  1. Ghostwire Tokyo FREE on Epic currently - ends today so be quick!
  2. Like real life DayZ
  3. Some gamers never cease to amaze me in their stupidity The Day Before Steam Keys Being Sold for Hundreds of Dollars - IGN WWW.IGN.COM Steam keys for The Day Before, the once highly anticipated game that launched in such a poor state its developer shut down four days later, are being sold online for hundreds of dollars following its delisting. Imagine spending $400 on a key of a game that is going to be wiped from existence in a month.
  4. Leaker sentenced to an indefinite hospital order which could amount to life in a secure unit. Teenage Grand Theft Auto 6 hacker given an indefinite sentence in a secure hospital due to his 'intent to return to cybercrime as soon as possible' | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Arion Kurtaj was a "key member" of the Lapsus$ gang that also hacked Nvidia, Samsung, and Microsoft.
  5. Metal Gear Solid 3
  6. They should probably just move on - the game is never gonna have a No Mans Sky-type turnaround because the core design is so flawed. They'd be better off accepting the feedback and moving onto other games. Unless they are going to remove 950 planets and massively overhaul the handcrafted ones then it'll just be the same old problems with worthless added padding.
  7. Great actor and what an iconic character the OG Max Payne was. The opening scene will go down in videogames folklore James McCaffrey, the voice of Max Payne, has died | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM McCaffrey, who also had memorable roles in Remedy's Control and Alan Wake games, died at age 65 after a battle with cancer.
  8. - Resident Evil 4 - Alan Wake 2 - Dredge - Zelda Tears of the Kingdom - Baldur's Gate 3
  9. He has had a good season to be fair and way better than the likes of Rashford, Antony and Fernandes. Those 3 should be first out the door in January or next season. Antony is nothing more than a fidget spinner, Fernandes is good on paper but terrible during big matches and Rashford has faded spectacularly.
  10. Another Bethesda developer goes off on a 15 Tweet tirade against customers Starfield design director calls out unfair game criticism: 'Don't fool yourself into thinking you know why it is the way it is' | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Emil Pagliarulo says an awful lot of outspoken critics are "disconnected" from the realities of game development. Apparently as gamers aren't qualified developers, they have no grounds to complain. So basically people that go to restaurants and are sold cold, raw or poor quality meals aren't allowed to complain because they aren't qualified chefs🤣 Bethesda really need to take the hit and learn from it. The amount of damage control against credible criticisms of paying customers is insane along with the disrespectful remarks and approach. People are really gonna tire of them at this rate.
  11. Cheeky bastards thought we wouldn't notice
  12. Warcraft III - gonna try and rattle off the entire campaign for it's 20th anniversary
  13. The game has been taken down from sale now and the 'developers' have begun scrubbing from existence. 201,000 copies sold and almost 92,000 refunds issued prior to Fntastic's closure. Very bizarre situation - whilst I did expect them to pull the plug early, I didn't foresee if occurring before Valve released the money to them. This opens the doors for store-wide no questions asked refunds back to anyone who bought the game irrespective of the existing refund policy and the developers likely wont even see a penny of the almost $3m holding. For them to quit before the first pay packet suggests either Valve were holding them to guarantees for a conditional release of the funds or they didn't want to embroil themselves in legality down the line. The evidence against them is beyond overwhelming and damning. IGN have also just released their review for the final kick in the teeth- first time I've seen them award a 1/10🤣 The Day Before Early Access Review - IGN WWW.IGN.COM Easily one of the worst games of 2023.
  14. LMAO! The Day Before Studio Fntastic Announces Closure Just Days After Early Access Launch - IGN WWW.IGN.COM Mere days after The Day Before launched in early access, studio Fntastic has announced that it's closing: "The Day Before has failed financially, and we lack the funds to continue."
  15. This upset so many COD developers it was bloody hilarious🤣
  16. I'm seeing a lot of ''this game has soooo much potential'' lines from defenders yet there's less features and content than what was advertised in the pre-alpha 3 years ago. It's utterly extraordinary how deluded people are with things like this. It's not even like it's a game from a reputable developer - all their previous work has either been scams or abandoned. People just living off the nonsensical hype of the original fake trailer and other elements that were all plagiarised off legitimate games. Publishers laughing all the way to the bank.
  17. Looks like the entire game was also build out of the Unreal Asset store American City Packs (Bundle) in Environments - UE Marketplace WWW.UNREALENGINE.COM The project includes a lot of high quality assets with everything that you need to create an American City. The city/architecture is based on New York City - NYC - Manhattan - Brooklyn. The buildings are... That's just one of the packs used but there's plenty more from foliage, interiors, vehicles and other small details. It's the sort of game you could clamber together for about £1500.
  18. Only 13% positive now🤣
  19. Game is currently sitting at 21% positive on Steam and most of those are meme reviews. Watched 30 minutes of gameplay so far and it's just an extraction shooter in the most empty world imaginable. 2 zombies and one person killed in the stream I saw and a whole lotta looting nothing. They are also using misleading fake gunshots to add ambience. No vehicles, no melee and barely any features that were showcased 3 years ago. Bigfry described it as WarZ but worse which says it all.
  20. Off to a strong start😎
  21. Today is the day! After almost 3 years of lies, deceit, plagiarism, asset flips, fake gameplay, amateur mistakes and a multitude of embarrassments, the game is finally out in early access for £33.50/$40. I am not expecting much and will have to catch some gameplay later. A surprise choice to also launch in Unreal 5 instead of the far more stable UE4. Unless the game has some significant features out the gate then this could be a poor move right from the off that causes unnecessary strain on optimisation for nothing in return.
  22. They certainly can't be turning up in 2027 with the Creation Engine, 2D character interactions, visuals from 2012 and no facial animations again🤣 ES6 is probably still another 5+ years away - I get the impression from interviews that they announced it way too early and then let it take a backseat whilst they were halfway through Starfield development. After the reception this game got especially from a technical and outdated standpoint, they may go back to the drawing board because releasing another archaic and unambitious game later this decade will not sit well. Their reputation is beginning to wane and people ain't as forgiving.
