  1. I'm with Tommy here. I love FPS games but I really struggle with BR versions. However plunder is a bit different as it's a respawn game based around collecting and depositing cash. I only had chance for 1 game yesterday really quickly but I enjoyed it for a total change of pace. I'd suggest it's worth a look if normal BR games aren't your bag

    Overwatch 2

Certainly a bit of a blow to the lore but not entirely sure what the gay thing has to do with anything?! As far as OW2 is concerned, I'll be picking it up for sure. For the amount of playtime I got for my original purchase price the game doesn't owe me anything and I'll quite happily pay for a new game with free updates as well. I get the game went stale with updates and the like quite some time ago but it's clear that this is directly because of them working on the sequel. I'd like to think they took on the feedback from the PvE events in OW1 and used that as a framework for building OW2. I still love watching the OWL and keeping up to speed with patch notes and the new experimental mode. Obviously I'm not online as much at the moment but I'd love to get back with a squad on this. I think it's fair to say that for the amount of frustrating losses we had, there were also some pretty epic wins. Plus the new 2/2/2 format really helps to make sure you dont keep getting a Genji and Widow pro on your team every.god.damn.time!!

  3. I played it a bit but it was a step back from the first game in a lot of ways, however, I will go back to see if it has improved... Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

  4. Well that got your attention then didn't it? TL;DR we want £2 a month. This, in the current climate, is less than the price of a pint, or a half of loo roll. As most of you will know we had a bit of a thing today, nothing we couldn't handle but the end result is that we need to chip in monthly to prevent it happening again. Now in the past I've kept this shit as anonymous as possible because not everyone can afford to chip in to some of our fundraisers but come on, £2 a month. Even @crispymorgan can't say no to that. So, this is a plea, chip in £2 a month please. I'll personally be going balls deep and more than doubling the amount to a fiver a month. (it sounds so baller when you can throw these large numbers around and still only be a fiver lol). Please set up a recurring payment to: Paypal: forevergaming.co.uk@gmail.com Alright you bums, get on it. ktnx, Cheers, Diddums PA to the Dean (Leigh Gazzagarratt) The Internet 666 LOL Internetland

    Coronavirus

I think it is a safe bet that if you can work from home that you will end up doing so at some point during this outbreak. As the way things have progressed in other countries and are progressing here it's a safer to work on the assumption of when you get it rather than if. For me personally, I'm not too worried about it - I'm in an at risk group but even then it doesn't seem to hit younger people as hard. It's more my family as my parents are in their 70's and I have extended family in their 80's and 90's. I guess all you can do it try to minimise your personal risk and hope for the best. For now there's only 2 confirmed cases near me which in a city of 1.3 million isn't much of a worry yet.

    Coronavirus

New advice for the UK just delivered...although the type up on this website means I need to be washing my hands a whole lot more often than I am! 😂 I think it won't be long until the UK follow suit in large sporting events around April and May as they expect it to start rising around those months. The US have already suspended the NBA and banned people going to watch the PGA event happening, alongside all travelling to and from Europe...although us Brits can still go for some reason! I'm waiting to see when, not if, we have to work from home for a small period of time.

  7. Absolutely. He doesn't always agree with his guests either. But he invites them on to talk and discuss interesting topics and ideas. People have forgotten that's alright to sit and speak with "the other side." Via the FG App

  8. I'm not a big Battle Royal fan either; however, the "Plunder" gamemode was really fun last night. Give it a look. It's not BR. It's different. Via the FG App

  9. Coming to Steam on Friday for £25/$30. Existing owners on Xbox and through the Microsoft Store receive this as a free update. Apparently this game has had a lot of work done so I may check it out. You can even try it on the game pass.

    Overwatch 2

I think I compare it a lot with Team Fotress 2 but for me TF2 had better map design and character abilities, at least for me. Couldn't find a character in Overwatch I could settle down with. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

  12. I've played ten minutes of it - and it's way WAY better than I thought it would be. Was really worried about the mechanics in the main. Going from old ATB which I was just used to, to a hybrid real-time that can interact with ATB has been executed pretty damn well I think. I struggled a little bit to notice when the ATB meter is full but I think when you are in a party of 3 then the ATB will be filling up quite regularly. Looks - Insane. I mean they have really thought about how to remake and upgrade a fantastic treasure into something that has nostalgia but more so leaves you with a wanting/needing to carry on playing and exploring every bit of detail they've re-imagined. I agree with @Middle Class Caveman , the camera could do with a tweek maybe, yet I will try it with the camera as it was designed as it brings in areas of the map that you usually wouldn't see. Apparently has over 50+ hours in this episode alone. They better be already making the rest of it already because seeing outside Midgar would be a sight for sore eyes if this is what they've done to the first location of FF7. P.S. No one does cinematics better than Final Fantasy. Gloriously made.
