Honestly, last night the few games we played was superb. 4 stack@Diddums@mikepjbell@Rico was fantastic. They are close games to the last minute but we all felt in control and attacked together on certain points to keep hold of the game. One late game was with Rico and a real tough one losing for most of the game but our team stacked supers at the right time to take all control points and swing the game. I'll put up a few results tonight but its been a refreshing change for sure. Via the FG App

Mine is contructive criticism

It's the sheer fucking cheek of it really. These maps were taken out of the game to start with to be sold back and now it turns out 2 of them are bloody reskinned old maps!

I watched the first episode today. Pretty decent so far and I'll give the whole series a go I think.

I don’t mind reskins (delighted to have Resistance back as Occupation) and I never payed the other one so no deal to me, BUT it’s an honesty thing, they actually told everyone Occupation was a reskin but now people who bought last years CoD have just bought the same map again unknowingly, that’s what’s wrong.

I didn’t like it much at first but I’m starting to enjoy it. Good or not, the issue is really that Sledgehammer did not acknowledge the map pack had two reskins in, which is a bit crappy of them

Good move especially in supers. Still needs to be 6v6 and be able to choose game modes otherwise I still won't play regular crucible.

@phil bottle We stream at 1080p....or i/60 at work, people used to only stream at 720p as Twitch didn't have any auto quality detection so it wouldn't play for people who had shite internet. All should be good now though! Looking forward to streaming some zombies!

The War map is great, I really like it. Hectic as fuck at times but fun

It's a shame that Modern Warfare 2's player counts are broken as it would be really interesting to see how many are playing that and Black Ops 1 now. It's also a shame that the COD games have censored the player counts and even cut the leaderboards to cover up any embarrassments after Ghosts had less players than BO2 the same weekend after lauch. There is no doubt that more people are playing the old games collectively than are playing the latest one. IW and MW:R were dead after December and WW2 doesn't seem to be massively popular either. 2009-2011 with MW2 and BO were definitely the golden age of the series and you'd always see 500,000 to 1.5m on at any given time. BO doesn't feel dated in the slightest either - it does everything and more than WW2 does today without the supply drop bullshit and competitive focus. The maps are so much better too. MW2 has a lot of hacking problems now which is a shame but it's still as much fun as it ever was when you do get into a stable match.

You can definitely feel the Fucking Hot Healing Chick! changes, but it doesn't stop her being a solid pick. It just means that you have to maybe pre-empt the ult to prevent deaths rather than it being a way of resurrecting. Junkrat seems pretty solid, the nerf seems fair and tbh won't make massive changes to his utility. We play way better when we pick a strat and keep it simple. Some of our dives are pretty awesome!

Good stuff, I'd rather wait for a game that works on release, than get one that doesn't work for the first 6 months. gg Rockstar!

Yeah I'm really after 6v6 as well... The maps feel a little bit too open still for 4v4.

Game has been delayed again but this time we have a fixed release date of October 26th 2018.

You pretty much nailed it, I've found this weekend unless I play war the game is just a broken sweat fest of sbmm unbalanced weapon crap. Id play blops tbh before normal gamemodes in ww2. Tbh in looking forward to destiny 😆

The PC version ig GTAV took an eternity to come out and the date was pushed back a few times too. It was worth it and I encourage all developers/publishers to do the same. Mass Effect is a prime example of how to fuck up a much loved franchise. Release the game when it's ready. If you promised me a chicken burger in 2 minutes, forgot to cook it thoroughly but honored the two minutes promise you might make me ill.
