It is the case. They've now taken away gun game as well during this. After playing I'm actually pretty unhappy with this new update. Night mode is added back into the quick play rotation as well. Crash feels like garbage and now that shoot house 24/7 is gone and I can't choose what maps I want to play, I think I'll be taking my activity to halo. Nonetheless tier progression is solely based on play time instead of performance or some other way that makes you feel accomplished after completing. I'll be back when shipment 24/7 comes out.

I know I’ve posted some of my photoshop stuff before but I’m currently on a bit of a binge of photoshop and 3D modelling again recently. So with @Impulse posting in his introduction about photoshop too, I thought I’d start this thread up to see who else FG has an artistic touch and somewhere for people to post ip their work too. I can re post some of my stuff but looking forward to seeing other people’s work too 🙂

Ok... Not a big fan of all the changes that came with this update. 1. The fucking constant goddamn pain in the ass rain on Chernarus. Fuck off! 2. The effects getting cold now has on your food level. It's constantly friggin raining so you're constantly gonna get hungry unless you take shelter. 3. Zombies now "screech" to attract more zombies from quite some distance away so you'll get ganged up on. Would've been fine before the update but with the added damage zombies do now... Oh boy. Other then that I'm still enjoying it. Not found a bear yet, but I did find the Kolt 1911 and used it to dispatch of some zombies and I friggin loved the sound of it. Also found several double barrel shotguns but never got around to using them. Honestly I'd be fine with the zombies and even the food going down faster when you're cold if only they'd tone down the fucking rain. /Rant 😄

There is actually so much challenging PvE content it is quite hard to know what to do, totally forgot Alter of Sorrow which I have yet to beat. In all cases this stuff just needs a regular team thinking through load outs and giving it a go, and being prepared to fail and try again. Dungeon is really doable, next time I’m on for a night I’ll try and get some people through it. First three parts of the raid are also super doable.

Tonight has 0-0 written all over it😁 I'd like to think Jose can rekindle some of his past brilliance even if it was rather annoying and boring to watch. I'm not entirely sure his style is still relevant or effective these days though. No matter how bad Spurs have been in the past, they have always entertained regardless and it will be a shock if things changed but I don't think it will with the players they have. I think Spurs are a more exciting team than what Chelsea were back in the day and Louis Van Gaal's Man Utd who were equally dull in which Jose was lumbered with. I think Mourinho needs to keep his head and ego in check. I thought Man Utd would be his last chance in English football but he's been given a huge opportunity in what is his residential home town as opposed to being locked up in a hotel. If this doesn't work then he wont get a big European team again and his management ability will redundant. He has the players, he has the record and he has a massive chance here - Spurs need trophies and he has the lot so it could be the best for both parties or a major setback that could have a dire knock-on effect in the future.

I'm one of those people in life who tries to stay consistent with myself. I've slagged him off for years, I'm not going to change my opinion just because he's managing the team I support. I don't like how we operates, his tactics, how he treats other human beings, his lack of sporting fair play, his excuses for things going wrong. I wouldn't say all of his football was boring. Be careful what you wish for too as we had big Sam...at least he kept us in the PL. I think what he realised and now what we're seeing in the players at Man Utd are that they are a very poor team with flashes of individual brilliance. He got the most out of them by getting them into a system to win games. Ole is trying to play the 'nice' football but if you ain't got the players to do it whilst keeping the ball out of your net then you're gonna be a bottom half club. I actually think his Chelsea teams had great teamwork and class alongside a huge desire to win. For what we've seen so far in those 3 games, Spurs looked as dangerous as at their very best under Poch. Scoring 10+ goals ain't bad either. Sometimes beauty is hidden deep within. Give it some time.

I bloody hope not too! The good sign is that clearly they can much easier update and revamp Mercury to be a better place to visit - one major thing people asked to happen which was QoL on existing places. Also we will have Sparrows available too which must mean its bigger. They clearly focused on the one shining light of CoO which was the Saint 14 quest which i bet most people didnt complete or haven't even seen it. Their ability to hook players in on story content is great but they have to back that up now with somehow a near impossible content packed DLC I fear. I expect the new 6 player PvE activity to be a variation that is 1 or 2 steps better than Vex Offensive. It has to be or theyll get canned immediately. Other than that, your thoughts on some of the most interesting and harder challenging content is spot on. The issue is having a fireteam / people to do it with I find. I haven't done any Master Nightfalls or Master Nightmares. I haven't even attempted the new dungeon which I know is great. It's funny how it's gone the opposite way on content cos people got mad there was fuck all to do. Now theres too much to do, people feel lost and dont know what to do or where to start. I'd suggest starting at putting the disc in, helps 😀

I’ve watched some Jazza videos though mostly ones where he is messing around rather than any tutorial stuff. If you want to do character design then most are humanoid-ish so I’d recommend looking in to how to draw people and proportions. The one book that always gets recommended for that is Andrew Loomis - Figure drawing for all it’s worth. Loomis has other books for specific things too but that one covers general drawing, proportions, size etc. The other thing that can help is draw every day. It doesn’t have to be for long, detailed or very good but getting in to sketching something every day is a great way to learn, practice and come up with new ideas. 🤣 I’m a jack of all trades, there’s lots of things I can do alright but very few things I do well. I just like to learn new things all the time, keeps things interesting. So currently learning to 3d model in Blender then I’ll need to learn to make textures. I’m following a tutorial for it at the moment but it’s a massively long tutorial so will be some time before I can post any results.

Played a bit last night and it's great to be back! Had to tweak the sensitivity slightly and the controls feel a bit floaty coming from Destiny 2 but on the whole it feels pretty good. The only issue I have so far is the audio - it feels quite low quality and muffled especially the gun sounds.

Already turned the Ps4 on to check and got it downloading 😄 Gonna be hunting bears with the VSD tonight!! Edit: May also try to find that Vaiga shotty... Looks interesting. Would it be found in military spawns or just regular civilian spawns though?...

I suppose it comes down to what you want from your entertainment sometimes you want brain out action flick sometimes more an Oscar worthy production, me I like the fact I can put destiny on and play for an hour or a massive session without too much thought going into it. I thought I'd get into the new armour stuff and the artifact but I haven't and it's made little or no difference to my gaming experience but to others taking time to work shit out it might. I haven't played a raidin ages and don't miss it, gambit the same , vex offensive was ok for 10 mins and I don't expect the new season event thing will hold my interest but the meat and potatoes are still there and the crucible is still challenging enough thankfully. Until something comes along to draw me away I'll still get enjoyment out of it and it still is probably the best value game I've ever owned.

I actually get the concern. Forgetting fan boy feel about the story it's one of the first times I've been telling myself not to get too upbeat about the season style content. I think that this type of content won't satisfy alot of people that come back to the game and the gamemode has to be better than Vex Offensive for replayability purposes or it'll get rightfully damned. The content will be there and enough for $10 what it's worth but people are changing and wanting even more - not realistic to what the prics they pay and how the game model works. I'm hoping for a game that I can grind but also gives time for other games. I dont think it should be the only game anyone plays, just the one you come back to every month to get your grind in. As for the differences between WoW and this. Well, we both know we have the opposite view of each other with that. All I say on that matter is I'll play both still as this has so many varying game modes that are challenging and worth a go. It's the fact people moved away after the utter shite they released in Year 1 of D2 they it's too grindy again, which it isnt. It's fixed now and well worth the time investment.

Shoothouse 24/7 replaced with Crash 24/7. New groundwar map added. No shipment or vacant added atm. Probably one at the end of each month drip fed imo. Maybe we will have all 3 of these "new" old, whatever maps in 2 months time. Can confirm it tho for real James!

I’ve just heard that Vacant and Shipment aren’t even going to be put in the game yet!? People are crying out for ‘new’ maps and now we only get one out of three in the update. This is unbelievable if they are drip feeding the content like this. Can anyone confirm this is the case?

I tried to keep expectations in check and not get too hyped. AND THEN THEY BRING SAINT-FUCKING-14 BACK!! Absolute result for me personally on a story level. Let's just hope the game mechanics and story he's involved in doesn't suck donkey dick or I'll be gutted for life.

MW3 was good yeah, I really enjoyed that game a lot! Back when maps were actually good to play and fun. This game, the maps just suck ass for the most part. I hope they do some remakes of maps from other cod's. The worst maps on other cod's are better than MW's best ones!
