So I headed over to our friends at OCUK to see if I could find some friends to play overwatch with. A couple of guys added me and I grabbed a game with one. One small problem, he peaked at about Master, and I'm wallowing in Gold, fortunately he's bombed enough so I can play. I've been playing a lot of soldier so thought I'd give it a whirl. I just get my ass handed to me. Shut down at every possible turn. The rest of the team (understandably) are getting a bit pissed off with me. We lost the first round hard. I decide to mix it up and get my star player out. Moira to the rescue. I start well and even when the team die, I'm holding the point giving people a chance to come back without giving it away. Couple of nicely timed ults as we press on. The key thing with Moira is that the ult is primarily a healing tool. At this level blowing an ult for damage alone is a no-no. Round 2 won, team are happier. Round 3, more of the same, getting into it now. Falling back and moving as a unit, something sadly you just don't get to experience on quick play. It's pretty obvious that the SR doesn't directly translate to PC from PS4, I was working really hard to not die. Playing attacking Bastion here would not be smart. Anyway, there you have it!

Finally got the little beast going. It's practically a new PC after all the shenanigans, with only the SSDs surviving. It's been 2 weeks of stress but I must admit I'm very happy with the outcome. The case is glass on one side, and even though I thought I wasn't a tart for lighting, I have to admit looking at the ram changing colour is fucking sweet. Windows 10 won't fully activate as it's a OEM Windows 7 Pro upgrade on a new MOBO but I'm going to moan at Microsoft about that tomorrow. New PSU is a 1000W Corsair (the EVGA is being returned and refunded by Amazon). CPU running at 4.3 for the moment, and I didn't overclock it, so looks like I have a good 'un. They were some interesting times, quite possibly my first foray onto online forums, some excellent multi-national conversations some interesting characters and also my first clan alliance. Was also great to game with some truly top players...

To be honest I think we could do some of own coaching first. With the change to playing OW on pc too I watched some tips videos and picked up a few things I had never thought of. Not all had something that useful but still picked up a few tips that I’ve been trying to implement. I also think we could do some of our analysis as it’s much easier to think I could have done x, y or z there outside the heat of battle.

I know what you mean, I'm just interested. for your point of view, which is always valued by me. No chance of a lack of atmos, The Arse, like Man U, got invaded by glory hunters and neither of those teams knows how to generate an atmosphere any more. Spurs are different. We rock. When I built my current PC, I was the same. I was bricking every moment and all the wires looked confusing as hell. I was tempted to get my cousin to build it for me as he built my brothers, but after my brother had issues with his PC, I decided to not trust him and do the build myself. I followed a youtube video step by step and paused at every stage, while also looking at the manuals which come with the products. Honestly, it's pretty straight forward to do and feels very rewarding once it's up and running. I did have a time when I started to get frustrated with it but I had a friend on whatapp that was able to guide me through it. In your case, you just need to ask here.

I wish they just called it New White Hart Lane or something about that. WTF do Nike have to do with Spurs? We've only ever used their kit once in our whole history. TBH I hate naming rights on stadiums turning them into advertising for another company. But I suppose that's the world we live in, eh.

Sup Clive, how's things dude? All is well here, still got quite a few of the old guard around, loads of new faces too. Still the best community in the world, even Auptyk popped in at one point. Still going strong

Last night was amazing, my voice is pretty fucked today though. I'm pretty i aged significantly in the last 8 minutes of extra time, or how ever much they decided to add on in the end. It certainly wasn't 3mins! 10 men injured and still we came out with a win and a pretty solid display, i'm proud of them. We pretty much played with kids in midfield and then finished the game with even younger kids, they've got bright futures that's for sure. We've got Arsenal on Sunday now, which should give me heart a little time to rest.
