Alright! So I initially heard about you guys via Diddums posts about GTA over on OverclockersUK. Not actually joined any game nights but am currently reinstalling GTA to give them a go! You'll have to forgive me though if I don't use my mic as I tend to be a little shy 😶. Primarily I'm a PC gamer but still play my PS4, PS3 and VITA that I play and a 360 boxed away. I buy more games than I can play, on Steam obviously because they are so cheap 😂. Don't usually venture into MP games as such anymore but think it would a good thing if I do, could actually help me. Play a variety of games but just to name some; Virtua Tennis 4 on VITA to Everybody's Golf on PS4 and even The Golf Club 2 on Steam. I love Monster Hunter World also! Can't wait for the release of Spyro later this year. Bit of a boring part of the post; I do cross stitching as a hobby, a long with running and photography (still a complete noob). If I join on a game night, I may end up cutting it short as I have a 2 year old always demanding things. So hey! Oh yeah and my PSN and Steam is Spacedeck, so feel free to add me!

I've decided to start a little recruitment drive for us, starting with Overclockers because I am a well established member there. Here's the thread, can you lot all pop in and say hello please, I know it's extremely difficult to enter a few details and click submit and I know you're all very busy people but hopefully a minute or two out of your lives isn't too large a price to pay to have new folks join. Yes I am being sarcastic because I know how lazy you lot are so if you could all pull your fingers out your arses and do this it'd help. I intend to promote FG quite a bit but feel free to do so yourselves if you are members of other forums too ( @crispymorgan maybe you can put a word out on BB, you've played with that lot before). I wasn't going to be around for the raid earlier today but then an impromptu call of Eater of Worlds at 10 past 9 made sense as we had enough around. Such a smooth run tbh. Managed to get @Diddums and @Bluebear through their first Argos kill with relative ease. Whisper absolutely melts him. He went after 3 rounds but we were a nat's ballsack off getting him after 2 rounds. Ace run and thanks for supporting the others through their maiden runs @Horrible_Hector, @Reaper and @Rico. I'm looking to probably have tomorrow off a raid as i've been in pretty much every single one - it would be cool if some others stepped up like you all have been supporting the events and grab the 6 that will be around. Check the Calendar or even make another event The more help, we have setting up more the better it will feel and eventually we'll have 2/3/4 teams to roll Raids with. Right, its 1am and i'm fucked so beddy-byes 🤣 GGFG

Houndish sums up the event pretty well imo. Essentially we all have the chance to obtain 400 Power Armour through multiple challenges and missions that have been modified for replayability. You earn a set of armour that we had at the very start and we do more challenges, missions and objectives to upgrade the armour a few times to eventually get 400 gear - the good news is its not different sets to keep. As you get the better gear, the previous gear becomes an ornament. You can also Masterwork the armour through the same method and Chroma will be available to make the gear looking swell.

I'm aiming to get the legendary set on all three characters and max my Triumphs score. If I still have time after that I'll go for masterworking the armor, but those seem like some tough goals to complete.

I've loved playing Trials, it can be really difficult but getting it right feels really rewarding. I bought the game when it first came out and remember working on one of the levels with the quad bike, think I worked my way to a top 100, could even have been higher but not sure. Another good thing about Trials is it gives you a reason for more friendly tournaments on this forum. Set a stage, set a bike and see who can get the fastest time 🙂. Providing most of you picked this up that is. New games should be announced tomorrow.

Welcome! Our GTA nights can get a bit boisterous especially when @Amnotright and myself have had a few (many) alcohols but always fun and always harmless. We take the piss out of each other all night long but it's all in good nature. Hop in on Friday, see what the mood is like and go from there. If you prefer to keep your mic off that's perfectly fine, but know that nothing you say can offend anyone, we're all adults here. If you find your shyness is getting to you then honestly you've come to the right place. Playing with regulars will definitely help and if you start getting comfy you'll find it gets easier and easier. We've had loads of shy folks join and nowadays we can't shut them up, all good folks. Going to give them a go prioritising my main hunter character, the only draw back being Ithink you have to do the Prestige Nightfall to get the legendary set. I’ll see how it goes. I’ve watched the video but can’t remember...what is the amour value at green and blue stages? Edit: Scorched (green) 240 Rekindled (blue) 340....wow! That’ll make a dent in your current light levels!

All depends on what people want. I want to do the Moments of Triumph and also get the exclusive armour for my Titan at least. Its 400 Power so its a head start for Forsaken and tbh with the Chroma its probably one of the best looking armour sets we've had. That being said I'm sure people want to do raids too. They haven't bottomed out what is happening to the raid Power Level yet so it is better to try and attempt the current raids as they are before any changes arise. I think they are good whilst challenging to complete with inexperienced people and that's why they've been so much fun over the past week. I hope the missions are fun to do. I'm sure they'll have an easter egg or two as well - I know theres a mini quest being released that gets you to find Cayde's Spicy Ramen 😂 What's everyone elses plans with Solstice of Heroes?

Great races tonight guys. @ChaosGladiator making his debut, being immediately smashed into wall 🤣, I ended up crying with laughter again flipping Dave's car over. Rich and I did the Waltz through it all with the amount of spins we had! Stretch played a blinder by losing every race my roulette bet was on him - alternatively Martin did the unthinkable and won 3 races in a row, you jammy barsteward!
