Bought Premium and just played my first game on Conquest, Op Met and holy shit that way horrible! The opposition didn't bother playing the objective and just spawn camped with snipers the whole time. Very messy indeed! Looking forward to playing this map on the other modes as that was a bit of a clusterfuck and not as enjoyable as Locker. Can't wait to try the other revamped maps too. Not sure if it was the server but the connection was horrendous at times. I've read on here about problems since the last patch but having only just got the pack; it seems it's more to do with that and not the last patch as I was fine 95% of the time on the old maps last few days.

I think Sony are awaiting for Infinity Ward to roll out the intergrated playlist update in the EU but if you have been billed despite having a season pass and the amount saying £0, you'll have to contact the Sony customer services by phone asap before the lines get rammed. Don't email them because they are 100% fucking useless. Bit of a messy situation all round. Hope it gets sorted soon!

Well said! Also Manchester United are shit. FACT. That's something we can all agree on I think yesterday got a bit uncharacteristically heated through miss-communication and personal stress. Shit happens like this in discussions (*cough..IGN comment section) but we're all big boys (excluding Dylan ) and we can move onwards and upwards no problem I have seen a lot bloody worse elsewhere but this community is absolutely fantastic and even the biggest gaming-induced dramas won't hinder the great chats we have and sessions together. Right, let's have something upbeat to end my two cents of garbage

Chelsea drew 1-1 then and even Torres scored Real Madrid scraped a 6-1 win at Shalke with Benzema, Bale and Ronnyaldo each scoring twice. I wouldn't rule out Shalke yet though

Wot da frock? I went 45-42 on conquest with 12 caps, umpteen ribbons, a partridge in a pear tree and we won by 2272 tickets. My skill for that game was -2 Fuck you DICE I should have just recon camped at base and got one headshot and I would have been given 1,000,000 skill and the nobel peace prize. Once again duck you FICE!

Does anyone know if the rock glitch on Fuel got patched in the end? If MW3 brought back not just Terminal but all of the MW2 maps; I'd be happily playing that now and probably for the next decade Best map for me = Afghan

I miss the MW2 days so much Despite the noob-tubes, quickscopers, commando pro, last stand and all that mumbo-jumbo; I don't think I've had as much fun with a videogame in my life. I got into watching YouTube quite a lot back then and many great uploaders we see today were born out of that game. Just great memories. Not as good as COD 4 but the it was the game that changed gaming for years to come. I remember watching the first ever nuke recorded, Chris Smoove growing from 10 subs to hundreds of thousands and GeneralMinus introducing teamkill griefing to the fore. It was so unique and groundbreaking but as time wore on, the game got a bit frustrating and too many people were trying to replicate things seen online before quickscoping and general noobery became too prominent for my liking. The maps were really good although they'd be pretty big in COD terms now. It wasn't hyped to buggery or very commerical back then either. MW3 just went way over the top in its promotion that people had seen it all before it was released. MW2 was unique as people were still new to the series and learning. It may have created the typical 'noob' type player we see today but for all its faults; it was brilliant for me. If I hadn't boxed my 360 up and hackers weren't plaguing the PC version; I'd go back for a while but it wouldn't be the same as the good old days.

That's probably more a netcode issue rather than connection. I'm still noticing inconsistencies but DICE are still working towards a fix http://mp1st.com/2014/02/25/dice-testing-possible-battlefield-4-netcode-fixes/?utm_content=featured#.Uw4yZfl_vKc HC servers are worth checking out as a good alternative if you're struggling in core with the bullet-detection issues.

Oh and that is a reflection on the game design and not the community in regards to objective play not being counted as a scorestreak so players can kill without playing the objective.

That wasn't a personal attack on anybody. The only person who has taken a swipe at people is LC Scipio by referring to Battlefield players as 'BF fanboys' who bash COD in his PPR. As people know, I play on PC and when you have just 2,000 online and people just complaining in the text box; the morale sinks. Empty servers and negativity does not encourage me to participate compounded with the issues I encountered when playing Ghosts that I have already stated. Like I've said in this thread already and on a post you 'liked', I will never criticise anybody that plays or enjoys the game. I speak for the PC version and the PC version only and my opinions aren't reflected to that of the consoles or the community as I am not familiar (apart from BO2) with the game at that level. I wasn't speaking on a broader generalisation reflective of the console gamers and was just giving my thoughts based on my experiences from the PC title.

What's the PS4 ticket limit for the likes of Conquest? I didn't realise DICE ran the show for consoles still with their strict server structure. Hope they get ranked private severs soon on consoles with flexible owners as some of the large ticket matches are quite frankly spectacular and the hack protection is watertight too.

I think everything has been pretty much covered now. The most important thing of gaming is people play what they enjoy most and I will never criticise anybody that still plays Ghosts regardless of my personal thoughts and disappointment of the game. I paid my money for it fair and square but it didn't reflect my hopes and expectations. If this was the last gen; I'd struggle to find a game to replace that I can play on a regular basis with friends but thankfully there is a fine choice of titles available now and in the future which is excellent for gamers and should be celebrated.

I have been looking at buying BF4 Premium and there is a seller on eBay with nearly 16,000 code transactions with a website that seems very reputable and has the Origin key for £27 as opposed to £40 on the actual Origin store. The feedback is 99.5 positive and the site has not been questioned or taken down. It's a great offer but is this process entirely safe? I only purchase through the stores usually but seeing a saving of £13 for essentially the same thing seems too good to be true as with many other products from Key/Code distributors. How do these sites get codes and afford to off them at such a cheap rate and why would the likes of Origin allow a trader to sell on behalf when someone who wants something is tied to buying through their store at a fixed price of their choice? I've read a few stories of people getting banned for this process but there does seem to be some 'legit' code sellers out there but I am not sure if this is a fancy scam or if they have permission to distribute on the publishers behalf. Exactly. 1D like COD is just a brand that is cleverly marketed. How many people buy COD every year only to feel let down that it wasn't what they were expecting? On PC, Battlefield 4 has a steady average at any given time of 85,000 with Ghosts having just shy of 5,500 now. A bit of a far cry from the MW2 days and even BO2 when you'd easily see upwards of 100k on and the community buzzing. I really miss the good old days of this series.
