)
Something like  KC is use Rival 9 and combat knife with the coms vest 
 
On maps like wasteland, estate, rundown I switch to the KATT-AMR sniper
 
All my classes use the scavenger gloves
 
Mostly use the ACS or trophy system 
 
I run UAV, Counter UAV, Sentry for KS

I'm just trying to work through camo's now. I play Hardcore so it doesn't really matter which gun you use.
One thing to add is that on EVERY class I have Covert Sneakers and the Assassin Vest. I like to be a stealth bastard.

Looking at the clips I'm quite glad ghosts came out instead.
I loved most of the maps apart from Stonehaven not 100% sure that's the correct name but was the castle map.
