After trying to help Crispys son do a raid, we were waiting to see what to do before bed and the idea of just seeing how hard it is to fast travel into the same Mars instance thought was worth a shot. Within a minute of 5 of us trying at the same time, Crispy, Chris Nareet and myself hit jackpot and ended up in the same instance all separate. Couldn't believe how quick it took. So we raced to find more FGers around and we ended with an 8-man FG team consisting of @Diddums @crispymorgan @Amnotright @Horrible_Hector @Synnith @NCA-Paendrag @DarkArch3typ3 and myself. We cruised through the rounds relatively straightforwardly - a little co-ordination goes a long way. Definitely a few Trator Cannons, void weapons and supers really helped a bunch. I got extremely lucky and dropped the SMG that is on offer this week. Gotta remember to have a decrypted cache key (which i didn't) so you get the level 7 loot. Its a clusterfuck of pure brilliance and when its all of us its 100 times better. We've got to get a few nights of this on the go. I'll look to organise a few nights to get us all together for an hour. More end of the nights needed like that.

Well it should be but lets face it, there will always be some people that will use the same old gun and not change, abit like having Red Death in D1 and not using anything else. No names clearly need mentioning....

Twas fun, I was genuinely amazed at how well we spanked baths, dogs was easy to considering the mess it was. Naereet needs to learn to keep quiet though, and that's coming from the most irriting person in the world.

Does anyone do either of these? Not sure if many do, so a combined thread might work better. I personally do running and hoping to get out for another run later on today. Still not that great at doing this but really enjoy getting out there. Anyone else on Strava?

FUCK ME. This is awesome. Like really awesome. Lots of intensity, good co-ordination, lots going on but at the same time I don't think its too hard to know what's going on. Can be a huge clusterfuck at times. When you get a stack of 4 (especially FGers) it makes such a difference. Loving it! Oh and just like Nolan said.... DEATH HEALS PRIMEVAL!!!!

Gambit is awesome. Enemy power level feels good; they pack enough punch that you have to play smart but not enough to be frustrating. The pace is frantic since you're working against the clock and invading is a big rush. Death heals primeval 😈

Prominence Poker on the PS4 is one I've tried out recently with a few others from FG. But you said not real life card games so I should really delete this post. 🤣

I can understand Sony's position but I can also see their restrictive stance pissing off a lot of developers/publishers especially on games that are free without exclusivity ties. They are putting a massive stumbling block on growth of cross-platform play despite holding a huge market share to bolster this feature. Personally I think they probably have concerns that their online service may not be up to the standard when going toe to toe with XBL despite costing the same. PSN back in the PS3 days had its problems but they always had the excuse that it was a free service but now putting it in the limelight with cross-compatibility against Microsoft could expose consistency and quality frailties and that could impact future development of AAA games in the future. I don't think it's the end of the world though and playing against 'rival' console users could just add to more petty fanboy squabbles and make communities more toxic. It just makes Sony look a bit dismissive, greedy and questions whether they have the confidence in their architecture and network.

It was a great run, one shotted baths and gauntlet didn't tale as long as last time. It just highlights our main problem most nights. In the heat of the battle we need to have less talking. From what I’ve seen it’s 10 planetary mats and 25 shards if it’s a different weapon or armor piece.

I think it needs both, definitely needs 10 planetary materials . Don’t think other stuff needs materials other than vendor rank up The actual much bigger grind looks like master working where weapons now have 10 levels of masterwork and I think armour has a few levels. Not sure if this has been fully implemented yet so best to reserve judgement but you might find it’s hard to max out much gear going forward.

I’m really pleased and a bit surprised about how well the Boro are doing. Sold 3 of our best players just before season starts and are sitting pretty. Hope we don’t end up regretting selling Bamford to (is it to early to say) title rivals Leeds.😀

I didnt end up going for a run yesterday, so just got back from a run today. Only did 3.2 miles and it starts raining as soon as I leave the house.

Running - unless I'm chasing after a ball - bores the crap out of me. As does walking. But I cycle pretty much everywhere. There's some chaps at work who are proper cycling enthusiasts, one of them will typically cycle 150 miles each weekend. The other is a regular at Herne Hill velodrome. I love my bike, it keeps me fit and is a great way to relieve stress. Where I live in east London, the regent canal takes you to some really interesting places, and a bike is perfect for that. Also saves me a fortune. I can do most repairs myself, had to change the cassette earlier this year. But I do get a professional to do a service every year...ball bearings in headsets needing grease I don't mind paying for... I'm only competitive in the sense that I like to be faster than other commuting cyclists, gives me something to do on the journey. Takes me about 20/25 minutes to get from Hackney to St Paul's for example. Blimey, I'm rambling on. Tl;dr I'm a cyclist but not a hard-core cyclist. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
