Season 17 - Season of FINALLY MORE VAULT SPACE!!!

I think i'm ready for a new season. Its been nice to go and find other games over the past month that meant I only played Destiny once or twice a week and thats a better balance when it comes into month 3 of a season. I'm also liking we haven't got much info for the new season too so we all learn when it goes live tomorrow. The mystery in the game was at its peak before dataminers got the code via PC imo. A new Dungeon is definitely coming and in the first week which is as much as we know so far. I'm hoping the Raids and Dungeons rotation will be good enough to hook people into both. I for one need to spend more time in Dungeons. The vault space i'm actually not too concerned about as theres so many weapons to use yet in reality we all use between 20-40 guns when we get into our sweet spot, I want to get to a stage where i'm not keeping guns just incase they may become great in a later patch. -

The day that Forever Gaming was born on to the World Wide Web! After seeing divisions get wider with the large community on MW2forum, Diddums asked the the original FGers to form across all clans into one Home. @didd created our new Forever Gaming Home on 25th August 2013 and very soon afterwards a flurry of original members in the CoD Modern Warfare 2 era signed up and the rest was History! Only 2 logos have been used as the official FG Logo (Artwork to be included) Originally was just set up as a forum page, and soon after followed a separate blog page which was switched off a few years later. Now, the Forever Gaming website has an inbuilt Events page, Article section, Videos, and lots more! Original Logo for FG 2nd and most current Logo for FG - introduced in 2017 -
Super news for anyone in FG who hasn't got this yet (if you haven't, you're quite mad tbh). Fall Guys is going free to play on June 21st and will be completely cross platform, introducing the game to Switch and Xbox too. When we can get 10-12 plus people on this, the private games are really well done, such good laughs too. Even the squad up of 4 of late has been great fun seeing how bad we are and just trying to get past the first round. The full reveal stream is below. Reason why I post this is they also working on a full DIY custom map builder! They've said its still quite a way out from being released but the thought of us having multiple FG maps for us all to have a go on together on a FG Friday sounds bloody awesome. The other thing to watch out for is the update means they are wrapping up loads of maps across all seasons so loads of different maps can now be played across each playthrough. The Blunderdome where you'll be able to see which maps are on your try for a crown will be all on one map. The game is cheap anyway, so if you do get it between now and then you get a few extras for owning the paid version on the release day. Now it makes sense why we had to download the game as a completely new install.

A brand new card video game coming from Marvel for both mobile and PC. Free to play and confirming that you can get everything for free by just playing the game over time. I used to be inti the transformers one a hell of a lot, helping Dax on his iPad. I'd like to try it on PC, see how it feels and if the strategic side of it keeps me into it. Any other card game lovers interested? Thoughts?

Didn't think i'd make it with all the football stuff trying to sort out at home but i'm glad I did. Even @Diddums turned up with his shotgun...and dominated some games with it! Great games all, glad we could have a big FG squad to group up on. James' Vtol nearly grabbed us a win from being down 10-20 points at that the start of the match, shame we lost that final kill to that camping bar steward. And we definitely need more of the Search and Destroy 10v10! We'll have to see if we can make a bigger group up so we can play the 10v10 modes all in one team! Thanks Carl. So before I log off, i need to go up to the base computer and 'upload' it? Thanks Shucker, that makes it sound like it should be there then. All I can remember is I joined your instance but when i logged back on I expected to be in that Solar System, but it didn't look like it. What planet is it called again? Maybe I can search it in another way if my game has taken my elsewhere.

What do you think is so hard for Arma Reforger or any other developer to get people to make mods for these games and make them available on their own universal launcher so console games can receive mods? Similar to how Minecraft works I suppose?

Both are true actually @Greboth. CoD will always have a big pool of players, so it would be nice for them to experiment with: Casual Core - CBMM Casual Hardcore - CBMM Competitive Core - SBMM Competitive Hardcore - SBMM On a game that still gets bought by the millions, splitting the pools like would get the desired effect. I don't want to be stomped all the time and would rather see how well I can do, but I also understand when we just wanna have a laugh and kick back in some random casual modes where games can be all over the place. Overwatch has it, Rainbow 6 has it, I don't see why they wouldn't do the same here. P.S. Obviously SBMM in those modes above could have some element of connnection based checks so you aren't playing a random thats on a ridiculously opposite ping to everyone else perhaps.

I mean, not sure how any customs take some form of drugs in the post but I can see most people can order them from here in the UK which are posted from abroad. Alternative ways would be: find the ones they need and give them the money to order them for themselves? if they're in the UK, maybe a fellow FGer can help? Also, depends if the drug here is readily available to buy as it might only be on a subscription.

🤣🤣 Usually, i'm not overly bothered by skins tbh, providing they aren't overly whacky. Its a game after all, you're supposed to have fun with it, even if it doesn't match the surroundings as much. Its more if it was a brightly coloured fortnite character in this which wouldn't go at all with the theme or style of CoD.

Its a horrible but necessary balance from an environmental standpoint, agreed. Just something makes me sad that we literally have to get rid of everything in replace of a digital cloud. PCs will remain king for many years though with young folk looking at Cryptoballs and YouTube rendering.

Sorry, I meant I get that why companies would cash in - this is more just the moral side of it, which will never win out 😄 As of now, 3080s cost around £100 more than a current gen console. That is the graphics card alone. I suppose my point is, like many that we have here, people want to play PC games but PC bundles just aren't as accessible to budgets these days. And when you get one, they're so worried about games not being able to be supported. A console is plug and play, and far cheaper. From a gamers perspective of course as there's many other reasons to have a PC too.

I defo think we need to explore more and get to grips with a few bits and pieces before modding this. Its nice to know there's been randomers already on the server too. It really adds to the suspense of everything. A tiring way back from where I met Crispy on the way North West to the current camp in Stary Sobor. Clearly even with the complass it was hard to work out where I was. So much so that I ended up getting battered by a few Zombies, passing out and having to take my own shirt off to just make some rags to stop the bleeding. Freezing much, yessssss. 😅 I ended up going so far that I worked out finally I was at the Airtfield above Stary 🙈. @phil bottle had to keep shooting random shots when i got near Kabanino so I knew where he was. No food or water left, blood on empty after another battering from Zombies. It took me best part of an hour to stop fainting and get into the town. Somehow i miraculously stayed alive and got my blood back up to yellow (half-full). Mental game just to get back where I was before the massacre that we didn't survive the other day 😅Lovely. Really want to get into some base building again. And then finding some car parts if we can. -

Just managed to watch that Chad @Riff Machine and boy it looked great. Already looking to find it on eBay 😄 My first taste was actually Final Fantasy 7 and I wish I had played more turn based games before that. I'd love to know about more though. FF7 really paved the way i loved storytelling in videogames and it was nice to feel like you had to time to react and take your turn in fights, more so like a chess fight. I bought FF8 after that and spent many hours in that too. One game I do have still that i enjoyed was Finaly Fantasy Crisis Core on the PSP. Superb game, wish that had a port over to one of the latest consoles.
