    Some great racing this evening, plus Goodwood 🙂 We managed 4 tracks tonight with 10 of us racing, really enjoyed it!

    With Blue Moon at 12 laps on Hard, cars will just about manage to di the full distance without needing to pitstop. Tyres will be a bit fucked on the last couple of laps but no need to change them. You need to be doing a lap in under 45 seconds. I tried half a dozen cars and they all managed that. Interlagos is a similar story, less laps but tyres may need to be changed, that's up to each driver and which tyres they choose to start with may influence that. Tricky little track this.

    I seem to remember us playing Trials on the PS4 for a while, it's a good laugh I seem to remember. Think I have them all, one on PS4 and the others on PC but I'll check. If enough are interested I'll join in👍

    I think we said we'd do Bluemoon this Tuesday so I'll put that in the calendar. Next week's daily races are funny because there are two Gr.4 races, one at Monza and the other at Tokyo. Which we've just done ourselves😁 The third race is Gr.3 and Interlagos, so we'll go for that I imagine. Any requests, suggestions, let us know, I'll add to the calendar.

    FG has form for building our own machines so I will encourage that😁 My advice is to first decide what display you want, 1080p, 1440p or 4K. That will determine which GPU to go for. Personally I'd go for 1440p. It's the sweet spot between lovely graphics and high frames. There's some good GPUs that will give 1440 and all the fps, that won't destroy your wallet. Then we need to decide AMD or Intel. @Diddumswill be better suited for that advice as I'm Intel only.

    Battlefield 3 is free for a limited time on PC if you have Twitch Prime. BF3 has gotten a new lease of life, as DICE recently opened it up to modding, so worth a shout 🙂

    I'm subscribed to 2000AD and occasionally I pick up digital comics. Other than that, not really, too many adverts annoy me. Well, any adverts at all annoys me. Many of these publications are funded this way and end up just being marketing tools. They lose what makes them special. I'm the same with gaming websites. I used to visit IGN daily 10 years ago, for example, but cannot remember the last time I went there. Thrse days it just feels like one giant advertisement. But my disappointment with magazines is nothing new. Go back to the late 80s. I used to buy White Dwarf when I was around 11 years old as it featured lots of great roleplaying articles from all games, but then it went in-house, they shut down sister magazine Warlock and focused exclusively on Games Workshop games in White Dwarf. Great if you only like Warhamner but pretty shit for everyone else. I'm rambling, sorry😁

    Have to get back on this it's a very well done game. I've seen @JsinOwl on PSN playing it but not many others. Haven't tried the update yet but I'd be up for giving it a go. Shame the Owl isn't here to give us his thoughts.

    Left 4 Dead's main attraction for me that it was free, they put it on there for free once many years ago for a couple of days but didn't advertise it. I think we may have discussed itr on here somewhere back in the day. But yeah this company have bad form and it may go free to play at some point, so probably not for me. I'll just hope the Warhammer game isn't shite like the usual crap that gets a games workshop skin.

    Agreed, if everyone's up to speed, from 8pm we can give everyone 5 or 6 laps to warm up then straight to qualifying. Much more likely to be able to fit another race in, plus this week's main races aren't particularly long. I'll aim to set up the lobby from 7.30pm though for those who need the extra practice.

    Ok, thanks all for your suggestions 😅 This week's races, start with the slower and finish with the faster. Race 1. Gr.4 Tokyo Expressway - East Inner Loop 9 laps Medium and Hard tyres only. Must use Hard at least once. Fuel 2x (this may change as I'll be testing today) Tyre wear 5x (as above but pitting will be required either way) Race 2. Gr.3 Red Bull Ring 5 laps Any tyres No tyre or fuel usage i.e. no pitstops
