phil bottle 9,892
When Spurs go 3 up versus Utd, I get the cold sweats...I have a memory from a certain game. So, I'm glad we fixed that little issue tonight. Hard work though as usual 🙈🤣 IRaMPaGe and James 2 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/170/#findComment-160359 Share on other sites
J4MES OX4D 10,117
Spurs 3-6 Liverpool! Another defensively shambolic display from Spurs who could've conceded about 10. Completely wipes out the 5-0 win last weekend and that's another bundle of goals conceded after 3 in the week and 4 against Chelsea at home two weeks ago. 8pts behind Nottingham Forest now and several clubs vying for the European places. You have to feel that Ange has to win the League Cup and Europa League to save his job but he may not even get the chance especially in the latter. Although Bissouma seems out of sorts lately and not playing to previous standards, he was poor today. Could've even gone for a back 3 yesterday and probably would've been more solid by jamming the midfield. I know this is what the pundits said but honestly I don’t think it would’ve really made much difference, and at least it made for an entertaining game. J4MES OX4D 10,117
Ange has to go now. Spurs are an absolute shambles and the relegation zone isn't all that far away especially if teams below pick up a win or two. Losing to a weakened Arsenal was one thing but then losing to a poor Everton side a week after almost getting humiliated to Tamworth has to be the final straw. phil bottle 1 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/170/#findComment-160545 Share on other sites
phil bottle 9,892
Hoffenheim is a big game for Spurs if they want to get through without the extra two games. J4MES OX4D 10,117
Spurs 1-2 Leicester. Another pitiful result and performance. Ange is on the thinnest of ice imaginable and Levy too. Probably the worst manager in 30 years at the club and greedy Levy should've left after the stadium was built if he wanted to cash in proper. phil bottle and IRaMPaGe 2 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/52-football-played-with-feet/page/170/#findComment-160609 Share on other sites

Spurs have some money, they could of brought in a defender and an attacker already. I mean aside from the injuries, Ange needed a bit more depth. Aside from his style and tactics, the players are cooked mentally and physically. Levy on the other hand. 24 years, 16 managers and 1 trophy. Conte, Mourinho, poch are all very good managers and won nothing. At least those 3 had a Harry Kane, a luxury Ange doesn't have. I think people know how Ange likes to play. With Romero and VDV you can get away with it. Without them they are leaking goals and leave too much open space. If spurs play more defensively, they will get called boring. They were fronting the dosh and going for a permanent deal. Unlike all the others who just want to loan. J4MES OX4D 10,117
Spurs lose 4-0 in the second leg semi final and achieve zero shots on target which is less than how Accrington Stanley faired a few weeks ago there. The manner of the performance was absolutely appalling and there was just no fight. Spence tried really hard but the likes of Richarlison offered absolutely nothing and made no intelligent runs. It's not easy being down to the bare bones but what a dismal way to go out especially from the senior players. I honestly don't know how the club have amassed so many hopeless players especially for big money and quite a few of the experienced ones are Championship standard tops.
