  1. I hate it when supermarkets change where their stock is stored and when I go to the cat food shelves I find myself looking at baked beans. It's worse when they change the store layout and I turn a corner expecting an aisle only to walk into a precariously balanced display. Steam you bastard, if you're going to change something make sure it works, please. Having said that I've only given the new Steam page a cursory glance so I guess this'll be my knee-jerk reaction
  2. Hey James, there's not a great deal of content so far, it's pretty much: collect resources try to stay warm try to stay fed try to avoid wolves But the content that they have put in so far all seems to work....and I found it much more enjoyable than the Forest. The snow storms are really impressive and you can walk in circles if you're not careful...it's so hard to see where you're going in a fully blown storm. I've lasted a day and a half so far, it's the wolves that keep getting me
  3. Yeeessss, I know, yet another early access game. I had a spare 15 knicker lying in my bank account and took a punt on it yesterday. I like it, escpecially for lying in bed, as my laptop runs it easily too.
  4. I'm seriously tempted too, I hear it has plenty of bugs but that they're not 'game-breaking'...hmmm decisions, decisions...
  5. I popped into the Heart of Hackney to meet Rich while this was on, almost as bad as us getting turned over at home by west brom, shocking.. Very painful for our dear Tronic especially when there's people in the pub cheering every time Utd conceded a goal... I swear Utd's luck changed the moment I entered (I was late)
  6. Changing 'Only fools and horses' in that manner is an insult to Trigger, RIP... I wonder how many of these white power nonces will turn up at white Hart Lane for the return fixture?
  7. We had thunder and lightening in East London last night, I thought a bomb had gone off in the wee small hours, spectacular. Me and the little lady will be attending on the Saturday afternoon, should be good craic.
  8. I bought into Star Citizen about 6 months ago, I was watching it for ages....its still in very early stages but I've got really high hopes for it. I've played the early modules and I can share with you that I am - at the moment - very poor at piloting space craft
  9. Middlesex goes from Hayes all the way round west and north London over to Enfield in north east London. I won the Middlesex cup with my school football team when I was 16 and we always used to have to travel all over the gaff for away fixtures. I always lump Wembley in with West London, like I always say Brixton is more north London and doesn't belong south of the river. Just feelings I get
  10. Spurs at Portman Road by the way, what ya reckon? It's gonna be like Quahog being invaded by New Yorkers cockneys
  11. lol I have mates from around Cricklewood, Neasden and Kilburn, I used to drink round that way for a while back in the 90s. I thought they were supposed to have been improved? lol Wembley though, that's always been a shit-hole. I had a girlfriend at one point who was living round Wembley Triangle, pretty grim, and it's in west london, nuff said
  12. Olympic stadium would be best for me, I'm located halfway between it and white hart lane. I'm pleased they didn't mention the Emishits
  13. The DLC for BF3 was mostly great I thought, but for BF4 it's been underwhelming so far. Cheers for the heads up
  14. ^ lol the clue as to the sarcasm wasn't needed, I'd worry about you otherwise I actually forgot this game was on. I missed it but I imagine Roy still hasn't got a fucking clue what he's doing
  15. ^that one was quality, while I hate stereotypes sometimes they just happen all by themselves
  16. I hate penalties but that was a good showing nonetheless, shame you weren't drawn against Man U
  17. I wouldn't take Di Maria on a free transfer, another over-rated diva in my humble opinion. Also, I thought Van Gaal should have come to Spurs but I'm kinda glad he didn't, I'm impressed with Poch so far... I would crow about us beating Harry's mob 4 nil......we've LFC next week and it may well be us on the end of a beating if we're not on form.
  18. Blowin' bubbles my arse
  19. Couple of mates at work support QPR - they're laughing about it as it means they have competition for those relegation places. Palace fans must be going mental, Pulis saved their arses last year and was named Premiership manager of the season, I fee l for them, honestly I do
  20. ^lol I'm going Spurs v Schalke tomorrow, can't wait!
  21. Personally I've never rated him. Gooners or stay at LFC? It's all good for me
  22. Jermaine Jenas.
  23. Spurs have just given Danny Rose a 5 year contract. He's not a popular boy and Spurs fans are going nuts. I also found out that the player we're signing from Sporting Lisbon was born in England and moved to Portugal when he was 10...interesting....
  24. ^lol for some reason the Irish and Mexico don't seem to get on when it comes to football. I remember the ruck at the 1994 world cup, Mexico v Republic of Ireland, even Jack Charlton got stuck in
  25. Southampton used to be one of those teams you thought would never be out of the top division. Year after year they clung for dear life like limpets to the foot of the table. They're survivors that lot, they've also got an excellent manager now too...
