  1. Another huge PR blow as Paul Tassi is seen as a huge Bungie supporter and optimist of games like this It’s Just Over For ‘Marathon’ WWW.FORBES.COM Marathon has always been teetered on the edge of future failure, but now that seems set in stone after recent events.
  2. Plus the enhanced editions wont overwrite the classics which is great. Any other AAA company would've removed the originals from sale and replaced them with broken AI outsourced garbage costing £49.99.
  3. 'The vibes have never been worse' Bungie's morale is reportedly in 'free fall' following its art theft fiasco | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Devs also claim they have been often ignored by the studio's "good old boy" leadership regarding the overarching design. I still can't believe Bungie are in this position compared to where they were a decade ago. I always knew leaving Activision would be a monumental mistake when they had it so comfortable there. They were cocky dickheads after the breakaway and were instantly barely sustainable going it alone with all the operating and future development costs to self-fund. Sony were always going to be the final nail in the coffin for them after the shamefully embarrassing takeover especially as their only thought is live service slop and milking dead horses. If only they turned their attentions to Destiny 3. They will sadly join BioWare. 343 aren't too far behind either as Halo is on its last legs two years into a ten year plan. Greed has crippled so many iconic studios.
  4. Trilogy releasing on PC on May the 20th and is a FREE upgrade for existing owners of each original game. They should appear in Steam libraries on release and will sit alongside the classics. 5. Dead Island 2 FREE on Epic until May 22nd
  6. Great PR once again Bungie as they are at it again Bungie confirms it stole art once again, will undertake a 'thorough review' of Marathon assets | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Update: Bungie lays the blame on a former artist. What's wrong with these big companies that they have to stoop so low? Maybe they could just move up in the world and use AI instead if they are that starved of basic ideas🤣
  7. Black Mesa 90% off Save 90% on Black Mesa on Steam STORE.STEAMPOWERED.COM Relive Half-Life.
  8. Yet even more of Expedition 33
  9. Even more of Expedition 33
  10. Reviews are coming in and the game is out shortly. Seems to be a fairly positive reception. At £70 for the base-game, I think I will wait for a very deep sale. Absolutely Absurd pricing.
  11. Beta access has begun but I think I'll give it a miss. Final product looks pretty shambolic and about 10 years out of date. Nowhere near the standard that was initially portrayed. A real shame because it's a decent price and a good concept but I'm just not as forgiving with these jank-fests these days.
  12. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33's soundtrack tops Billboard's Classical Album Chart with 18 million streams since launch | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Give this soundtrack all of the awards.
  13. Arsenal game was not quite as entertaining but my god did they miss some chances early on and paid the price. I actually thought they could turn it around and win quite comfortably and they could've achieved that within the first 20 minutes. PSG scoring first and then getting a foothold made things really hard and although Saka missed a good chance to set up a tense finale, it was never a close contest as the game wore on. Spurs better not balls it up tonight!
  14. I've played about 12 hours so far and I can comfortably say this is one of the best games of the generation so far. The world design is stunning, the story is intriguing, the characters and voice acting is top tier and the writing is fantastic. Even the music is stunningly beautiful. The combat is great fun as it combines what you'd normally see in a JRPG, but with interactive QTE moments enabling you to dodge, parry and counterattack, rather than let the computer and RNG determine it for you. You have to learn enemy move-sets like you would typically in the likes of Sekiro and this can be a challenge in itself along with timing the inputs perfectly within the small window available. The game is pretty linear at its core but this is good as it cuts out all the open world crap that plagues modern games. There's no filler here - everything flows incredibly well and you are constantly engaged especially with the characters and the remarkable story. To think just 30 people made this using Unreal 5 and it's only just over 50gb is absolutely crazy! Expedition 33 is just so far ahead of what any other AAA developer can churn out now, it is quite frankly embarrassing for the likes of Ubisoft and BioWare. It'll be a huge wake-up call for Final Fantasy too. It's games like this that make actually save the industry. The fact it's only £30-40 when AAA games are to be pushing £75-80 makes this an essential purchase. I'm also glad the shadow-release of Oblivion Remastered hasn't hampered its success - 2m copies sold in 12 days and it's the fastest selling game of its kind even ahead of Final Fantasy, Persona and Yakuza.
  15. Some more of Expedition 33
  16. I really enjoyed the game last night and it was refreshing to see football played in its purest form outside of this horrendous slow-paced tippy tappy posession-based way we usually see today. PSG did the same last week and it was brutally effective and great to watch.
  17. Lots of screenshots Grand Theft Auto 6 dropped a whopping 84 brand-new screenshots and illustrations, and here's every single one | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Leonida's people and places all in one spot.
  18. Still end up being cheaper than the latest Assassin's Creed Deluxe Edition or the new FIFA Ultimate Edition🤣
  19. Had a feeling they'd drop this after delaying for 8 months🤣
  20. Exactly. The 4th is also available for PC but it’s shite and only available on the Windows Store. The Ultimate Edition of the original was also a terrible port. This looks a really pathetically weak effort without the first 3 games. If they then released 4 on Steam then people could access the collection at least. The original will be finished in 10 hours, the MP will be played for a week and then it’ll be gone and forgotten about.
  21. Not releasing it as a trilogy is criminal.
  22. This game is pure art
