I finished this one up the other day. It was a decent run, but I encountered a side quest bug that prevented me from getting all the achievements. They claim it's been patched, but that's only for people who start a new game post-patch. Wtf? We can't just fix the fucking issue period? Oh well. I likely won't be playing through this one again. As with the typical Ubisoft games, they have way too much bloat with collectibles, lore items, and such. Plus, with the aforementioned side quest bug, I was turned off from playing the game period. I'm a completionist for Metroidvanias, and when I couldn't finish the quest, I wanted to just shut it down, delete it, and start something else. It also didn't help that the story didn't hook me in, or was interesting enough to keep me invested. If the combat had been dogshit, this would've been an easy "Don't recommend." A lot of what I said in my previous post stands too, so I'll recommend you fine folks wait either for a sale, or when this game inevitably drops on either ubisoft+, game pass, or becomes a PS plus extra game. There's no real replay value IMO, and with the story being "meh", puts this in a bargain bin.

Just a little reminder to anyone else who may want to take part in this game/challenge, entries will close tomorrow night due to the imminent launch of the first game of the list … Suicide Squad!

I'm not a reviewer. So that is the extent as to my reviewing skills 😜 One pro tip I do have: When you die make sure you press the button to respawn. If you don't you'll just be sat there watching your team mates play. Like I did 🤦‍♂️

Yeah I stopped using IGN for my reviews a long time ago for that reason! I can see a few sites enjoying the story maybe and giving it an 8, but think the overwhelming majority will be around the 6 mark. I guessed 71 hoping a few outliers will bump the score up!

When even IGN say the game is shite you know it's gonna be bad. They'll still probably give it a 7 to avoid upsetting the publishers but rule of thumb with them is always deduct 3 for the real score🤣

After looking at the other predictions, it seems low 60s may have been a more appropriate prediction but who knows 😂
