    Call of Duty YouTubers are scum - they moaned every year about supply drops pretending to be onside with the community and a day later you see a video 'OPENING 1,000 SUPPLY DROPS' from them. Hypocrites at its finest. A lot of these YouTubers ultimately want to be the first to do X so they happily throw money in the hope of publicity. Even negative publicity in gaming brings in easy money regardless of the stupidity. Many also dickride Activision and are so far up their arses that they will say and do anything just to get that event invite for the next COD. I've already seen so many 'BO4 Battle Pass is a scam' videos yet all these clowns are busy buying empty tiers which just fuels Activision's justification to include them as no matter how big the shitstorm is, it'll make them serious money. If I remember rightly too; a load of these BO4 YouTube owners were boycotting the game after the Black Ops pass was announced - Activision don't even raise to these empty threats and they don't need to either.

    Bit confusing due to the game having 3 release dates but for Origin Access Premier subscribers; they get to play 11 days early. You can actually sub for one month for £15 and have access to all EA's games including BF5. Deluxe purchasers who paid like £20 more to get 5 days early but still 6 days later that Premier players can play on November 15th before the game gets released to everyone else on the 20th. Anyone got it or planning on getting it? Single player looks impressive visually but plays pretty bland and is only 6 hours long. I still can't judge the MP and if any improvements will make a significant change from the beta. BO4 has really went to shit after just three weeks but I dunno if this is the answer.

    In Blackout it was incredibly cheap and if an opponent has one or more stacked particularly in the later stages of the circle; it's game over. I don't think there is a tac mask perk counter in Blackout either. It's basically a free kill, against any opponent in cover and you even have time to do an emote before killing them because they last 6 seconds plus the effects of no prone, heavily reduced aiming and total blindness is just too much for one piece of equipment.

    Perhaps if we got a decent game in the first place then people wouldn't walk away and not buy future DLC. They didn't honestly expect people to shell out another £35 as year later on a game they likely abandoned just because Bungie may have improved and fixed some things. Don't think conning people into paying twice will work Activision especially as this happened with the first game. https://kotaku.com/activision-says-its-not-happy-with-destinys-sales-1830322804 Basically just wait a year after Destiny 3 comes out and then you can buy the big improvement expansion and proabably get the threadbare base game for free again!

    I've just seen that Blizzard were even charging people $49.99 for a 'Virtual Ticket' to stream this event live on Twitch and the best they could muster was a remaster and a shitty Chinese asset-flip mobile game! Tickets for the event itself were $200 starting and that's not including other expenses for the experience. Well done to them thought - they've even gone one step worse than EA!

    A Dude spent $1,000 on COD points to reach the dizzy heights of tier 1,000 and this is his fucking reward... A CONGRATULATIONS MESSAGE LMAO! After level 250 there are lots of empty tiers where Treyarch didn't bother to create any rewards but if you reach the end you get absolutely nothing to add insult to injury! Whether they didn't expect people to rank this far/spend this kind of money or were just testing the water to see how desperate they were; this is the ultimate kick in the teeth and proof that the battle pass format is nothing more than a scam with absolutely no thought or basis. I think people would rather have purchasable supply drops at this rate as you know you're being fucked by the algorithms but at least you get something in return for spending money even if it is shit. The tier system is just spending $1 for nothing or doing a grind which you have to play 8 hours a day just to reach what people thought was the max level until 750 more were added.

    No real surprise as it's OP as hell. Seems it is only a temporary measure until Treyarch work out how to implement it properly into the game mode. I would limit them to one per person at a time, reduce the strength and time of the effects plus don't make it so your character can't spray freely if their vision is impaired. Seems currently you character covers their face and the hip-fire spread alters dramatically for no reason.

    So they have removed a shedload of videos and even deleted a huge channel (which was subsequently re-instated after a major backlash) because users were uploading comedy-oriented videos of Red Dead Redemption 2 citing that they 'promoted violence'. In typical Google double standards on the site; millions of GTA videos and other games remained up including real-life violent videos yet just because a female NPC got punched in a videogame about violence, they take down any that depicts this and even deleted a channel entirely with a video that amassed over 1.6m views without notice. It's amazing that you can post a video of yourself laughing in front of the hanging dead body of a suicide victim and even have the video monetized and be number 1 trending for 24 hours but punching an NPC in a videogame is supposedly unacceptable behaviour. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-46132172

    Character skins in COD are completely pointless especially when you can't see yourself other than in killcams and that they are so poorly designed regardless. It's ludicrous that they are able to sell these and that people even want them. In Overwatch they are something to work towards and look good because of the games aesthetic style anyway but when you have clown facepaints in a military game like Call of Duty, it just looks stupid. BO4 also doesn't have the winners circle to 'show off' such cosmetics either and the only time you get to see your team mates and yourself is before the game starts which is a painfully long countdown. It's almost a bigger waste of time than sprays which nobody uses and taunts that nobody uses either. They've tried to replicate Fotnite in every sense of the word but it just doesn't' work. These elements are just as pathetic as pistol grips were in WW2 that you couldn't even fucking see because your character was holding the gun!

    BO4 has a couple of OP SMG's with minimal recoil that you unlock early - they can be pretty useful on the smaller maps in the right hands plus they can bridge the gap between unlocking assault rifles as there is some distances between levels before you start unlocking the tasty AR's. I'm not a fan of SMG's but they've become prominent in a lot of COD's because of the dwindling map sizes and how powerful the developers make them as opposed to some harder to handle assault rifles.

    Controls are definitely bad - clunky, cumbersome, unresponsive at times and over-complicated. For the level of polish Rockstar games have, it beggars belief that they still have such difficulty with implementing refined and user-friendly controls. GTA V was a big improvement for them but by no means perfect but RDR2's controls feel even worse than that years later. Not sure if a part of it is engine-related but certainly the layouts could've been done simpler and better. The other day I went to hitch my horse in a town by pressing the triangle button but the option disappeared in an instant and replaced itself with 'Rob' because an NPC got in the 'hitbox' so instead of parking my horse, I ended up saying to the guy 'gimme all your money' instead and all hell broke lose! I was only going for a haircut and beans FFS!

    I'm about 32% in so far and am taking my time and doing each mission that comes my way in order. I'm not going out exploring - instead I am more of less allowing the game to take me to new areas and discover new things - I found this helps the pacing and to get the most out of the game. I could've easily darted around the map and discovered town after town but instead I am going with the flow of the game. Every mission weather it be main or side has some value and even the random encounters offer some hilarious and entertaining instances. This is why I love Rockstar games - other open world games form the likes of Ubisoft are just too big and bloated with piss poor content spread thin that is copy+pasted and just splattered all over the map instead of being carefully crafted. I don't feel the need to rush through or skip content unlike Ubi games where you're even encouraged to get your credit card out for boosters so you don't have to play the games! I too got a bit fed up with HZD but RDR2 has kept me constantly engaged and entertained so far and I can't see it declining.
