    Yep, and if they have global chat it will be even worse. Totally agree. When I first heard about this game I thought good things but the longer they take on it, the worse it appears to actually be, but time will tell.

    Yep, a bit cheeky I thought as well. Think I may just wait for Star Citizen to come to fruition. Though pace of development there is pretty slow. The way its going I may have to wait until we become the planet of the apes for the alpha to appear... Me too, I hope I don't come home a bit merry and buy it on a whim. I probably won't. But you never know.

    So, basically this will be kill on sight when it comes to other people in multiplayer. It's not longer a release day purchase for me, at least until more info is released. For example. Will there be those little cut scenes in the multiplayer every time you come across NPCs? That's a bit off putting for me.

    ^this. 2016 is going to be a good year, at least for gaming, I wasn't even aware ME4 was on the horizon. I wonder what multiplayer will involve?

    This looks gloriously nuts. The prologue was very well done so I expect good things from the full game. Using an old New Order song in the trailer was a nice touch too.

    I played the first one on the 360 but I got bored halfway through. It came up in a Steam sale with all the add ons so I bought it on PC (it was dirt cheap). I loved it on PC. Something about some games that a keyboard and mouse bring to the party. I love how all these news games on the horizon look more and more gorgeous. I hope that's how they turn out.

    Nice graphics, my PC will have babies running this game...but kind of wish I didn't watch this. i) I want it now ii) the beginning is kind of spoiled (the beauty of Fallout 3 for me was that I didn't watch any trailers before-hand and it was all totally new ) but that's my own fault

    Elite: Dangerous and Project Cars both have very modest reductions. I may take a view and buy one on the last day of the sale if nothing enticing comes up. Saying that I already have Star Citizen and Dirt Rally. Could be I buy nothing in a Steam sale this season.

    That sounds weird. They could have done that in the film if they wanted to try out that plot. I'm still watching repeats of Family Guy. Peter and Homer should get a house together and let them do a cartoon 'Odd Couple'. Random thoughts lol

    I don't think it's expensive, I think third party companies do the server hosting for a small fee. Dave knows more on that than me, so he may be able to add more

    Update: I realised today that - as it's the free version - the server will only be up and running when my PC is switched on. I can give another person a privilege key to also have server control. Just let me know.

    Yeah, that was weird with the heli, I couldn't work that one out. I'll check online later. It'll be a lot better when we can speak, it's kind of too fast paced to stop and type Seems to be a day of hackers, I got killed about 20 - 30 times by seemingly invincible players. One was killing me from miles away

    Have you tried the Japanese Ring trilogy? I enjoyed that. Most modern horrors have characters that make me want them all to die, which kind of takes away from the whole horror/being scared thing.

    Is it true the sale starts this Thursday? I'm having a rare moment where I'm okay game-wise. I don't feel the usual urge to splurge. Two games I'd like are maybe worth waiting for later in the year, The Witcher 3 and Elite: Dangerous; and I suspect E:D will be one of those games that won't be on sale. We'll see.
