  1. FF7 was such a memorable game and definitely in my top 10 fave PS1 games. I've really lost touch with the series since the PS2 iterations though and for the life of me I don't know what number they're on now. I saw one advertised that was like 'Final Fantastic XVI-2.5' or something, which just confused the hell out of me. I think a remake would be highly welcomed though especially on such an old but vintage title.
  2. Announced to be released sometime down the line in digital form. Finished Heavy Rain on my friends PS3 and it was absolutely incredible so I'll be looking forward to getting this double pack and doing it all again whilst experiencing BTS too. A bit of a shitter that the PS4 isn't backwards compatible really but hopefully these will be a respectfully discounted on release http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2015/06/16/heavy-rain-and-beyond-two-souls-are-coming-to-ps4/
  3. Same. The One was a total fuck up from the start in general; not only was the hardware inferior compared to the PS4 but they originally had that online 24/7 policy, compulsory Kinect and no game sharing/pre-owned. Damage was done right off the bat which was a shame because the 360 was such a good console and they just made some catastrophic decisions which set them back millions of units from the get-go. They have worked hard to rectify the situation though which has made the One now a far more attractive proposition from what it was especially with Windows 10 and DX12 on the way. I'll probably get a One down the line sometime when it's cheaper and in slim form.
  4. After the success of The Stick of Truth; we have Fractured Butthole on the way yay South Park: The Fractured but Whole is an upcoming role-playing video game developed by Ubisoft San Francisco, in collaboration with South Park Digital Studios and published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. The game is based on the American adult animated television series South Park, and the plot follows after South Park: The Stick of Truth. South Park: The Fractured But Whole will feature twelve superhero classes of which are revealed to be the Brutalist, the Blaster, the Speedster, Elementalist, Gadgeteer, Mystic, Cyborg, Psychic, Assassin, Commander, Netherborn, and Karate Kid. The Fractured but Whole takes place after the events of South Park: The Stick of Truth. The children of South Park begin a new adventure, again set in the fictional town of South Park in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, becoming role-playing superheroes. However, a falling-out over Cartman's planned film franchise splinters the boys into two groups. Those who side with Cartman join Coon and Friends, while rival group Freedom Pals call for their own franchise, starting a civil war between the two groups.[1] The player again controls The New Kid, though now has the option of changing his gender to female.
  5. Is that really BO3 or just AW DLC is disguise? Sony have exclusivity rights - wonder if MS just had enough of the franchise as it's hardly the system seller it used to be.
  6. Completely agree Joe! Also they've partnered with Valve for the Win10 VR which is going to be a powerhouse of hardware and the source 2 software. Hopefully Sony can come back strong especially on the software front but in terms of hardware; this has been a monumental day for Microsoft and gaming along with being a turning point in the current generation.
  7. Early access also announced for Xbox One. Whilst I'm not a massive fan of the concept; this will be a major plus for them also.
  8. More gameplay
  9. This is one hell of a move by Microsoft that I didn't see coming. Hopefully it'll spell the end for shitty lazy remasters.
  10. I discovered these gems a few months back and the publisher has some really good ones on their books. I recommend Gemini Rue and Technobabylon definitely - both really amazing games that capture the old feel perfectly. The others I haven't yet played but they are also apparently really good. Great publisher that's worth keeping an eye on. Such a shame Blade Runner isn't on Steam though as that's the genre king
  11. Not yet but I still have my Wolfie code that's a year old now that I almost forgot I had - have to sift through 15 pages of emails to retrieve it now!
  12. I've done okay in the sale so far although there is nothing mind blowing in terms of significant discounts or big surprises. I've picked up The Witcher 3, The Half Life Collection, The Blackwell Collection, Resonance, The Shivah and Primordia - The WadjetEye games are amazing! I think I'm done but with 7 days still to go; my wallet could experience further stress for sure!
  13. Nice level editor too
  14. Expected to be revealed at E3...
  15. Prospective GTA V players got screwed over - first the game was showing as £12.99 and $29.99 and when people added it to their cart the price went back up to £38.98 which the discount price of 25% because they've thrown in some pointless Shark Cards which players don't need with all the moneybag hackers floating around So instead of a 25% discount on the base game; it's just a saving of £1.01 with the cards thrown in for good measure. Still ain't bought anything although the Metro Redux collection is a great offer. Homeworld Remastered at 60% off is worth a look and The Binding of Issac Rebirth is an absolute must buy!
  16. Terrible film so you can be forgiven for forgetting that Brilliant performance from Lee though and a bit of a tragedy he ended up in that film and not something better
  17. I don't watch The Simpsons anymore and probably haven't seen an episode for years but in the latest season; Homer and Marge divorce and he goes off with a pharmacist! Also Harry Shearer left the show and he provides the voices to Ned Flanders, Mr Burns, Principal Skinner, Otto, Smithers and regular members of the show and apparently his roles are being recast though. Does anyone still watch it these days? Looks like there will be lots of shake-ups coming up in season 27.. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3117346/Homer-Marge-SEPARATE-season-27-Simpsons-Girls-star-Lena-Dunham-blame.html
  18. Apparently the game is having a nightmare launch
  19. Pretty amazing representation!
  20. Didn't even know this POS existed http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-33050289
